Questo attico è una parte del più nuovo e lussuoso resort dei Caraibi situato sul punto più della Repubblica Dominicana orientale. La vista mozzafiato delle nostre acque turchesi del Mar dei Caraibi sottolineato da spiagge di sabbia bianchissima che si estendono per miglia ea pochi passi dal vostro attico. La nostra unità particolare vanta anche una vista sul porto turistico di livello mondiale che attrae yacht provenienti da tutto il mondo. Il nostro attico è isolato senza vicini e quindi è estremamente silenzioso e tranquillo in quanto è un'unità d'angolo all'ultimo piano. Perfetto per il relax!
Elegantemente arredate in colori pastello tropicali e molto confortevole. L'attico dispone di tre camere da letto con bagno en-suite una master suite con una magnifica vista sul Mar dei Caraibi. Inoltre, vi è un soppalco con due queen divani letto futon. La nostra cucina completamente attrezzata potrebbe accontentare ogni chef fine settimana. La nostra casa ha tre televisori con un televisore a schermo piatto da 42 pollici nel nostro loft e un iPod con altoparlanti per voi godimento musicale. My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't want to leave the apartment to do excursions. It was tranquil and homey. The owner was so responsive and helpful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The apartment looked even better than the photos. We hired the cook Ms. Claudia and she was attentive and caring. She fed myself and my family very well. Her traditional Dominican dishes were the best. She took care everyone! Every dime was worth it! Ms. Claudia was genuinely loving we didn't want her to leave when she finished cooking and cleaning. She was such a positive person to be around.

Location has good view in front of beach view. Howver over priced with the facilities ive got during stay. You may not feel vacation daily basis as too much work in kitchen and no services provided for price i paid

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon at this property. It was absolutely like a second home, and the owner helped us navigate the best local dining options, a great masseuse, and even helped direct us to where we could obtain some unfortunately necessary medical care. It was quiet and peaceful and comfortable, everything that we wanted. The pools were great! The views were stunning. Also, I am so absolutely glad I took her advice and rented a car. We were able to go to the nearby blue mall and buy groceries at a lovely grocery store and get around to all areas of cap Cana easily. Would 1000% stay again!

Overall a wonderful vacation - Two parents over 65 and two adult children. Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We rented a car (recommended), stopped at the National Supermarket by airport and bought breakfast food and snacks. Easy 15 min drive to apt. It helps to check google maps before you arrive to get oriented. Penthouse was beautiful. It seemed as if we had the whole place to ourselves. (Pool and beach were empty). Pool guy brings out the umbrellas and cushions. (I gave him a small tip each day). Plenty of beach towels in the unit. We usually ate lunch at Maralias on the beach or got a pizza/sandwiches at Sopranos - all within walking distance. Valentinos at the beach had great gelato selection. Did a half day snorkeling tour with lunch included - a lot of fun. Another day rented a golf cart and went exploring. Claudia, the housekeeper/cook was amazing. We used her exceptional cooking skills twice to prepare dinner for us - chicken dish one day and salmon the other. Along with wonderful side dishes - all prepared in a healthy Dominican style. Claudia also brought beautiful flowers each day which was a nice touch. Highly recommend using her. (Google translate required if you don't speak spanish) . Had dinner reservations at Barbudo, LaYola, and Bohemian Wine and Tapas restaurants. All worth trying. Don't forget to have your morning coffee on the marina side of the penthouse. Highly recommend this VRBO.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nicole’s oceanfront condo. The condo was super spacious and the community was so quiet and peaceful. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio Morning and night, and stayed on the beach all day. There was a restaurant and bar and walking distance of the condo as well as a huge, beautiful private pool. We had the pleasure of meeting some of our neighbors at the pool and they were so kind and delightful, even befriended my little 3 1/2 year-old. This was our first day in Cana and I really appreciated the safety and security of staying in the gated community. I felt completely safe, taking my son for a walk in the mornings by myself around the marina and really anywhere. We ended up renting a car to take my parents to church and Higuey and also made a few trips to Bávaro (where we normally stay) To see friends. It was nice having a car to get out a few times and see some action, but nothing can beat The privacy and security of staying in Cap Cana!
You can rent a golf cart to drive around, but it’s also only four dollars for a cab to get anywhere in cap Cana. Nicole’s place is in a perfect spot because you can walk to the beach restaurant and all of the other restaurants that we knew of would require a golf cart or a car to get to And are more inland.
Nicole was super responsive to anything we needed, but there wasn’t much we needed because her place was in perfect condition and had everything we needed for our stay!

