Nothing, it really was an awful experience

Our first room was filthy, and obvious it hadn’t been cleaned. Hand prints on the mirror, toothpaste and product in the sink, Stained bed covers, dust everywhere and food/crumbs on the floor. After mentioning this to the front desk we were changed to a new room that wasn’t much better. I’m thinking they don’t clean their rooms at all and don’t have a vacuum. When my daughter showered the next day the water wouldn’t turn off and staff couldn’t fix it. This facility is terribly run down and not worth the money.

It took a long time to check in.the older woman was training a young woman on the computer belittling her.they gave me a room with one bed when I booked two beds.i was not going to wait another half an hour to get another room.i had my dog my daughter who is special needs in a wheelchair and grandkids so I canceled and got a room at surstay.

$25 fee for our 6 lb dog was excessive.

The price was good.

The employees were loud at all hours.5@m we were woke up by clanging of pans, employees talking loudly… Our room was near the front desk and common area. Our window and other windows, near the front door. Employees talking outside, yelling across the parking lot… carpets were filthy. Etc. Employees were for the most part friendly and accommodating.

The value was great, the staff and breakfast was great.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the mattress was pretty firm and the pillows were flat

Everything it was dirty it smelled horrible the beds were not only disgusting but completely uncomfortable. I will never go there again. Ever, NEVER EVER!!!

The breakfast was cold. The choices were fine. The location is great.

The room was very dirty. The bed cover was filthy. The bathroom walls had hand prints on it. Around the toilet was very dirty. The cleaning was not done well at all.
