The clean, well-maintained and equipped comfortable house that accommodated a group of a dozen friends doing day sea kayak paddles on the Erie Canalway. One bedroom is a "dorm" with 2 triple-decker bunk-beds. The basement with dryer was great for drying wet paddlewear. Wonderful home base for our trip.

This was a great place for our group to stay while we visited the area. We had a mix of adults and kids, and the house was great for everyone. We enjoyed using the lake, and there was a lot of space and seating for everyone on the lake.

Location great. Patio area by the lake was very nice but the dock was a little treacherous. The property was very clean, beds were very comfortable but felt the property needed a little TLC.

I went with some friends for a girls' weekend and this house was perfect. There's plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable, beautiful porch on the front and patio on the back, amazing patio right on the water - we were completely happy and would go back in a heartbeat! House was spotless at check-in, which is always great to see!

This was the perfect spot for a long girls weekend celebrating my best friend's bachelorette. We were pleasantly surprised that the property was even more lovely in person than in the photos. We had 9 people stay here and it could have easily fit a few more. Awesome spot right on the water, I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was very straight forward and communication with the property managers leading up to rental was very easy. Awesome location with private lakefront access. House was in very good condition and contained all the essentials. Large rooms and bathrooms led to everyone having their own space. Very large front and backyards for lawn games, etc.

A group of 9 of us spent a long weekend here and loved it. The dock was by far our favorite part of the property. The sturdiness of it was a little questionable at some parts and the caution tape that was on it when we arrived was concerning, but we didn’t have any issues. The location is minutes away from lots of great breweries and wineries. Our favorite was Three Brothers. Perfect for groups that like wine and beer. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future. Erin was quick to respond and very helpful, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Had lots of fun outside at the dock with wonderful views of the sunset. Also had a lot of fun playing air hockey.

We had the BEST girls weekend here on Seneca Lake! It was so clean and had everything we needed and the house was able to accommodate our large group. Erin is wonderful and she was so helpful with recommending wineries and places to eat in Geneva. The house is 5 minutes from Three Brothers Winery which we enjoyed so much and we were about 10 minutes away from “downtown” Geneva. We appreciated the AC units in every bedroom/downstairs especially since our weather that weekend was hot and muggy. The paved patio across the road by the lake was beautiful and spacious. The only complaint I have is that the dock was a bit shaky when walking on it. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay on the lake and near the wineries!

This is a great property for families! The dock is very nice and provides easy access to the lake. There is a great view of the sunset and the fire pit is a nice addition, perfect for s’mores! We all enjoyed the recreation table, especially pool, and the space was very accommodating and comfortable!

No wineing in this fabulous location. The house is perfectly located along all the vineyards and breweries. Plenty of room for the whole family and friends. Highly recommend

Great views, clean, just a very nice place to stay.

I just celebrated my sons wedding in the area and transported 2000+ cookies for the celebration. I was nervous about how I was going to be able to accommodate not only the cookies, but my family. This property is INCREDIBLE and Erin was wonderful to work with. Clean, large, stocked with everything needed for your stay including kitchen cookware, toilet necessities and towels, sheets, entertainment, and information needed to get into the property and maintain the property. Erin came to check and see if anything was needed during our stay and was lovely to us all along the way. If we can roust our friends to come back to the area and continue our wine tastings I will definitely re-book this property. Thank you for making this wonderful celebration care free and enjoyable.

Everything was very clean & in good working order. Patio by the lake with shed is perfect. We only wished there wasn’t so much algae near the shore/dock, but you can’t fight Mother Nature 😊

Really enjoyed our stay... house is big enough to accommodate our extended family. Plenty of room for multiple activities to be going on at the same time. Nice decks on the front & back with plenty of seating on both. We barbequed on multiple nights (nice grill), and the patio lake front area has plenty of room with a fire pit for those evening fires, which we utilized on multiple occasions. Of course the lake itself is beautiful. Everything about this place was clean, very comfortable and it's location is convenient to the surrounding area …. wouldn't hesitate to stay hear again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property for a three night getaway weekend with another couple. The views of the lake were spectacular and the house was in a great location- not a far drive at all to the wineries. Erin, the property manager, was very helpful and was always quick to respond to our questions. The house was clean and spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for our 4-generation family visiting the Finger Lakes for a wedding and vacation. House was spotless and well-equipped, including lots of little extras that enhanced our stay. We swam and kayaked off the dock, enjoyed the fire pit, the multiple decks, and the huge backyard. Beds were comfortable. We would love to return on a future trip to Seneca Lake!

I rented this house for my son's graduation weekend . Family from all over the country met me here to celebrate. I started to get a little nervous prior to going because I rented this after reading the reviews of others, and the photos posted- no first hand info. The pictures cannot show how open the layout is. There was room for all of us plus those that came and went. I worried we'd be stepping all over each other in the kitchen ( 3 sister, and my mom and all control freaks!) - but no worries at all! We even had room for a little dance floor in the dining room area for a spontaneous dance! Above all , the place is very clean, and well kept. Kitchen had plenty of dishes/ glasses, bowls serving items , etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and spacious. Gas grill was well working and clean, and they even have a back up tank if it runs out! ( Just like home!) Of note when I started to panic a week before our arrival , I emailed Erin with my questions- she promptly answered, and alleviated all my fears and answered ALL my questions. Both decks had additional seating to enjoy the outdoors. Despite the sun, rain, and hail all on one day - which happened to be his graduation day.... we had a blast! My brother in law (from Texas) actually wanted to see if the place was for sale we enjoyed it so much! Thank you!