The condo is very spacious and the Cap Cana area is quite lovely. The grounds are very well manicured and the local staff is friendly. There are a few restaurants close by/walkable and a short taxi ride to other options. The area feels very safe. Nicole's communication was quick and helpful. Claudia's meals were great after long days in the sun and she kept the condo tidy and clean. She is so sweet!

Our visit to Cap Cana was amazing. The rental property was just as advertised and Nicole was an awesome host. Nicole provided detailed instructions that made our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend having Claudia the chef prepare meals while staying at Cap Cana. She is so sweet and accommodating and prepared 2 authentic meals for our group. The food was delicious! Claudia was our honorary auntie by the end of the trip. The concierges Eligio and Darwin were so helpful and charming. They helped us request taxi services and were able to help us book an ATV excursion. They even allowed me to practice my Spanish with them as did Claudia the chef. The rental property is beautiful. I woke up every day to amazing beach views and watched the sunset and sunrise from my bedroom and the relaxing balcony. The property is accessible to the beach and is relaxing for a quiet get away. We ate at the restaurant on site and Elvis the bartender was wonderful. I will say if you are unable to create your own nightlife, the property is about 20-30 minutes away from clubs and bars, but it is nice to travel through Punta Cana and see the community on your way to the action. We had such a great time and I would surely return to this rental property in the future. Thank you Nicole for everything!

We enjoyed a week in Cap Cana. The condo was in a great location with a fabulous view. It was well equipped with plenty of room for the 4 of us. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean, at the pool and at the beach. If you are looking for a place to just relax, this is a great spot. Nicole was absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was very responsive, answering questions prior to our arrival and during our stay. She also recommended various restaurants, grocery stores and things to do, as well as organized a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Every spring right after Super Bowl we need to escape the cold of the Midwest in the US and get some sun. We found this great location at Cap Cana Marina. It was wonderful. The location is perfext, your large porch with great seating looks out on the ocean and the pools. In the morning you can sit at the otherside of the property and view the Marina until the sun gets higher.
Nicole the host was great. Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. We also had Claudia cook for us two days - all local - all fresh - mahi mahi and carribean chicken with fantiastic side dishes. Highly recommend hiring her! Very reasonable and so friendly and kind. The location was perfect for us (we are all over 60 and wanted a quieter location) We had 3 couples and the rooms were perfect. We never used the TV in 5 days - too much to do and see. Close to the airport, grocery, activities and the beach. We golfed, snorkeled, hit the beach, walked, sunned at the pool and relaxed.
We highly recommend Nicoles rental.

This is tough to write as I’ve had the great privilege to rent amazing properties from wonderful owners / property hosts around the world, however this condo and gated community did not live up to the description, rental rate or reviews. In short, the property needs a lot of care and attention and while Nicole was responsive to the urgent issues experienced during our stay, this was a disappointing rental.

Having previously explored Casa De Campo, Puerto Plata and Bayahibe, we found the tranquility and serenity we sought in the less bustling corners of the Dominican Republic, specifically at Cap Cana Marina. Every facet of our stay was enriched, from the convenience of a private indoor parking spot to the invaluable presence of Claudia—an incredibly versatile individual who not only cooked and cleaned but also provided delightful conversations. Our culinary desires were met with sheer brilliance as Claudia crafted a dinner featuring chicken, oxtails, and pepper steak. All her meals were delicious. Nicole's exceptional service, extending beyond mere accommodation as she kept us seamlessly connected to real estate opportunities and curated suggestions for dining and extracurricular activities. Cap Cana Marina, with its tranquil ambiance and attentive staff, has undoubtedly etched itself into our hearts as a serious contender for our retirement dreams.

Nicole’s apt was great and at a great location!
The apt was clean and had everything you needed. The Area is very safe, and has many amazing pools, share by the apt complex.
There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. We use the cook that Nicole offers and she cooked great Dominican meals, and left everything impecable

Our recent stay at this property was perfect! From the moment we stepped into the condo, we were happy with its cleanliness and presentation. This place exceeded our expectations.
Dealing with the Nicole was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire booking process and during the stay. Any questions or requests were met with swift and attentive responses.
The location is absolution perfect. Like previous reviews the areas is quite but that’s what makes it so perfect. The condo is nestled in an idyllic setting, just a short stroll away the beach. The convenience of being so close allowed us to indulge in multiple swims throughout the day. It was like having our own private oasis!
Additionally, the condo's proximity to nearby restaurants was a delightful surprise. Within a few minutes' walk, we had access to the API house offering delicious local cuisine and international delicacies overlooking the water.
I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free vacation in this beautiful island paradise. Would definitely book again!

