Abundance of bottled water to stay hydrated
Where to begin…roach and mosquitoes in the room. Meals are incredibly restrictive with a “reservation” required two days prior for the restaurants otherwise you have to eat at the buffet. Room smelled like mold/mildew. Staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating. I would not recommend staying here if you value how you spend your hard earned money. Went to everywhere including the bellboys in search of change for 500 pesos and no one had any money…yea ok. Everything is an up charge and not included at an “all inclusive” resort.

Solo recomendaría que los adultos podamos tener más opciones de noche, quizás una discoteca o piano bar, por lo menos mientras estuvimos no tocaron arriba, y algo de picadera o snack que no sea dentro de la habitación.

Manana is their motto. They’re your friends while you pay, otherwise they don’t care. And they definitely don’t care about some individuals at their beach who sell activities. We bought a scuba diving activity and when we got on a boat my son started panicking. The guy started getting frustrated, almost forcing my son to go. Finally got rid of the guy and he only gave us half of the paid money back. There’s NO REST from these people at your beach. Selling stuff 6x times more expensive as well. They didn’t clean our room in all 5 days that we stayed there. Didn’t do our laundry that you have to pay for on top of this expensive stay at their hotel. Alcohol drinks are DELUTED. I had about 8 pina colada at once and was sober as ever. Restaurants at their hotel - servers would bring you wrong food or just forget to bring at all. They all expect for tips from you. Next time we will rent a house, enough hotel experience.

I visited Paradisus way before covid and I booked there during covid but it was closed and they automatically booked me for circles which was not that great plus I was not told in advance that they were rerouting people there. I think Paradisus have new workers that does not know how to deliver the GREAT customer service that the old employees used to deliver in the past.
So I literally was on my way to Sineris to check out there aqua park with my son and my niece but since last time I was in Punta Cana Paradisus was closed. I literally drove to the security and asked if it was open and the gentleman at the gate said yes but you need a reservation. I went right to my booking app and made a reservation for 4. When I got there mind you it was like 10pm and we just had a long day coming from Santo Domingo to check out Katmandu. The gentle man at the front desk told that I had a room for 3 adults, I said no incorrect and I showed him my booking app reservation, and clearly said 2 adults and 2 children with the ages of the children. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating at first. He told that they were checking for a room and that it will take 5 minutes, then he said they were preparing the room and fixing the sofa bed for the kids. All that was understandable since my reservation differs from what they could see on their end. He then offered us a welcome drink which was passion juice. I sensed that there was some issues with my accommodation and went up to check and he said that it would be a few more minutes, we were tired and getting a bit cranky. He then came and told me that they would have to take a hold of $104 because booking made a mistake, which was fine cause I was too tired to care. Finally the room was ready and when we went up none of our keys worked and it was just one bed and no sofa bed was made. I went downstairs and they told me to wait and they will fix the issue about minutes went by and I was told that housekeeping was going to bring a pull out bed to the room. Since I was already in the room I new that that was not going to work. At this point I was fed up and just asked for my money back. Let me just add that I unfortunately did not catch the gentleman's name but he was very nice and tried to accommodate us the entire time the best that he could the manager was the issue.

The best thing about the resort was the spa. Those women are amazing. The spa and the food are good and the rooms are comfy.
When I arrived I was told that since I didn't have the credit card I had reserved my stay with, I needed to book it again. So the booking I did before hand was a waste of time. You have to take into account that this is not a cheap hotel. I was lucky my cousin lent me the money over there but otherwise I would have been left literally in the streets. Then, the people at the lobby made multiple mistakes with the information they were giving me. It was just frustrating. I was later told that due to the inconvenience I might be able to check out later but when the day came, the room I was in was already booked for other guests. On top of that, I didn't have running water one morning and, I had to call 3 times in the same evening to remind the person to send drinking water to my room. I wanted for hours for it.

The staff is incredible and so very accommodating. The location is beach front (though not all rooms are beach view). There were plenty of daily activities we were part of- water aerobics, mixology class, etc. They had a wonderful group that was used for their excursions- in which we participated in the party boat and deep sea fishing! Both were very exciting and well worth the money.
The food was incredible and we really loved the buffet as it was super easy in and out with more options than imaginable.
Booking.com screwed up my reservation by allowing my personal information to be breached and get cancelled- in which they DID NOTHING, therefore I needed to book a new room- which was SMALLER and MORE EXPENSIVE.
The resort I have absolutely zero negative things to say about the property!

Beach is very wide and very beautiful palms, rooms are nicely renovated, good ratio of property size to guest ratio, no feeling of being overcrowded, a lot of swimming pools, nice collaboration with Suda for yoga classes, some dishes in Italian restaurant (not pizza) were very nice, very polite and attentive concierge service
Be attentive when reserving this hotel via booking.com! Misrepresentation of room size and price! Was charged adult fee of 150 usd per night for extra child who was supposed to be included in the reservation! Spent hours with booking.com and hotel manager to resolve the issue without success. Quality of food overall is low, service is mediocre, 90% of stuff is unhappy, very old gym, food show in Japanese restaurant is most disgraceful experience in a long time (we and other family left in 10 min) just like the quality of food that cannot be called Japanese, slightly agressive luggage personnel at the check out. The place is NOT a paradise!

First The Paradisus was overbooked so the taxi broth un there to find out our booking place is overbooked! They broth us to Falcon Resort wich was a disaster for us! Lot of kids a lot of noise! Not Paradisus like! Sorry!
Just to get that we Paradisus ! This was my 14 time in Punta Cana 13 Times I stay in Paradisus with is closed now ! You can not compare Falcon with Paradisus for which we payed! Noise the hole days ! Disaster! Sorry This not the Vacations I booked for!

The only thing good was the kidsdom where you can leave your child and enjoy some alone time. The childcare staff there was very passionate and professional.

Employees are mostly unprofessional. This includes: concierge giving wrong information to you (one staff told me that a theme park would be open at 12pm and I found out otherwise when I went to the theme park that they open at 6pm, which was a total waste of time for me), restaurant waiters not knowing a thing on their own menu and often communicate orders verbally and things get missing (I ordered Yakisoba in a self-proclaimed Japanese place and it never came during the 2 hours I sat there)……..
The whole place feels cheaply put together, details are severely lacking. The shower door in my room wouldn’t close because the glass door simply didn’t fit. During my entire stay (6 days) I had no wifi in my room. I asked when they could fix my wifi and they always tell me “tomorrow”.
