Questa casa è luminosa e rinnovata di recente (2017) con un sacco di spazio per godersi le giornate estive lungo il promontorio. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone e dista meno di un miglio dalla spiaggia di Sea Street. We enjoyed our stay in this house! The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated and used the outdoor living areas & outdoor shower. And it's a short walk to the Sundae School! 🤗. The A/C ducting makes some banging noise, but we slept in spite of it.

We had a great vacation at this property. It was a great location, comfortable for our small family. The house had everything we needed and then some. The only thing we didn’t realize was the parking price for Dennis beaches (30$/day; we rented previous properties that were just in neighborhood beaches and never paid). This of course was no fault of the owner. Emily was quick to reply to any questions.

My friends and I stayed at this property for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time. We were about a 15 min walk from the beach and great restaurants. The sun room was a fun hang out spot. Emily also provided great restaurant suggestions in the area.

Overall a great stay and great house. The only complaint we have is the noise coming from the AC unit when it would stop it would make a loud banging noise. Other than that we had a wonderful week and loved the screened in porch. It was close to an ice cream store and the beaches and we loved the outdoors for grilling and the outdoor shower is a plus.

Perfect location!
This was my families first vacation to the Cape and we couldn’t be happier! The house is literally a 10 minute walk to the beach or a minute drive. Close to all shops and restaurants but most importantly Sundae School which did not disappoint. The house itself is in great condition; very clean and has everything you need! All of our time in the house was spent in the sun room which has the most magnificent breeze! Patio and grill space was wonderful and I cannot express how much we liked the outdoor shower. Having this to come back to after the beach is a must! Check in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was great. This place is top notch. We will most definitely be back. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Great vacation spot!
We loved our visit here so much! It was a great size for our family of 5, clean, and offered so many options on the property and nearby as well. Our kids did not want to leave!

Wonderful time
The only issue I had is I wish the queen bed was a little firmer, however, everybody has there own matteress preference. All in all I had a wonderful time the place was clean and in a quite area and within walking distance to many places.

A Dennis Delight
This cape house was beautiful especially the sunroom. My family of four had plenty of space inside and out. The hosts get it, everything you would need and more provided for you. The location was a short walking distance to the beach and stores.
We had a question when we arrived and the host Emily was quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Great Cape Cod Vacation Home!
This was our first family vacation to the Cape, and chose Emily’s house for the ratings, the photos, and the proximity to the beach. The property exceeded all of our expectations. For four people (two adults, two kids) the house was the perfect size and the outdoor area ideal for wiffle ball or outdoor meals. Like many of the other reviewers we spent most of our time in the sunroom-which was terrific - but due to the humid weather, a bit stuffy in the middle of the day. One bathroom called for an organized approach, but the outside shower help manage throughput. We loved having Sundae school steps from the house-and Sea Street beach was a perfect small beach for the four of us. We would definitely recommend the property and would love to stay again if we come back to the Cape. Enjoy!

A great stay!
We had a wonderful stay at Emily's house. The sunroom was our favorite spot, and loved the convenience of the house. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The twin beds were comfy and the perfect setup for our kids.

Convenient and enjoyable
Property as promoted. Walkable to beach and town. House is very nicely decorated with a fun "capey" feel. Sunroom was in constant use and breakfast on patio a daily event. Outdoor shower was great!

Beautiful Home and amazing host!
If you want a super clean and comfortable spot close to everything, yet very peaceful and private...this is it. It is a very charming house in a quiet neighborhood but within easy walking distance of the beach, ice cream, restaurants and even a nice produce stand. A/C and comfortable beds were a super plus.
Definitely one of the nicest outdoor showers we've seen in a long time, perfect when coming back from one of many the near by beaches.
The owner was beyond kind and available at all times. She gave us a genuine welcoming feeling while sharing her beautiful home.
We look forward to returning. : )

This One's a Keeper!!
This is an amazing little place! We've been going to the Cape for our vacations for years and for the last several picking different Home Away places. This has by far been our favorite and hope to go back there from now on. The whole place was very clean and nice. The porch is amazing and where we spent most of our time when there! It has really comfortable couches, wall size windows to let the breeze in, a table for meals, TV and a very large coffee table that is great for puzzles. The area is very quiet yet still 5-10 minutes from stores and restaurants, mini-golf etc. and a 12 minute walk to the beach.
I definitely recommend this place for your stay!

Great Stay!
Very cute home. Super clean. Spent most of our time in the sunroom. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and bars. Only suggestion is to bring some of your own linens for kitchen and bathroom.

Lovely beach house!
We had a great stay at this charming cottage! The finished basement, sunroom, and outdoor shower were hits, and we loved being nearby the beach and the famous sundae school ice cream! Highly reccomend!

