The house is charming and just a short walk to the beach and the best snorkeling on the island. We had some issues that were beyond the control of the property manager and she was responsive, made sure things were fixed and that we were satisfied. We had a fantastic vacation and Charlene could not have been a better host!

Property Mgmt:
Cady was fantastic! Met us at the home, walked us through everything. We had a few questions a few days in and she was easy to get a hold of via WhatsApp. We were scheduled to leave during the MicroSoft/CrowdStrike glitch and had to spend an extra day. Cady worked with us and took great care of us.
Location:
FANTASTIC! 15min from the airport. 5 min from the grocery store. 8 min from the shops at Grace Bay. 4 min WALK to the beach and some of the best snorkeling I've ever done.
The Home:
Let me preface this by saying, IMO, this is a budget-friendly property. It's got some age and it shows. The beds are thin and were uncomfortable, at least for us. There were worms in every room and every day. Have no idea where they came from or how they got in, but annoying. There's a section of security fence that's just missing. You'd need a machete to get to the home, but still. EVERYTIME you run water, be it the faucet, the shower, the washer, or toilet, a water pump would turn on and a "pump-pump-pump" sound would fill the home. Could be completely normal for homes in T&C, but that was annoying too. The heating coil in the dryer didn't work. Cloths just spun and spun.
Overall, I don't thing I'd stay here again knowing what I know now. Could have spent a few more bucks and stayed at a resort. ....but that's just me. I'd give this place a 3 outta 5 stars.

We stayed for 2 weeks. The property fit our needs quite well. There were a couple minor things at the beginning but Cady took care of them for us. There was a long review from a person who had stayed here before that was extremely helpful. She recommended activities and restaurants.

We had a family of four adults and two kids at Hideaway Villa for a winter holiday and thought the house was great. Cady, the property manager was always available to answer questions and assist with issues. And the pool was perfect for a toddler - there’s a kiddie wading pool built into the deeper pool so both adults and kids could swim at the same time. Bedrooms we spacious too. We also liked the location - easy walk to the beach and easy drive to the grocery store and shopping. Would definitely go back and stay here!

We enjoyed a lovely November week at Hideaway Villa. House was perfect for myself, my husband, and our two grown children. The house itself sits back from the road and is very private for sitting on the deck or by the pool. It's a nice short walk down to Grace Bay to enjoy the sand and water there. We appreciated the beach chairs left at the house to take down to the beach with us. There is a decent place serving Mexican by the beach within walking distance. We also enjoyed Mango Cafe and the Fish Fry which were both a short car ride. The supermarket is not far as well. The only thing that you need to watch out for are the dogs as one of them absconded with one of my husband's tennis shoes that he had left outside lol. Thanks so much Cady!

The property was clean and fully stocked. It has ample security measures to make folks feel safe, even though the neighborhood was safe and secure. The house and pool were as described within the overview. We did have a few issues with broken beach chairs/umbrellas, etc, but everything else was spot on.

Overall property was clean and in good shape, Cady made the check-in process easy and had great communication with us by both phone calls and texting via What's App, short walk to the beach and Somewhere Cafe which was great for food & drinks, this was our first time visiting Turks & Caicos, we loved it so much we definitely plan to return and we would stay at the Hideaway Villa again

Awesome Location
The hideaway villa was a perfect getaway house for 5 days! It is walking distance to the beach where there is great snorkeling at the reef and not a lot of hotels in that part of the beach. The house was well equipped for meals and comfort and Cady, the property manager responded quickly to any need/questions.

Not what we expected
First I can say that Charlene was excellent. She was very communicative and lovely. Unfortunately the property didn’t meet our expectations. The owners were very reasonable about compensating us. I’m sure changes have been made to ensure cleanliness in the future as the managing property and owners seem genuinely kind and honest. It’s a beautiful property and location . Just sub standard cleanliness in our experience

Lovely stay
The property is really great, although in hindsight we wouldn't have picked this location for our group of families.
Comfortable rooms, good air conditioning. The dishwasher was pretty terrible - other appliances worked well.
The house was well stocked and the property management was incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful with literally anything. I could not recommend them more.
It's a short walk to the beach, but it makes all the difference - would be better to either be at/on a beach, or in a more remote and rural part of the island, from my perspective.

