We enjoyed our stay! Location is very close to the canyon lodge, the condo also has 2 car garage parking, which is very helpful during the snowing days.
The kitchen is fairly large with a sizable island, fully stocked. I especially like the gourmet coffee!
And the steam room & jacuzzi is definitely a plus!!
The manager is very responsive. Will definitely come back again

Beautiful property and great location! Walking distance to the lodge, gondola and buses. Mary Beth, property manager was professional and helpful. It was nice having a garage and EV charger.

The place was great. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 4 grade-school kids. The host was very responsive. Heads up, Canyon Lodge is ~0.3 mi so keep that in mind if you have small ones and equipment.

The five of us stayed for 4 nights, checked out on 5th day. With a teenager & twin 11yo’s, this place was perfect with space spread over 3 levels. Ping pong table kept them busy, as did various games that were provided. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook three meals a day & actually was very enjoyable to cook in. Spacious kitchen, extra deep sink, instant hot/cold water, lots of dish soap, large table for all 5 of us & also spread out enough for 3 kids to do their homework. All showers have high pressure, instant hot/cold. No issues with drainage, heated floors , large/ deep tub in main room, ceiling fans & humidifiers. Lots of windows, opened while cooking allowed for perfect ventilation. Several blankets for cuddling on sofa. Sizable private patio with jacuzzi, fire pit. High end bedding, furniture. Access to washer/ dryer was important & easy to use. Sad to leave this place, it was very easy to enjoy & was roomy for us 5 ! Host was available any time we had questions & super friendly - much thanks for sharing this space…we enjoyed it so !!!

Amazing condo and location !
One of the cleanest and well stocked VRBO’s I’ve rented. Even a gourmet espresso maker that worked perfectly each morning. Hot tub was a welcome addition after a long day of boarding. Indoor parking was a bonus, esp given the snowstorm the occurred during our stay. All this plus walking distance to the hill. Def will rent again.

Perfect Dog-Friendly Family Escape
This property is cozy, clean, and has everything you need for a perfect Mammoth visit! The location is central to everything and we loved being so close to the main Mammoth bike/walking path. The beautiful kitchen is perfect for cooking and the open concept is awesome for groups to gather together. The layout of the home makes it work for both small and large groups with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We are grateful that such a beautiful place is dog friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved this condo
My family enjoyed a great ski week in Mammoth at this clean, spacious condo. This is the first place I’ve rented with easy direct access underground parking. We didn’t have to worry about being snowed in during our spring trip, but the parking it’s definitely a huge plus for anyone going when it’s snowing. Very walkable to Canyon Lodge with its own owners locker to store your gear. Communication with the owner/management was excellent, check-in was easy, comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms, couldn’t ask for more. We can’t wait to come back!

Winter Vacation
We have been to Mammoth a number of times, but these were the best accommodations we have experienced. We loved having the entire floor plan on a single level - this was especially nice with younger kids. We loved all of the sleeping accommodations - the beds were cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. It truly felt like home away from home for the time that we were there. We also appreciated the accessibility of the property manager. She was readily available to answer our questions. When we arrived, one of the toilet seats was broken, and she had someone come out within 12 hours to have it fixed. It wasn't even an urgent issue for us, but we appreciated her attention to that. We will definitely be back, and next time we may rent out another of the properties in the same building so that we can have more family members join us! Thank you!

Great Spring Break
We took to the slopes this past spring break and had a fantastic stay ! The condo was spacious, inviting and practical for our two families and we enjoyed every minute. Snow was great and the place was awesome. Mary Beth was very easy to speak with and very responsive and that was refreshing as well.

Refined Retreat was everything we hoped for!
We loved our stay with 4 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room for the kids to hang out in the bunkroom and have their own space. Hot tub is spacious and conveniently just outside the back door. Was very grateful for the huge, closed garage. Highly recommend.

Cozy, all needs met!
This is really more of a "home" than a rental home. The beds were so cozy, three bathrooms, and a kitchen stocked with anything you could need. We absolutely loved our stay--super convenient to Canyon lodge. We had some glitches with the wifi and the garage door at first, but the owners were very responsive. Totally pet-friendly too.

Another perfect stay
Have stayed here with my family several times and it really is the best. Can't beat the location, hot tub, sauna and the house itself. Best of all in a week with 3 feet of snow is the enormous garage with plenty of room for our oversized beast of a truck. Host was accessible and incredibly helpful. Great to stay with someone who cares so much about their home.

Great property and location
This is a very well appointed and kept property. We enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub on the deck as well as the dry sauna. The location was also great as we didn’t have to pack up the car and all head to the slopes at the same time as it is within walking distance to Canyon Lodge. We will absolutely book again for another family trip.

Perfect for families
Mary Beth was very helpful in making the reservations to following up on questions , etc. Great layout Liked having three bathrooms and a nice sized kitchen for a group. Great location to biking and hiking trails.

