The house was amazing! Best outfitted kitchen compared to other places we have stayed. Beds were comfy, bath tubs relaxing and kayaks/paddle boards kept the kids busy! We docked our boat at the house making early morning fishing and sunset cruises easy.
The steps were challenging but not an issue for us. On the listing it does say there is a hot tub however it looks like it was removed. We will definitely return!.

Very nice house with enough rooms for every couple to have privacy. View from the front and decks was amazing. Shared steep driveway was very problematic. Everyone had to move their vehicles in order for anyone, unless you parked at end, to get out. This created some stress.

The Hayden Lake area of North Idaho is quite beautiful, the home on the lake we stayed in was excellent for our 3 grown children and 5 grandkids. The stairs can be a little challenging if you’re carrying a child but otherwise not too bad 😊We were unable to view the fireworks show on the lake from where we were located but many of the homes around the lake did an incredible job of celebrating with their own fireworks 👍

We had a great stay at this house. Location is perfect for going to Silverwood. We were very happy to be able to use our boat on the lake. Owner was very responsive to questions that came up.

We loved our stay. The house was clean, the location was wonderful. The lake was perfect for us paddle boarding. We’d definitely stay at this house again.

The property is situated for a beautiful view of the lake. There are lots of stairs to get to the boat dock but our party had no problem. We loved the firepit deck and had campfires every night. Accommodations were excellent with everything we needed. Great time had by all!! Ages 13 to 77!! WooHoo!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Goree home. The view and lake access was amazing. We swam, kyaked, and fished off the home dock. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We have started an annual family tradition. Thank you!

Great location on lake
House has a great location and is nicely spread out for groups. However we did have a few issues of note for future stays. The driveway is a classic lake entry and is very steep and shared. We found it better to pass the driveway, turn around and come at it straight on. The garage and ping pong table is shared with the rental house next door. We were all ready, went to go play and their was a group of people playing and hanging out, it was a surprise and with no knowledge of shared space, it was awkward. We also had some issues with the toilets backing up, broken glass on the kitchen floor (right when we checked in I got glass in my foot) light bulbs out all over the house (we did contact owner and some were dropped off for us) this was an issue because of the older age of some guests and it gets hard to see the steps etc at night.
Overall, the house is great with a beautiful view, close to town and provides a wonderful space to gather family and friends on Hayden Lake.

Beautiful lakehouse
Just as pictured in the listing this lakehouse is just gorgeous! This was my first time renting a house so I wasn’t sure what to expect, we brought our own cooking/serve ware but to our pleasant surprise, none of what we brought was needed as this home has a fully stocked kitchen, and had ample towels/toilet paper and paper towels. The house itself was easy to navigate, and definitely made relaxing on our vacation a very easy thing to achieve. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay!!

Wonderful home on the lake!
We had the best time and had plenty of space in this home. It has a wonderful kitchen, deck space, fire pit, dock, and even has kayaks of its own! Couldn't have asked for better.

Beautiful property
Beautiful home and property right on the lake. Perfect setting and size for our family to converge on. Early morning kayaking was the best. House was well stocked and the deck views were beautiful.

Excellent place for a family getaway
Two families enjoyed this wonderful cabin! Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful views and overall great place! Fully stocked with toys and anything you need! Close to Silverwood and CDA!

Stair master
Great cabin with great accommodations. Lots of stairs to lake and a steep driveway with little parking available.
Kayaks that were provide were awesome and fun. We had a great time on the dock hanging out.

Great House!
Big house, very well stocked. Loved it and would definitely go back! There was some confusion on whether the neighbors had access to the garage that we never got clarification on. If you plan to store things in there, I would make sure to check on it.

Family Reunion
This cabin was perfect for our family reunion. 5 teenagers, 4 adults and 2 seniors. We had a fabulous weekend! Kayaks on the lake, fishing, s'mores, ping pong, and some general hanging out time. CDA was easy to access from the cabin. We hope to be back again in the future. (if you don't like stairs then you may want to look elsewhere.)

Great visit!
We came up for a soccer tournament with two families and spent most of our 4 days in the house. Winter kicked in midway through our stay and the living room with beautiful views of the lake was a perfect spot for games and hanging out. Only heads up is the driveway is VERY steep and shared with another house. In inclement weather, it could be challenging. We parked at the top once it started to snow but could be an issue if you don't plan ahead. Overall, great spot and owner was helpful and responsive! Would love to come back in the summer to really maximize!

My sister and her family joined our family for a wonderful weekend. House location was easy to fine and perfect for what we wanted - unlimited water time. We had a few questions n the beginning and the owner was prompt with his replies.
Lots and lots of towels, kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space for our group.

Wonderful time
We had a fantastic stay. This home is spacious, with very nice finishes and appliances. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us. We spent a lot of time fishing and kayaking off the dock. We brought our own poles but fishing poles and three kayaks were available for use. There was no cell coverage but the satellite wifi was adequate for wifi calling, e-mail and to allow the teenagers to stay connected on their phones.

Beautiful
Beautiful property! Lots of amenities. We brought our boat, but the driveway was too steep for the trailer, so we left it at the park. No service there, which was perfect for us to disconnect. But WiFi is available. There were a few more stairs down to the water than we anticipated. But as long as you plan your trip down to the dock, and take everything you need, no big deal. Water was warm. Scenery was amazing!

Great couples vacation!
We absolutely loved the house and the pictures did not do it justice! It was so well stocked and tons of towels and supplies! Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect! We were three couples and we all had our own floor and bathroom. Would stay here again!!

Pleasant and Inviting
Our 3 families were very impressed with this modern style chalet with great views of Hayden Lake. We were on the water almost non-stop as the weather was gorgeous. There is a supply of water toys and kayaks for all to use. The home is well stocked with all we needed to cook our meals and then enjoy our evenings sitting on the dock. Lots of activities close by like Silverwood for the kids. We recommend this lovely home to families or anyone visiting the Hayden area.

Beyond Our Expectations!
We all loved the well thought out floor plan and was surprised how large and spacious the rooms were in a three story home.i I especially liked the craftsmanship used in this lake home, the wood flooring,, doors, marble countertops & the ceramic tile material used. The kitchen layout was perfect for preparing large meals, while enjoying a beautiful view of Hayden Lake. We appreciate having our own private dock to use for lounging and our kayaks. The weather was in the pleasant 80’s, so we liked siting on the decks & dock to relax. Some of us liked getting up early before breakfast to go hiking on the nearby nature trail. Thank you, for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your lake home to create wonderful memories for our family!