Great Getaway in Turks
We enjoyed out stay The Bight. The house is very private and about two blocks from the beach. It had everything we needed for our week-long stay with our two teenagers. Highly recommend for families interested in renting a home in Turks.

Gorgeous pool and decks.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The big wraparound decks are perfect for yoga - there's always a shady spot and the pool was perfection. The beach area closest to the house was a bit rocky when we visited, but it gets better as you walk towards coral gardens.

Great stay!
This house is perfect for families with children. There are flights of stairs to get to main living area, if that presents a challenge with toddlers and/or ederly. Other than that it is in a great location. The pool is a bonus as well. The beach is a short walk from the house. The house is equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, which was awesome. The beach from the house is the Lower Bight area and it is great for snorkeling. Grace Bay and restaurants are about 5 min drive away. Cady was wonderful to work with....very warm and welcoming. My husband and I and our 3 children, 16, 13, and 8 had a great week together!

A wonderful week in paradise
My family of 7 had a terrific week at the Hideaway Villa. The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained, very close to the beach and to all of the attractions of Provo. Everything was perfect.

Close to best beach
The property has air conditioning and is in good shape. Best part is location. On Grace Beach, only a 5-7 minute walk to best beach on the island. Bring goggles and a snorkel there’s a reef at the beach. Lots of fish. Bring snack, food is expensive on the island.
Very comfortable property but could use some upkeep.
Having a pool on your property is a must. Enjoyed it a lot.

Amazing Vacation Property
Our family would highly recommend this property for your next vacation. It was in a great location, close to the beach and Coral Gardens for snorkeling. Cady was an excellent host and responsive to our questions. The house is large, easily accommodating our family and the pool was a bonus. We would gladly stay here again.

Location, Location, Location
This house is walking distance to the beach which is beautiful. The snorkeling is amazing and the sand is soft not rocky. We took barefoot walks up and down the beach. We rented a car and the best restaurants on the island are all just a short drive. The pool is beatuiful with a hammock and plenty of lounge chairs. Second floor patio furniture is so nice for morning coffee, afternoon lunch or cocktail before dinner. Kitchen had everything we needed. Cady was wonderful at check in showing us everything we needed to know about the house. We requested grocery shoppping to be done before our arrival and Cady arranged for that which was such a nice option to have.

Great spot and wonderful property
Property was perfect for our family. We were two couples and 2 children. The house set up and bedrooms bathrooms were very accommodating. The kitchen and living room/deck overlooking the pool was great. The property is in a great location - we rented a car and were able to explore the island with ease - grace bay is only a few mins away and we explored beaches on both sides of the islands in addition to the beach at the end of our road. The pool is a great feature, the kids loved having our private pool and swimming at night was bonus. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing First Time Visit
We had a friends trip (first time visitors) and our stay at the Hideaway Villa could not have been better! Cady met us at the house to give us a tour and show how everything worked. She also provided us with a map of the best things to do on the island. The house and service provided is amazing! We had a house cleaning mid-week during our stay and the pool cleaned of debris as well on Saturday. The rooms were very large and we liked that each had an en-suite. The WiFi worked well. Additionally, we only used half of the allotment for air conditioning by keeping doors open upstairs while we were home and using the air conditioning when sleeping and/or when we were in our rooms. The kitchen had about everything we needed, as far as appliances and utensils go, to make our meals. We loved hanging out on the lanai and lounging down on the hammock or by the pool. One of our favorites was a friendly cat that stayed on the property and came up to see us every day. We also felt safe on the property as it was gated and there was an alarm system. The foliage was so beautiful and provided privacy from neighbors and the street. Go to the fish fry on Thursdays! Amazing food, music, drinks and crafts. Go early as parking is nuts. The beach access (Bight Reef) is about a 5 minute walk from the house. You also should check out Somewhere, the best little beachside bar/restaurant. Other recommendations (food/drinks): Da Conch Shack - Wednesday’s live music; Mango Reef - happy hour daily from 5 - 7; Sharkbite - blackened grouper sandwich; Jack’s Fountain - fish tacos and mussels in cream sauce; Danny Buoys - vanilla almond colada; Shay Cafe - eggs benedict; Bugaloos - conch and the Key Lime Colada; Fish Fry - grilled lobster and jerk chicken from Kool Runnings; and Infinity Bar. Beach recommendations: Bight Reef; Grace Bay Beach - access and parking by The Sands - we saw dolphins two different days; Sapodilla Bay Beach - shallow, soft sand and we saw a stingray here; Long Bay Beach - windy but great for kite boarding, shipwreck in the distance. Final recommendations: Island Vibe snorkel tour and visit Salt Mills shopping (Potcake Rescue is in this shopping area). Snorkeling was amazing, then we went to Half Moon Bay/Iguana island, and finally swim/used slide and diving board all while drinking our fill of beer and rum punch. At Potcake Rescue, you can check out a puppy to walk them for or a couple hours! Overall, LOVED The Hideaway Villa, and Cady was amazing!

