Apartment was located close to airport and main square of ouarzazate. It had easy public parking at front which was quiet throughout so we were easily able to park our rented car at the front. Hotel staff has provided us with additional individual beds (mattress with pillow and blanket on the floor) rather than us having to use 2 sofa beds.

WiFi was very poor, hardly any connection and slow speed when available. Air conditioning did not work. Hot water was inactive in the morning for one of the days we stayed. Hotel staff was slow to respond to our queries, sometimes never responding unless you push for response.

We stayed there for one night for return flight to UK,it was very clean and close to the main market.

The apt we are given is very vast and clean. kichen facilities are very good. What we specially have to be grateful is that the host has promised us to send our forgoten clothes to our next hotel. So thank you very much for your help.

The wifi at the third floor is near zero. Have to go down to second to access internet.
