We visited SPI with our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The house was amazing! We only had two small issues while there, and maintenance fixed them right away. The house is within a short walk to the beach to see the beautiful SPI sunrise each morning, as well. The pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus for this house. We enjoyed a lot of time outdoors. I've been to SPI in July, and I prefer December! The weather was amazing! There were no long lines at Gravity Park, and this house was close to many places. It was perfect, and it was a great place to be for a family getaway! We can't wait to go back!

Home was clean & set up well, tvs in rooms were great! Our family of 5 adults enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, & kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, etc. (my only suggestion would be some sort of cutting board). Location was perfect, walking distance to so many places. Would highly recommend this place, we enjoyed our week & the island very much!!!

We came to SPI for our wedding on the beach. The house was everything we needed it to be. Lots of room & close to the beach. We loved it!

After reading previous reviews I asked the management company to ensure that the outside light by the pool was in working order for our stay. When we arrived we had to immediately call maintenance to have non-working light bulbs replaced. Then the fiasco with the pool - the reason we booked this property in the first place. Four days into our seven-day stay the pool panel was finally replaced and we could enjoy the pool. The pool light never worked for the duration of our stay. The house itself is comfortable and in a good location. Although the management company was quick to respond, the pool issue was a major letdown and apparently a known problem before we arrived.

Great location! My husband is bound to a wheelchair. He can move throughout the house with no troubles! We have stayed here before and will return!

It was a great stay clean and spacious house and plenty of towels provided for the bathrooms. The only down thing was the house was not as new as it look on the pictures . But we did injoyed our stay🙌🤓

This house is perfect for a Family Getaway!!!! Landscaped beautifully... the giant Birds of Paradise plants provide privacy without feeling confined! The house was spacious and the pool, although small, was just perfect for our group! The kids LOVED the "game room"! Perfectly located ... the beach is literally steps away! Recommend this House - highly!!!!! Will, for sure, stay again!

Property was not as described. There was roaches in the kitchen, mess left from last party who stayed there before us. Pool tiles were broken, and outside lights didn’t work so we were not able to be outdoors at night. Defeats the whole idea of enjoying out relaxing stay by the pool

Great place to stay for family R&R in South Padre Island! The guys enjoyed the pool table and girls enjoyed lounging by the pool. Easy access to the beach and restaurants! Kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our time there. Check-in was super easy and we appreciated the text messages from the property manager just checking in to make sure we were ok and having fun! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Very nice house close to the beach and restaurants. SPI Rentals is very responsive and easy to work with. Very spacious and the game room and pool/hot tub were great. Recommend this property as well as SPI Remtals!

Our return visit was just as enjoyable as the first time we rented. It's a perfect location, well stocked, and has a cute pool and hot tub. The addition of a simple floor mat inside the back door was a great improvement. Maybe a spruce up of the living room could be next? We'll definitely return and SPI Rentals made check in and out a breeze...an Island breeze!

House is in great condition, nice pool in the back and quick walk to the beach. Also, love the garage set up with a pool table and other entertaining games. Highly recommend this house.

Plenty of room for 6 people. Single story 3 bedroom house a short walk to the beach and restaurants. SPI were great to work with. The game room was great for the teenagers. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the adults and the kids. The 3 bathrooms were very helpful to get everyone ready to go out quickly. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

The location was wonderful! Very easy to access the beach. The game room was a super fun bonus. They had some great amenities too. Seriously, only downside was the pool was way too hot! But it was still a great stay.

Great location and the house was exactly what we were looking for. Only small downfall is that when compared to other VRBO rentals we have done, this one was limited on the essentials. No oils or seasonings, so we had to by our own. Other rentals had those items that were left over by past renters, which was really nice for cooking, etc. In the email communication that was sent prior, it states there were no hair dryers. I packed mine, but wanted to note for renters in the future that there are hair dryers in all 3 bathrooms, so you won’t need to pack one!

Excellent location. The place was large enough for 6-8 people with plenty of things to do without leaving the property. Pool table and foosball table with TV in garage as well as two of the bedrooms and living room so good for bad weather days or evening fun. Nice pool and back yard area for evenings. Great neighbor, friendly and the entire street was fairly quiet. Close to a great coffee shop in small shopping are just across the main street at the end of the block. Had chairs and coolers available in the garage which was a nice surprise. When main TV remotes were not working, a knowledgeable staff member came over immediately and made sure all TVs were working before leaving. Very good service. General surface clean, but crumbs of food in corners and under sofa, bathroom walls had "stuff" on the wall by the shower in the hall bath. Everyone has different mattress preferences, Beds were soft and pillows hard. Keep in mind and plan accordingly. We would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at this house last year. So, for our 25th wedding anniversary we went back and took our two adult children and their partners. Again, SPI Rentals and this house were above anything we could have asked for or expected. We called them once because the hot tub wasn't getting hot. Someone was there within a half hour to fix the problem. The house had plenty of room and amenities for 6 people. We bought two beach chairs and left them there for others to use. There already was some there, but not enough. The house is 100 foot walk to the Wanna Wanna Bar, and we spent time there too. I know reviews can be tough, but 129 E Aries is a fantastic house, in the perfect spot on the island.

This was our 2nd time staying at 129 E Aries. Great location and very clean! Plan on returning in the future!

Great space for 6. Beds, bathrooms cleanliness! Management was awesome when there was an issue. Perfect location too.

Unassuming from the front, the interior and backyard made up for the lack of an ocean view. Well appointed kitchen with 3 refrigerators, plenty of bedrooms, game room in garage and best of all for the mobility challenged, no stairs! A few cons for accessibility would be the lack of grab bars in bathrooms and slippery when wet flooring tiles. Outdoor patio furniture could be spiffed up a bit, but oh! that warm pool!! We're just sorry we can't book it for next year.

This spring break weekend was one for the books!From booking our vacation property to check in/out it was extremely easy and convenient, almost was too good to be true until you are actually there physically. The location was only half a block away walking distance to the beach. The home came with everything needed for the family to stay comfortable with fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, streaming tvs, swimming pool, game room, and privacy. I have 3 kids who practically lived in the pool when we were there in the home while the adults took full advantage of the game room/garage. With restaurants, gift shops, gravity park, etc. just right down the street. It truly was home away from home, I'd rate it 10/10. We plan on returning back real soon to the same location in the future. :)

Property mgmt was wonderful House was super. Jacuzzi, pool table and darts were life savers as it was rainy and cold our entire stay. Only thing I would suggest is to update some of the bedding as some mattresses were not as comfortable. Adding a foam mattress would help Overall. We absolutely loved our time there even with the bad weather.
