We love our stay at the pacifico , perfect for family

This condo was beautiful and meet our families needs. 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit (second level) with free parking for our car rental. Large balcony with seating overlooking the pool area. The property is gated and in walking distance to all the action; bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and Playa del Coco beach. The kitchen is loaded with all the supplies you may need and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. It was nice to do laundry before we headed home so that I didn't have to deal with it when I got home. I would definitely stay here again

The condo is comfortable and nice. We liked that it was close to Auto Mercado. We loved the bakery there for a quick breakfast. The pools were amazing and warm. Thank you so much!

Location is central to all areas of coco. Groceries and bank are very close. Beautiful oasis for courtyards. Would go again tomorrow.

This is a beautiful condo located in the best place in Playa de Coco. The grounds and pool are great. You are next to a super market and a easy walk to down town. The only negative is the property management. You are own your own. I asked them if they could pick me up at the airport, when we arrived and take us to the resort. They said "yes". No one showed up. When we got to the resort, they had no reservation for us. After 30 minutes of searching, they finally discovered it under the property managers name who fortunately I had written down. So it was a very bad start. When I contacted Randy thru VRBO, he had lots of excuses. The car broke down, driver lost his cell phone etc. Well, if he knew that, I asked him, why didn't you call or text me. He was "out of town" and his assistant was on maternity leave. So...no one was their to help any tenant. Pretty sad. He did say the driver would take me back to the airport for free. Well, that didn't happen either. Again, the property and view are great!. Inside their where a few problems. One of the shower doors was broken and would not close. In the master bath, their where stains on the ceiling from water leaking down from up stairs. Lastly, in one of the bedrooms, when it rains, rain water leaks in thru the walls and ceiling and all of the floor. I notified them about it. They responded, "we are aware of it and will take care of it". It didn't happen. So, the place is great, wonderful pools, gorgeous view, very secure, great location. You will love your stay there, but don't ask or expect anything from the property manager, you won't get it.

We stayed at the Pacifico in this unit for a week. We checked in on Feb 27th and checked out March 2bd. This property is well kept and was perfect for me and my young family. The staff at the resort and The Beach Club were friendly and helpful . None of us wanted to leave. Thanks to Laura who helped us with our booking and helping to arrange a crib and shuttle transfers. Can't wait to come back.

The condo here was a perfect location for families with younger children. It is next to two pools and a quick walk or golf cart ride to nearby stores and beach. The condo did get noisy at times due to neighbors but it quieted down before we were ready to crash. I definitely recommend for young families staying in the area.

Very nice setting, 3 pools which are my kids’ favorite. Very well stocked kitchen. The whole family enjoyed this home.

Laura was an extraordinary host for our stay in Pacífico. The place is beautiful inside and out with great security ensuring a safe, comfortable visit. Laura was very attentive and responsive to our questions and ensured all our needs were met. She offered additional services such as tours, golf cart rentals and shuttle services. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants or shopping. The beach is about a 15 minute walk or you can take a shuttle to the beach club if you choose. The beach club costs $25 per person per day but worth the experience of having a pool overlooking the beach, nice accommodations and great staff to provide beverages and food. All of the landscaping, pools and buildings are maintained exceptionally well. The condo itself is spacious, clean and has all the standard items needed. I highly recommend this condo and facility.

I really loved the location, amenities and decor! However the bathrooms both need new fixtures and updating to make it look clean and fresh. They seemed dirty and "grungy", not in line with with the clean kitchen. My son lives in a townhouse at Pacifico and he just opened the NUMU brewery near the airport. I want to bring friends , family, and investors from the USA down there to see his family and his brewery, and would love to have them stay in your condo. But I was very disappointed in the state of the bathrooms. I wonder if you might be able to take the time to fix them. I expect that we all could keep your place booked during all seasons, and that would help pay for it. Otherwise, I am sorry to say that I would need to look into another Pacifico condo. We stayed at Pacifico in Playa del Coco in March 2019. The condo was spacious and basically had everything we needed. The condo could use some upgrading eg) floor and bathrooms. The twin beds were small and not comfortable. On our arrival, Laura, the concierge, met us at the condo. She gave us a brief overview of the complex and information on tours. She said she would be happy to answer any questions or concerns we had. The following day the light in the master bedroom walk in closet was not working, so I messaged her to see if it could be replaced. Her reply was to ask me if the air conditioner was working, which I found strange. It was working, yes. She said the bulb was replaced recently. That night I was walking into the closet, which was dark, and I slipped and fell because there was water all over the floor. It was leaking from the ceiling, where the lightbulb was. I suffered bumps and bruises but it could have been very bad. When I messaged Laura she was less than helpful. She apologized for my "inconvenience", and I had to ask several times to have it looked at. The following day someone came in and "fixed" it, but it still continued to leak, just dripping. After several requests to have it looked at again, someone came and fortunately it stopped. But in the meantime I realized why she asked me about the air conditioner, as it was above the walk in closet. Based on the number of water stains, this had obviously happened before. If this had happened before, wouldn't it have been nice of Laura to warn us that if the light bulb was out then there was potential for a leak? I could have been seriously hurt and am truly shocked I didn't break any bones. In the midst of not getting replies from Laura about fixing the leak, I contacted the owner. He said it was not his issue, no apology, no concern. With the lack of concern and poor attention to detail, we decided not to book any tours etc through Laura. We found better and cheaper prices on our own. The pools were nice, not crowded, and well cared for. A major advantage of staying at Pacifico is the proximity to the Auto Mercado grocery store (short walk), especially if you don't rent a car. The Hard Rock Café and other café that are part of the complex are overpriced and the food crappy. At the pool side hut it cost $7.50 US for a Corona, so we just brought our own beverages. Despite all this, we had a great time. We would go back to Costa Rica for sure, but not at Pacifico.

