My and I had a great time. The condo was super nice as well as easy to access all the mentees that had to offer including the pool and to access to the beach which is right across the street. My wife loved the ability to walk to all the local restaurants as well as the donut shop and the coffee shops down the street all in all the stay was great. We look forward to our next visit hopefully be again the same person.

We had a great time staying in St Augustine. The condo was in a great location with excellent onsite amenities and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The property location was great, We mostly went to the beach which is nearby. There were beach supplies at the condo. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants for meals. The condo was really nicely decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend,

Stayed a few days for our daughter's birthday. The condo was great! Very nicely decorated, super comfortable and even had beach gear so we didn't have to haul our own.
The building is across the street from the pier and beach and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
St Augustine's historic area was about 10 minutes away with shopping, restaurants and fun activities for the family - we really enjoyed the ghost walk and distillery tours.
The host provided a very helpful welcome packet with all the information we needed to access the unit as well as some suggestions on places to visit while we were there.
We had a wonderful, stress free vacation and will definitely be booking again next time we're in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location was perfect—just a short walk or drive away from the beautiful sandy beach and close to local restaurants and shops. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only downside was the primary bedroom's mattress, which we found to be a bit too firm for our liking. It took a few nights to get used to, but it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the condo.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great beach getaway. We hope to return in the future!

We had an enjoyable stay! Pleasant condo neighborhood, walking distance to the beach & lovely resturants. Pool was wonderful to have and close drive to downtown. Lynn was very responsive and she truly has a nice little set up!

Our family was very comfortable in this well-appointed and spacious accommodation. Aside from the plentiful kitchen and bathroom provisions, there were plenty of beach chairs, cart, etc. The host literally thought of everything we might need during our stay. It was also convenient to St. Augustine where we attended wedding events. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Without question probably the finest VRBO property that we have stayed at. We booked for a month and as an indication of how much we enjoyed our stay we just rebooked for a month next year.
Such an awesome location within walking distance to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream stores & the beach. Also, take a short 10 minute drive and your in historic St Augustine which has such a cool vibe with so much to do & see. This place is a grand slammer totally worth the price of admission!!

This was our second stay here, and we could not ask for a better condo. Everything is just as it says in the listing and we were all happy with it all!
Lynn is super easy to work with and always provides needed information quickily. If you are headed to St. Augustine, you can't go wrong staying here.
Also, you have to try Crabby's Beachside. It is a 3 minute walk from the door of the condo. The city pier is right across the street and provides some great views.

Our visit was wonderful. The condo was far and above than we ever could imagined. All we needed to bring where our clothes, food and drink. The condo had everything you could possibly imagine from shampoo and conditioner to jigsaw puzzles. Would definitely recommend!

Lynn’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! Very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! We loved the fact that the kitchen had necessary supplies. We also were able to enjoy the pool. It was an easy walk to the fishing pier, beach and restaurants! Would definitely book again if traveling to St. Augustine!

We had a great time staying for my husband's 40th birthday with our family. The condo was clean, Lynn was very communicative, the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space, and it's right near Saint Augustine Beach (across the street from the pier) and so many things were within walking distance. We had a wonderful time. I will also say the condo complex had a lot of friendly people and was quiet. I really enjoyed that as well. The time on the back deck was a family favorite!

Condo is perfect! We are 3 friends celebrating one's retirement. Set up was great- all bedding was comfortable. Great amenities. Very nicely decorated too. Could not have found a nicer place! Lynn has thought of everything to meet your needs. Great location near beaches, restaurants and close to historic St. Augustine.

Although we were not there to go to the beach, it was steps away. The pictures online depicted the condo almost perfectly. They could not show how warm and inviting it actually was. We can’t wait to book again.

We enjoyed Ms. Lynn's unit so much. We've stayed at other Airbnb places , Lynn's place had absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay!!! There were even batteries!!!

Highly recommended! Owner was amazing to deal with. The condo was so clean and so well maintained in addition to having everything you can imagine. Location was great- close to many shop’s restaurants and so close to the beach. I wish I could give more than 5 stars in every category!