Clean and comfy!
Great space! We were 2 families of 4 + a dog. Everyone had space and the kitchen was fully equipped to eat in both nights. Kids had fun in the hot tub and we enjoyed the puzzles, Netflix and and Comfy sofas!

Whole family loved the cabin. Close by the lifts. Just a short walk. All amenities are in the cabin and beautiful location. Quiet and comfortable. Absolutely love the place.

Our favorite condo in Mammoth!
This fantastic condo is walking distance to Canyon Lodge and the Blue Line stop is outside After the days of snow play, skiing and snowboarding, you get to go home to a jacuzzi and sauna without ever leaving the place !!! It’s clean, spacious and cozy. It’s stocked with almost anything you may need. Our granddaughters and our two dogs loved the place! After 13 family trips to mammoth, this is the overall favorite and definitely plan to return next year !!

Great location!
Mary Beth's place was wonderful! Well stocked and perfectly located. We parked the cars in the garage and took the convenient shuttle buses everywhere. Mary Beth was easy to reach and extremely accommodating. When the oven didn't work the first night there, she had it replaced the very next morning. I highly recommend it as the perfect place to stay and ski in Mammoth!

Cozy, warm, and all the amenities!
This is our second year in a row spending a week at this beautiful home, Sonenalp Unit 3. By far the best location of any rental we've ever had in Mammoth. Few minutes walk to Canyon Lodge and a locker to store all the ski equipment every day rather than hauling back and forth. Gondola to Village or Shuttle right outside the house to Village, or just 3 minute drive to Village. Awesome Chef's kitchen for our great family dinners. Can't stress enough how warm and cozy it is and the beds are sooooooo comfy. The garage to accommodate our two cars was perfect since we had a couple of snow storms come through the week we were there. Clean and well-maintained. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Owner Mary Beth was quick to respond to every question!

Great location, great space for group or family gathering. Close to Canon Lodge, ski locker at the lodge, hot tub in lanai. Great big kitchen. We had the best Christmas with our family. Need a car to get around. Love to come back again.

Just returned from a fantastic family vacation thanks to Mammoth and the comfort we enjoyed at this superb condo. Everything is as described and it's even nicer than the pictures depict. Excellent communication with the owner - her response time is very quick. We really enjoyed our stay and we would rent again.

We loved this property and would definitely stay again or recommend to others. We had 7 adults, 2 kiddos, and one dog in our party and this condo housed all of us nicely. The condo is very spacious, clean, and ideally located. The pictures are a very good likeness of what the condo looks like in person. I liked the fact that Mary Beth was so responsive and easy to reach; it really felt like she wanted us to have the best possible experience in her rental. There are stairs to climb from the garage to the second floor but it wasn't an issue for us. We didn't find a garage clicker to use but again, not a big deal for us. This condo worked out great for our visit. I think you'll be happy with your choice if you stay here!

We were 2 families at the condo. When we arrived we were very impressed since the listing was very accurate. The property was well maintained. The two master bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. The room with the bunk bed and Xbox perfect for our kids. The best part Mary Beth, the owner, very easy to get hold of and responsive and super nice. Perfect location and comfortable condo. Will definitely go back and recommend to all my friends.

Wow! This place is seriously amazing!! My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay here. Marybeth was so accommodating and was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The place is perfect! There is absolutely nothing I can complain about. Nice open floor plan, the rooms are so spacious, the kitchen is big and has everything you could possibly need... the jacuzzi and sauna were the cherry on top! This condo is in a perfect location! Right next to the village and close to skiing! They have a nice large garage right below the condos for guests to park their car. My only regret is not staying longer!! We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location & lodgings for a relaxing yet high-end getaway from the Las Vegas heat during the summer! The beds were super comfortable and every space is perfectly decorated to feel like your home away from home - that is if your home is a ski lodge in the mountains of California! The kitchen is perfectly appointed with a huge fridge & met the needs of the two families we had staying there - 4 adults and 6 children comfortably! The hot tub is modern and well maintained and WHAT A VIEW you have from it! We can't wait to go back this winter for a ski trip! The property manager/owner is very easy to work with - you can tell they really care and want their guests to keep coming back time after time! We'll be regulars for sure!

Our family stayed here for an absolutely wonderful week. We have travelled to Mammoth on family vacation for several years and this is definitely the best place we have ever stayed! The condo is on the top floor of a complex with only 4 units which makes it quiet and secluded so it doesn't feel at all like a condo. The condo's décor and furniture are extremely mindful and well done - we lacked nothing during our stay. Our boys especially enjoyed the bunk room with Xbox and we loved the comfortable beds and high-end linens and comforters.

I will definitely bring my family back here again. The condo is beautiful, well stocked with necessities, and immaculate. Mary Beth, the owner, is very responsive and easy to get a hold of. It is furnished in a way that allows a large group of people to stay comfortably, although our group only consisted of 4 adults and a Chihuahua! We had a great time here, and it is even larger and more beautiful than the pictures show!