We had a wonderful stay. The condominium was in excellent condition with three good-sized bedrooms and a fantastic living area with a very comfortable couch, chairs and a large, new TV. The appliances were near-new and it was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The Pacifico development is fabulous with several very large pools and a bar/restaurant next to the main swimming pool area. We have stayed here before and always enjoy coming back. The property is managed by Randy of El Coco Tours. We have also used his services in the past and he is very professional and always available. He also helped us with local transportation and fishing, boat tours. We will be back!

Great complex. Well maintained and very central. Great unit. Everything you need for a carefree stay. Good value for cost. Management is easy to deal with. Laura helped us out with any questions we had. Our second time staying at Pacifico -and wouldnt hesitate to stay again!

Pacifico is a beautiful complex with wonderful tropical landscaping and great pools. And it is close to some great beaches. We enjoyed the whole town and all the restaurants and friendly people.

As indicated in other reviews, this is an excellent condo with all the amenities. The location is perfect – you are away from all the crowd and noise, but only a short walk to the stores, restaurants, and the beach. Having Laura as the concierge was a pleasant addition to the whole experience. Before we even started our trip, Laura provided us with all the information we needed, as well as information on some of the proposed tour options. By allowing Laura to arrange the airport pick-up and drop off, we were able to alleviate some of those worries. It would be beneficial to include the cost of airport transportation in Laura’s information packet. Having this information ahead of time, would have helped us to coordinate the flights of everyone in our group, thereby saving on some of the transportation charges. Laura even arranged the day-trip to the Heliconias hanging bridges & rainforest/botanical garden, and waterfall, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Even though Isaac who drove us on this tour was excellent company, we were also expecting a tour guide who is more knowledgeable about the flora and fauna of the rainforest, based on the initial information we received from Laura. We did have a knowledgeable tour guide in the botanical garden. Overall, this was a memorable experience and we plan to return to see more of Costa Rica.

We loved our condo. It was very accommodating and comfortable. It had everything you needed. I loved the location. Far enough away so that it was quiet from all the loud bars, but close enough to walk to if you wanted to enjoy them. The pool bar had excellent food. The staff was very informative and polite. There was always someone cleaning or manicuring the landscape. I would definitely stay again.

The Pacifico complex was very nice. The condo was also nice but showed some signs of wear (water stains on the bathroom ceiling, a finicky garbage disposal, ...etc.).

From start of booking to check out we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property is spectacular and very well cared for. The unit has every amenitie you can ask for, best part was comfortable clean beds. There is a little water damage in unit and lack on cleaning of floors but nothing that would stop me from booking again.

From the time we booked our accommodations several months ago, Laura has been prompt, professional and has all the answers we needed. Our stay at Pacifico was absolutely wonderful and we have nothing but good memories and a wonderful condo we stayed in. It was perfectly located and Laura, Issack, and Berto took care of us every single day. They had the best suggestions and exploring tours we will remember forever. The condo is well equipped for anything you might want to cook. The AC worked great, the fans give awesome breeze. The swimming pools are great and the pool bar is very good. Beds were fabulous and the condo has a great spacious yet home-like feel. I must mention again that Laura, Issack and Berto made this trip the best it could be and welcomed us like family.

I´ve been traveling to El Coco several times the last two years for sport events and this is the best place to stay. Excellent location and pretty safe...

We stayed at this property for 3 days. It is beautiful and the condo was in great condition. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will stay here again if we are in the area.

The condo was amazing and the property complex was beautiful. Exactly as described and location was perfect. Host was so easy to work with and assisted quickly with anything we needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

The apartment had everything we needed with plenty of space for family of 5 ppl. We loved the huge swimming pools. It was very convenient too because the super market was 2 minutes walk and there were a lot of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. We were so glad that we chose to stay here! We hit a home run!

The grounds of the Pacifico complex and the condo itself far exceeded our expectations. The grounds were lush and manicured to perfection with plenty of trees for shade at the pools and through out the walking paths. Upon entering the condo itself, we were amazed at the cleanliness and the decor. The appliances in the kitchen were all operational, clean and were used quite a bit by us. The beds were clean and comfortable with lots of space in the bedrooms and closets. The patio was a perfect spot with comfortable chairs to have coffee in the morning and a night cap. Laura who was our concierge was great and helped us out tremendously getting excursions booked, restaurant reservations and securing a couple golf carts for us to drive around Coco. The only minor drawback we had was there was no outdoor grill/bbq to cook some meals. Laura explained to us why an outdoor grill/bbq was not allowed throughout the complexes. I would most definitely recommend this condo, concierge and complex to family and friends. Heck, I will probably return to this location in the future.
