We could not have been happier with our stay! Chris was an amazing host and the property was perfect location and clean. The pool was beautiful and fully stocked with goggles and life jackets for kids. The house was in a great location and stocked with everything you could think of.

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. It was only 15mins away from Anna Maria Island where we met up with other family for a reunion. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to have coolers , beach chairs and beach towels provided for the beautiful beaches on the island. My family also enjoyed the pool and cooking on the grill. Communication with the Host was always a quick response. Definitely recommend this property to other renters.

We have an spectacular weekend house completely equipped, super clean the pool was awesome is a very nice home near to the beach, food and stores very nice neighborhood. Pet friendly I stay with my dog also.Communication with the host was excellent very easy access to the house. 100% recommend I will stay for sure again.

This is a great home, well stocked, with great owner. Any Questions were answered quick by Chris. About 7 miles to beach and there was plenty of parking, all of March, which is unusual in this area. Pool was always well heated and needed in Feb. and Mar. Really no problems during our 6 week stay.

Home was as pictured, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Heated pool was very nice! Chris was quick to respond to any questions and came to the house to check on a pool issue right away when we asked him a question. We enjoyed our stay!!

Just as the title says this was a great spot. Perfect location for proximity to IMG Academy as well as all the restaurants and stores in the area. House was well kept and had everything we needed. We stay in a lot of rentals and this was a good one for sure. Chris communicated very well and made the process easy. Look forward to staying again!

We visited Bradenton as a family to attend a wedding. The property was pristine, quiet, and included a Few toiletries, just in case you forgot something. The property is within 1-2 miles driving distance of stores and restaurants. Chris was an excellent host! This was the first time I ever had a host check in to see how the stay was going. We will definitely stay with Chris again in the future.

We were beyond impressed with the house. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed at. The personal touches of the sanitizing station, toiletries, et cetera were all appreciated. Chris was very good at communicating and gave us a late check out. The pool was very clean yet refreshing. The house is close to a ton of restaurants and retail. Thanks for a great experience

This property was so nice! They provide you with so much stuff. My family would HIGHLY recommend staying here. I am a very picky person.😊They were so easy to keep in touch with if you had a question they responded right away. They even clean up after you leave. Already thinking about when we can go back!

This was the perfect home away from home for our family. Close to the beach. House was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The kids loved the heated saltwater pool. Great communication from beginning to end with the property owner. We enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property. It was so well stocked with so many generous extra touches, including toys for the pool and beach, beach chairs, even sunscreen. Beds were so comfortable, everything was so clean and nicely arranged. The pool right off the living room was perfect for my kids. The distance to Anna Maria Island was an easy drive. This property exceeded all my expectations. We hope to visit again next year!

We had a wonderful girls trip! There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and made use of it everyday. We also went to the beaches that were close by and appreciated the beach chairs, beach cart and coolers that were provided. It was so lovely we want to come back next year. Thank you Chris for a great experience!

If I could give more than 5 stars for this house I would. This was a great house and very well stocked, better than some of the other houses we have stayed. The communication with Chris was amazing, the check-in and check-out process very easy.
The neighborhood was great and very convenient to shopping and dining on Cortez and Manatee as well as the beaches.
My family and our dog enjoyed the stay so much and we'll be back. Thanks Chris and Sherry!

The property had everything our family needed. The kids definitely looked forward to getting back to the house for swimming after daily adventures. The 4th bedroom is a finished garage on the opposite side of the house. It was a little stuffy back there and wasn't an ideal bedroom for small kids. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and requests.

We really couldn't have asked for a better place! The kids could swim as much as they wanted (and they did!) and we could keep an eye on them. They played with the provided water toys, dried off with the provided beach towels. The owners went above and beyond to think of everything you might want or need. Sand toys, umbrellas (yes you really do want those), chairs, coolers, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, k cups, coffee pot or keriug. He even brought over a pack and play and blanket for us. You really won't be disappointed!

Perfect for our needs
I have been coming to Bradenton and Anna Maria for close to 40 years. We wanted to try staying in Bradenton as opposed to on the island for a change. We loved having a pool and staying in Bradenton gave us so many more options. We never had to wait for a seat at a restaurant, went roller skating, visited the Ringling museum and home, and had easy access to groceries. Great home and trip!

Wonderful stay
We came down for our spring break with our dog and our 6 month old and everyone had a blast. They have a very clean property that is well maintained. The pool is amazing and they have a cleaning crew that comes by to take care of everything. The property is across the street from a school located in a very quiet community. Overall great stay.

Super Comfy and Roomy!
This is a large and open floor plan home. It’s ideal for families. We enjoyed the area very much. Short drive over to Bradenton Beach. The heated pool was lovely. Chris responded to our questions and was so nice to work with from beginning to end of our stay.

Great vacation
I had stayed in several houses but this is the best house i have ever stayed and i havent had a bad house but the hospitality from the owners and the clean house with a heated pool was AMAZING... if i ever come back to that area i will definitely try to get this property...

"Perfect for Our Family"
This home was spacious and very clean. We were a group of 8 including 4 adults and 4 kids and this home had all the amenities we could've wanted. The pool/pool area was kept tidy and clean as well. Despite the tropical storm that came through the area during vacation, the kids were able to swim at some point each and every day thanks to the pool heater!! It kept the water feeling great. This house has plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and also has some dresser space which came in handy. Be sure to check out ALL the closets in the house. There were beach chairs, beach blankets, coolers, etc. to choose from and also plenty of beach towels on a table just inside the house next to the pool area. There were lots of great places to eat in and around the Bradenton area so delicious food was always easily accessible from this home's location. I'd like to make a quick mention that the pictures on VRBO show only 2 bedrooms with TV's in them, but there were actually 3 bedrooms with TV's which was an added bonus in our eyes. Thank you Chris and Sherry for a wonderful stay in Bradenton!!! We hope to be back soon!

Exceeded expectations
Property was clean, in a great location, and just as described in the description. It was large enough for a family of 8, with tons of space to eat, relax, and hang out. I was pleasantly surprised when the kitchen had full coffee supplies and the restrooms were stalked with shampoo and body wash. Having the washer and dryer allowed us to pack light also. Oh, and there was even detergent! Would definitely stay again.
