Perfect location right downtown. The property was brand new, and easily fit our group with two queen beds and another room with two bunk beds.

What a beautiful apartment! We absolutely loved our stay. Great communication, PERFECT location, beautiful space. We loved being able to pop across the street for coffee in the mornings, or go for a quiet walk around town before the ferry comes in. Patricia and her team are so easy to work with, and so kind! We can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed C-Breeze for Stroll weekend and would stay here again for stroll or even a summer visit! Patricia was very communicative before our visit and Kathie was the perfect host on Island. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Thank you for having us.

Stayed here with my wife and 2 other couples for a wedding. Location was perfect right in the middle of town, walking distance to the ferry and all weekend events. The property manager Kathie was very accommodating and always responded immediately to our questions and requests. Will certainly stay here again if we make it back to the island.

Awesome property to rent in downtown Nantucket! Fully updated, great air conditioning, and plenty of space! It’s in the perfect location downtown with the ability to walk easily to anywhere downtown. The property manager is also great and very helpful. We already booked the same property for next year before we had even left this year!!

The apartment is just as it was advertised. And the location right on Main is excellent! Kathie, the property manager, was great to work with and very attentive to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful week staying at C Breeze. We especially love the location being right on Main Street has its perks. Kathleen was amazing whenever we needed something. Patricia was also very responsive with all of our questions prior to arriving to the unit. We highly recommend this place and would come back over and over again.

This property is the perfect combination between location and accommodations. The property itself is exactly as advertised nice, clean, and well equipped it could not have been nicer. If you want to be near town the location is perfect. Near the marina and restaurants, it is walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back!!

Nantucket Breeze is beautiful! We stayed with two families - 4 adults and 5 kids under age 7 - for four nights in mid-April and were very comfortable. The bunk room was great for the kids and the open concept kitchen to living room area with the high ceilings was beautiful. Very clean and stocked kitchen with anything we needed. It’s a great location - right downtown above a retail shop and across the street from many coffee shops and restaurants. We didn’t bring a car and walked everywhere easily - and used public transportation to Cisco! The manager, Kathie, is lovely and walked us personally through the space when we arrived. Patricia the owner is quick to respond and so nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our first time on the island!

This in town rental is perfect. With the 3 bedrooms our whole family had plenty is space to stretch out and relax. Beautifully appointed living space made us feel comfortable . I could not have asked for more. I can not wait to come back . Thank you so much for helping us make wonderful family memories.

Perfect Perfect is the only word that captures our stay at C Breeze The interior design is relaxed and stunning, the space planning is so well done that even the bed room with 2 sets of bunk beds seemed roomy. I am told the owners even made the custom furniture like the gorgeous Nantucket dining table. We had so much fun being right in the center of town and walked everywhere! The property owners were super responsive and Kathie, the property manager, who is a local is so helpful and easy to work with, I just can’t say enough! I would highly recommend this spot you will not regret it !

We loved staying at CBreeze. The central location was perfect for exploring downtown Nantucket. Restaurants were a short walk away. The nautical theme of the apt couldn’t have been more appropriate for us retired sailors.

This property far exceeded our expectations! Extremely comfortable and impeccably decorated in unique island decor. Location could not be better… easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. Checkin was very easy and the 20% discount at the store downstairs was an added bonus!

We rented this property to attend a wedding in Nantucket. The location of this property is absolutely the best! We were able to get to all the functions very easily. Bothowner Patricia and the Property Manager Kathy were extremely helpful and made sure to take all our needs into account. The property is very comfortable and can accommodate 6 adults very comfortably! We found that we had all the amenities we could wish for. Would live over to come back!

This 3-bed was perfect for our family's week in Nantucket - centrally located on Main Street with three bedrooms including bunks for the kids to enjoy and well laid out kitchen/dining/living area offering enough space for 3 adults and 4 kids. The owner and property manager were excellent at communicating with us prior to the stay, for check-in and check-out, and we had a wonderful week at this home!

Another great week in ACK, the location of this home is ideal…..right in the center of town. You can walk to all shopping and or dining in 2 minutes and a quick walk to Jetties and/or Children’s Beach. Owner and local property manager are first rate and easily accessible.

This location is absolutely perfect! In the center of town, it's an easy walk to the ferry/bike shops/shopping/restaurants/shuttles. Also, don't be scared off if you're looking for a quiet stay; even on busy weekend days/nights, we could barely hear the hustle and bustle below. I'd love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

We absolutely loved this property! The home is perfectly located relative to shops and restaurants. It’s beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with anything you might need. It’s set up great for a family, and we would love to come back again!!

Stayed here for a small bachelorette party with 5 others. I cannot get over how convenient the location of this apartment is! Easily walked to all of our dinner reservations and cafes for breakfasts.The owner was also SO accommodating. Not only was she available if anything were to go wrong, she also is shipping some clothes to me that I left in one of the drawers :) I was not expecting the kindness and over-the-top hospitality.Definitely will recommend this place to anyone/everyone!!

The apartment is perfect to explore the island from. Location allows you to stay nearby for essentials and also starting point to explore island. The high ceilings and windows give it great space. The connection of kitchen, dining and living room allowed us to entertain with friends. Bedrooms just the right size plus good lighting. Bathrooms good size too. Patricia gave good communication and information prior to arrival.. Most of all Kathy was great host. Check in, communication and even offering to keep our luggage until we left. She completes the package for this rental.

We had such a wonderful time at this property. The property is decorated in such a lovely Nantucket Island style and the location is perfecto. The location was so fun looking out onto Main Street and to be able to walk to so many lovely shops and restaurants made for a perfect few days. It was perfect for a family birthday celebration. The manager Kathy was so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this property although I would love to keep it a secret.

Our stay was fine. However, after we left the owner sent us a scathing email because we hadn’t washed the sheets and because the TV was unplugged. She proceeded to send us pictures of the laundry which we had placed in a neat pile, and 3 unopened sodas in the refrigerator. We had paid for 5 hours of cleaning and this was nowhere near 5 hours of cleaning. Despite this, she did not refund any of our security deposit. She stated this was primarily because the tv was broken. Now mind you, we are talking about 24 inch old tv (still has vhs) here and even if it had broken, you could argue we had done her a favor. The point remains though that tv was in perfect condition and left as found and Patricia still took our entire security deposit. Keep this in mind when renting from this individual.

The owners were great to communicate with and the second we met Kathy it was like we were family. She was so welcoming. The place was perfectly located and very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. To top off our great stay, our cousins got engaged by the lighthouse on Brant Point making for a perfect weekend! Kathy was so helpful as we searched the island for engagement gifts! And of course we bought a million sweatshirts from our favorite store Island Breeze! We can’t wait to go back!