Another wonderful stay

Wonderful vacation!
This was an amazing place to vacation! Great hostess! Plenty of bedding, centrally located, cozy rental, really nice decor, and a homey feel! Games, hammock, outdoor lounging, great sunroom for breezy evenings! Condiments in fridge, washer/dryer, plenty of space, and blinds in all rooms for privacy. We were very happy with the rental and hostess! You will not be disappointed to vacation here! Great place!

A good base for exploring Cape Cod
This is a very well located and maintained house, suitable for 4-6 travellers. It has everything one could wish for spending good time both on the property as well as exploring Cape Cod. The owners are easily reachable and provide good guidance about the neighborhood and the house itself.

Great Dennisport getaway!
My friend and I both really enjoyed with property with our young children. The home was child friendly and had plenty of sleeping for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the finished basement for the kids and sunroom for us to hang out in. Being able to walk to an ice cream shop, restaurant, and gift store made it very easy to do some fun activities with little kids. We were also able to walk to the beach which was about at 15 minute walk! Emily the owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had and she was able to answer questions about the area! We had a great time and hope to be able to come back and stay here next summer!

Wonderful Cape Cod get away!
My husband and I stayed here with our two young kids for a last minute get away and it was perfect! Comfortable beds, plenty of space, the outdoor shower and sun porch were wonderful!

The house had a great back yard as well with fire pit, grill, and chairs to lounge. All in all we had a wonderful stay!

Great house, great location!
Very charming house on a quiet side street with a beautiful private yard, yet convenient to the beach and anything else on the Cape.
All of our time was spent enjoying the great window filled back room and the adorable covered deck/porch.
The large outdoor shower was big hit with all.
Emily is extremely responsive to any requests.
We highly recommend this property and would certainly come back again.

Great spot!
Lovely home, perfectly located within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. Super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great outdoor space - had a wonderful covered deck/porch, 2 person hammock and a large outside shower. Hosts were very responsive. The beach within walking distance was small/overcrowded but there are plenty more nearby beaches easily reached by car. Highly recommend!

Another wonderful stay
We had such a great time last summer that we had to do it again this year. Emily is very responsible and welcoming right from the start and really makes their home feel like our own. Great location, walkable to the beach and a number of places to eat. We'd certainly come back again next year.

Emily was a great host. The house was lovely, very welcoming. It was perfect for our family. Everything about the house was well instructed. It was so nice to relax there (inside and out) ... and difficult to leave! A great location to explore the cape from. We would stay there again.

Great home in a great location
My wife spends hours researching properties for our vacations and settled on this place for our Cape Cod experience because of location and the accommodations for our family of six (her parents and our two teenagers). This place did not disappoint. Our teenagers loved having the basement to themselves (flat screen downstairs for them). We spent most of our time in the sun room or on the porch as the seating was comfortable and it was quiet here. We all tried the outdoor shower and preferred this shower as it was a neat experience (yes, it even has hot water).
We were able to walk to Sundae School (ice cream), the beach, and restaurants. The grocery stores are only a couple of miles drive down the main road. Air conditioning was great to use when we came in from the day. Cute decor and plenty of space for every one. Dennis Port's central location on the Cape makes it easy to to travel to other places up and down the Cape and this home made it feel so comfortable and relaxing to be on vacation because it had all the amenities of home. Great communication from the owner. Thanks for making this place available for us!

Cute house, great decor, perfect
Myself, my husband, and our 2.5 y/o stayed for three nights. The house was awesome! So clean, organized, great decor and plenty of space. The yard was perfect sized for us and our son who loves to run around. We spent most of our time in the beautiful sunroom and outside. We were able to walk to the beach easily and drive even easier. I hated leaving and want to go back ASAP 😃
Our hosts were fantastic, very easy to get in touch with (not that they left anything up for questions). Everything was so easy. The house had more than any other house I’ve rented...linens, towels, random needs in kitchen, bathroom essentials...just awesome!
The beach was cute, great sand, overall calm waters.

Beautiful house, so many amenities, and the best owners!
The house was beautiful and came stocked with everything we needed to live in it for a week, and more! They even left us a bottle of wine which made the whole week kick off with a strong welcome to Cape Cod feeling. The house itself was extremely clean, the owners must be meticulous about it. There were some helpful extras in the kitchen to help us with cooking (spices, oils and whatnot). The back yard is small and cozy, lots of seating to enjoy the beautiful Cape breeze. We walked to the beach, walked to the ice cream store down the street, walked to the downtown (highly recommend Improper Bostonian which is a quick walk), felt like we could walk everywhere- great location! Would love to return again and hopefully will soon!