8th Annual Girl's Trip
This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos so everything was new to us. Our villa had three bedrooms with en suite baths. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and roomy. The beds were not especially comfortable and the mattresses are probably ready for replacement. We ate most meals out, and all very good, but when we did cook, the kitchen had sufficient cooking pan, utensils, etc. The outdoor seating areas are comfortable and plentiful. The villa is gated which poses a problem when we wanted to go to different places because there is only one way to get into house and only one gate key. The wifi worked very well and we never experienced a single outage. We recommend a car though there are a few good restaurants within a very short from the villa. The house is close to the airport.

Great family vacation
The Hideaway Villa is just a described. Very comfortable for the six adults. We loved the decks, pool and the living room area that was large enough for all of us to hang around in. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils. There is a large grill to bbq. Just a 5 minute stroll down the road and you are on grace bay beach by the windsong hotel. Would definitely rebook.

Lovely property
We enjoyed our stay at Villa Hideaway. It is in a great location. We did have some trouble with the entrance gates, but fortunately have the same system at our home, so we knew how to work with it. The property manager was extremely nice to work with, attentive, and responsive.

Wonderful stay at Hideaway Villa
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hideaway Villa. The property was just lovely and the location to the beach and Bight Reef couldn't have been better. Cady was extremely helpful from the check in to the check out. If we needed help with something, she came right away to take care of it. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool after a day at the beach. The Villa is very private and secluded with lush foliage surrounding it. I have traveled to most of the Caribbean islands, but now Turks and Caicos is definitely my favorite. And I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Hideaway Villa again!!

Family vacation
Get place for family and/or friends. We did our first family vacation in a number of years and had a wonderful time. From the time we landed Cady was terrific with directions, advise , what to do, where to go and she made the arrangements. She was spot on. The house it tastefully done, the layout gives everyone privacy, everything worked and it's centrally located. The bonus is the pool. Could not have asked for a better first trip to Providencailes

The Villa was very very clean and super comfortable. We were three gals and it was great to have our own full en-suite in our bedrooms. Great beds!
Everything we required for the beach was provided including beach umbrellas , cart , cooler and towels.
We did feed the local Potcake dogs which adds to the island flavour. We also visited Provo Childrens home and donated some needed items. We hope other guests will do the same.
The property, the location, and the people are just great and made this a very unforgettable, pleasant, and awesome experience.

Great stay!
We had a great stay at the Hide Away Villa. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and the villa setup worked perfectly for us. Cady met us and showed us how everything worked. The villa was very clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was shorter than I thought it would be and the new beach cart worked well for us. The outdoor space at the villa was great - lots of seating on the large balcony and around the pool area. We used the air conditioning in the evenings and all night for all three bedrooms and were just under the allowance. We did turn it off during the day when we were out of house. The location of the house was great for us. It was a quick drive to many restaurants, the grocery store, and the fish fry, but not in a busy area. Check out with Cady was quick and easy. We would recommend this villa and would stay here again if we go back to Provo!