The property was extremely nice, and it was quite. Also the place to eat with the pool and bar had incredible food. My only thing that I believe would help, is to let you know what is available to use and what is not in Cap Cana.
Nicole was helpful when needed and kind of left us alone unless we had any questions. Will stay there again when we return.

Nicole’s condo is huge, spacious and comes equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms are all very large and the balcony is huge. The beds were all super comfortable and we also enjoyed the upstairs loft. The condo complex is very clean and well maintained. Everyone we encountered was super helpful. The pool area was right on the beach and so picturesque. Nicole is the epitome of a super host. She checked in on us upon arrival and was quickly responsive to any questions. We also opted to have Ingris cook and clean and her meals were fresh and amazingly delicious. We felt completely safe anywhere we ventured in Cap Cana. We really enjoyed the restaurants in the Fishing Lodge area across the bay. Bohemian Tapas and Wine Bar was our favorite. Every dish was incredible and the owner greeted us on each visit and provided entree recommendations. We will definitely book again on our next trip to Punta Cana👍

We had a wonderful vacation in Cap Cana! The condo was even prettier than the pictures! Nicole was so helpful throughout the trip. The area is safe and pristine! The food in Cap Cana was delicious. We enjoyed side excursions for golf and monkey land-both were amazing. We definitely hope to come back and would absolutely return to this beautiful condo. Aquamarina is stunning- great pools, easy to walk around and enjoy the boats, and stunning beaches with shaded cabanas. The Fishing Lodge had great restaurants, as did the Blue Mall (SBG). Taxi service was great, as we did not have a car. This is a great place to get away from crowds and just sit back and enjoy the Caribbean breezes!

Cap Cana Aquamarina condo is great. Nice beaches, pools, and other facilities. Not crowded at all. Our unit is 3 bd and 3 ba with a loft that has two sofa beds. The unit occupies the whole floor with a large balcony looking directly out to the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with enough pots and pans etc. We had a great and relaxing time staying there. And Nicole is an excellent hostess, very accommodating. Will stay at the property again.

We had a fantastic time staying in Nicole’s condo! The views from the balcony were fabulous! The condo was beautiful and comfortable. The community was wonderful and well maintained. The beach and pool were never crowded and felt very private. We enjoyed the area restaurants especially Barbuda and Bohemian Tapas. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time. The property is perfectly located between beach and the marina. We walked to the boat in the morning and to the beach in the evening after fishing. The pools are fantastic. We had a wonderful experience. The property manager provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. Enjoy the people and the beautiful property.

Excellent but short stay at this beautiful property. Nicole was an awesome hostess - very responsive and helpful. The property is gorgeous with amazing views. The beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, and the common spaces were spacious and well decorated. The balcony was lovely Highly recommend!

Some homes just have the wow factor and have it from the first step in. 4 floors up with one balcony overlooking the beach and the pools. The other overlooking the marina.
Lots of space, modern and incredibly well equipped. Cap Cana has lots of great restaurants to choose from, is still very quiet though growing. this comes with 5 stars for me.

Amazing place
My husband and I chose this unit for the views that were shown in the pictures online. It did not disappoint! It didn’t matter where you were in the unit, there were jaw dropping views, especially the main bedroom. Waking up to the ocean, sand and palm trees every morning started the day off right.
The unit was beautifully decorated and spacious.
Our host Nicole was awesome! She made this trip completely stress free for us in every way. She is the definition of super host!
She checked in with us to make sure everything had exceeded our expectations and to let us know she was available if we needed her assistance with anything.
I contacted her a few times while there with questions and she literally got back to me immediately. She couldn’t have been more helpful and it was greatly appreciated.
The marina was beautiful, and as the week passed we noticed more and more people coming in. The pool was huge and we didn’t have to fight for lounge chairs, which was awesome!
I highly recommend going to the grocery store prior to going to the marina as some of the restaurants are still closed. The Api bar was our go to place at night and the food was great.

Quiet Paradise
My mom and I loved the property. We did a same day booking and Nicole was very responsive and informative. We tried the restaurants she recommended and they were spot on! We spent a day at the beach club which was very nice. The views from the unit are breathtaking. I will be back for my next visit in 3 months.
