We spent two glorious weeks at Casa del Mar early January with our college age daughter and my sister. The house and surrounding grounds exceeded our expectations. We felt like we had our own personal resort! Just beautiful! It was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own spaces and there were plenty of other areas to gather as well. We really appreciated all of the thoughtful details throughout the house. The kitchen was very well-stocked, including an espresso machine. Our daughter loved being the household barista! The outdoor spaces were lovely with several areas to hang out and enjoy the incredible view. Loved the rooftop fire pit! We spent most of our days at the casa enjoying the pool, taking long walks on the beach, and whale watching. Eddie, the property mgr was extremely kind and helpful during our stay. The owners, David & Shelly, went out of their way to make sure that we enjoyed our time at the house. The Casa del Mar is definitely a very special place!

Absolutely gorgeous home, very clean and even more beautiful in person. The outdoor area is amazing, it's like your own private resort. Communication was great with the owner and property manager. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with adult family for a wedding nearby and the location was perfect. The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our time on the patio watching the beautiful beach sunsets. The property manager was great as well and we really appreciated the recommendations they gave for local cuisine. Overall an excellent stay and would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Casa Del Mar was a perfect place for our family Christmas trip. David and Eddie were both extremely responsive and kind. We enjoyed all of the beautiful outdoor living spaces including the new main bedroom deck and rooftop gas fireplace. The sunsets were spectacular! The indoor spaces were equally comfortable and inviting. We did a lot of cooking and loved the well-stocked kitchen, gas grill, and wood fired pizza oven. The house has an unobstructed and broad view of the ocean and we spotted whales multiple times a day. Amazing! Be sure to catch the turtle release each night just a short walk up the beach. Also amazing!

Casa Del Mar enjoys the single best location on the coast north of Todos Santos. The view is magnificent at all times of the day, and the sunset is especially beautiful. The house is designed to work with the land, affording lots of comfortable communal spaces, yet ample privacy. The pool area is perfect for barbecues, or just quiet reading and relaxation. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. The owner and caretaker were responsive and helpful. We loved this home and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved out stay at Casa Del Mar. Was greeted by Amy for a quick tour. Heriberto made sure we had everything we needed. One bedroom in main home and two with shared bathroom below. If you have never been to Todos Santos think of what Los Angeles may have looked like 150 years ago. It's a special place. Property Manager and Owner provided great communication and were incredibly responsive to any of our questions. The home is beautiful. It's tranquil and quiet and luxurious. You need to travel on a dirt road to get in and out of the home - not a big deal but you may want to get a decent car. the house is close to downtown and there is a convenience store in walking distance. Highly Recommended!

We thoroughly loved our stay at Casa Del Mar.The location was perfect, close enough to town but far enough away to have a little elbow room.The house itself is much nicer in person then the photos depict.There is a game room with a nice pool table and bar that isn't shown in the photos.We enjoyed the pizza oven and outside areas,also.Eddy,the caretaker, was readily available whenever we needed him....even for just restaurant suggestions.My only regret is that we didn't stay longer.

This is a phenomenal property in a spectacular location. The home is gorgeous and so well cared for. You can feel the love that goes in to this place and that no expense was spared. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced and the sheets are beyond luxurious. The views are unobstructed and we saw whales migrating and playing every day. If you like a low key vacation that has some Mexican authenticity and a laid back vibe in a beautiful location in a very well cared for home down a dirt road, this is for you! The place was amazing! Like other review the pictures don't do it justice. Very spacious with a great outdoor kitchen the kids loved the pizza in the forno oven. The one thing that wasn't clear is that the games room and two bedroom are closer to the pool are not attached to the main house, we didn't use the bedroom with young kids (5-7). We love the area and the property was amazing we will definitely be back.

Really, perfect. All the other reviews are spot on, Casa Del Mar is a gem of a house in Todos Santos appointed with everything you might need for your stay. The house has a wonderful layout and flow and is incredibly comfortable in every way. We actually never wanted to leave. There are numerous areas to hang out and relax, both inside and out, the pool area is fabulous, as is the outdoor "lounge" area attached to the back of the house and the game room, complete with bar and pool table. The main house has stunning views of the ocean and beach from every room, even from the shower!, and the Master bedroom and bed are nothing short of incredible. The separate bedrooms in the detached Casita worked wonderfully for us, and were just as comfortable as the main house. Suffice it to say, we had a fantastic stay at Casa Del Mar, our only regret was that it wasn't much, much longer! Heriberto & Amy, the house managers could not have been more pleasant and helpful, even coming out to the house to show us (duh) how to use the remote controls for the air conditioning, they were there, attentive and available when we needed them, and you can't ask for more than that. The only comment I have, and it's more a recommendation than an issue, is that the main area in the living room could use some nice shades. It was close to 100 degrees every day of our stay, and that room can get pretty warm in the late afternoon sun...but then, of course, all you have to do is make your way to the pool with a margarita, and you're set! Seriously, thank you David for opening up this beautiful home, and to Heriberto and Amy, our stay was perfect and we will definitely be back.

The reviews are all true about how comfortable this home is. The walk to the beach is only 5 minutes and the beach is beautiful. Wish we had fishing rods since there were several fisherman catching fish. The pool water was great and ocean water warm. October was a great time to be here but there are bugs and repellent might be helpful. This home has everything you need for cooking, beach chairs, cooler and the most comfortable beds!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa deal Mar this August. It is a lovely, well equipped home with oodles of space to eat, relax, recline, read, swim and otherwise lounge about in a well designed spacious villa. Casa deal Mar affords a great deal of privacy and has a secure and remote feel to it.

Our time at Casa Del Mar was magical. Everything about the home was fantastic and better than we could have imagined. The master suite is to die for- huge and so comfortable, including an amazing bed! Very private with the other two bedrooms completely separate in the guest quarters below, which were very nice as well, cute with a jack and jill bath and private entrances. The outdoor areas were perfect for hanging out day and night, beautifully landscaped and the pool was delightful. We loved walking the path down to the beach and watching the sunset. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is- this is one of the rare occurrences where the pictures almost don't do justice to the place itself. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

My family and I stayed at the Casa del Mar in late March and had an absolutely wonderful time. The property is well appointed, with almost every possible amenity thought of. Given the ongoing drought in the area, use of the bathtub in the master bath is prohibited, which was a bit disappointing, but we completely understood. Still, everything else about our stay was absolutely lovely and we hope to make it back to this beautifully-designed, very comfortable and relaxing retreat soon.
