Questa casa piena di sole ha quattro anni. piano piano aperto, costruito con la maggior parte dei comfort moderni offerti. Pavimenti in parquet in tutto, smart TV in ogni camera, cucina attrezzata con la maggior parte tutti gli utensili da cucina. Una camera con un letto matrimoniale, una con letto matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e un divano letto completo in salotto.
Per la vita all'aperto: il portico e il cortile modeste dimensioni hanno l'esposizione al sole tutto il giorno, grill a gas per cucinare, un tavolo da picnic per mangiare e una doccia esterna privata. Parcheggi fuori strada per 2-3 auto.
Questa casa si trova a 1 1/2 isolati dalla spiaggia, solo a piedi a tutto ciò che Dewey ha da offrire. Una breve corsa in bicicletta, corsa in auto o Jolly Trolly a Rehoboth Beach.

Our family (with 1 grandparent and 2 young kids) had a great experience at this property. The house is more spacious than the pictures show - nice high ceilings really open it up! Everything you need for a good beach vaca.

If you are looking for a great location, this cottage is a great find. Overall, the home is nice with plenty of space. We were there for a few days during the off season so no issues with noise (Dewey can be loud in the summer). Our only issues were the mattresses, with the Queen mattress being really bad (we both couldn't make it through the night using it), the decor and furniture is nice/beachy but worn down, and the house overall was clean but not super clean. To get to the beach you simply walk across the Route 1 and you are also walking distance to all the bars and restaurants which is great. This cottage is a better stay than any Dewey hotel.

This was our first 'fall' weekend visit to Dewey and this great town never disappoints. This lovely, comfortable home was a perfect home base. We hope to return!

We stayed here for a few nights in October for a quiet retreat. The house was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, modern and stylish with all the amenities we needed. Loved the gas fireplace after a cool evening walk on the beach. Located on a quiet street close to the beach and great bars and restaurants. We hardly had to drive anywhere. Hosts were very friendly and super accommodating when we had an unexpected change in plans. We'll definitely be back!

The house was perfect for my family’s weekend getaway! We had perfect weather. We enjoyed the walk to the beach, close to bars/restaurants and short drive to Rehoboth Beach for the day. The house had all we needed and was very clean.

The location was fantastic, three min walk to beach at the end of the street, minutes from all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. The house was really perfect for our needs which were rest, relax, repeat (beach!)

The property is beautifully decorated and immaculate. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen was very well equipped for a longer stay. The house is in a great location as well -an easy walk to the beach, bay and restaurants and bars. We had six adults in our group and had plenty of space.
