Top Floor Park City Condo overlooking the slopes
Benvenuti al Best Town di Outside Magazine! Si tratta di una posizione ideale nel cuore del Parco della città con molta luce naturale. A pochi minuti di auto o autobus gratuito Park City (fermata si trova accanto al condominio) a Park City Mountain (il nuovo resort combinato è di oltre 7.300 acri ed è ora la più grande stazione sciistica negli Stati Uniti!) e Deer Valley. Non dimenticate che ci sono più di 400 miglia di sentieri per mountain bike per godersi il resto dell'anno e di grande golf e pesca.
Il condominio ospitare comodamente 4 e può ospitare 6 con il divano letto queen size. I servizi includono cavo, televisione pannello LED, blu-ray DVD in salotto, macchina per il caffè Keurig, edificio di connessione Wi-Fi gratuita e area comune vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è servito da un ascensore, quindi non c'è bisogno di andare in gita su rampe di scale dopo una lunga giornata in montagna.

Everything about our first time in Park City was perfect. This location is so convenient to everything. Dave was a perfect host and responded to our questions in such a timely manner. If we get back to Park City we would not hesitate to stay in this Condo again. Don’t miss a visit and bus tour of Olympic Park. We watched several Olympic skiers in training. Park City and the area has much to offer.

Spot is exactly as described in the listing. Stayed with a family of five, and while not the biggest space we were comfortable the entire trip. Convenient bus stop right around the corner to move around the city. The kitchen has plenty of tools and enough space to make breakfast. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus for keeping gear ready day to day.

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a trip to Park City. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. A lobby entrance as well as an indoor entrance to the condo provides extra levels of security. The bus stop is directly across the street and provides service to anywhere one needs to go. My family and I are returning for another rental in March.

We will continue to book year after year! This place is a perfect location for everything you need! A quick bus ride to anywhere in town! But restaurants and shopping and a park all within walking distance. The condo is equipped with everything you need. All cooking utensils, coffee pots and washer and dryer!

Well-appointed condo with a great location, directly on bus line for easy access to all of Park City, including Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and ski services. Made for an easy, relaxing ski vacation.

Dave's place was perfect, decent sized and it was really nice to have two bathrooms for our group of four for the week. Overall, it was a great value for what we got, especially being across the street from the bus. We were able to utilize the laundry which was great for a week of skiing and packing light. Super close to public transportation to the mountain and downtown PC, walkable restaurants for breakfast and pizza. The kitchen was a little small for any major cooking, but stocked with all needs for breakfasts, lunch, and light meals. The only thing was that the indoor hot tub (which was a major selling point) was a little too hot to comfortably unwind at the end of a long day on the hill, and the maintenance guy we ran into on-site said there was nothing to be done about it. OH well. We still managed to have a great time! Would stay again.

Nice place, the kitchen was unusually well equipped, this apartment had everything we were looking for. The bus station to the ski resorts is right in front of the house which was very very convenient.

This was a great location close to many restaurants and public transportation. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to all our questions and concerns, gave us many great tips on locations and restaurants.
We had mostly everything we needed for 5 of us. Hot tub was not hot but seems like that’s in most of the condo buildings but was great for kids. Will definitely use in the future.

Great location and enough space for 4
The property was perfect for a group of 4 guys on a ski trip to Park City. The ski/snowboard racks were convenient, and the space was ideal as far as not needing too much, since we weren’t home all that often. Two of us slept in the front room, one in the back, and one on the pullout couch. The only issue we had getting there late was that we couldn’t find sheets for the pullout couch. However, the property manager (Dave) was very responsive and helped us find them the next morning. Check-in was super easy with codes. The one thing that was also less than ideal was that the hot tub was down for maintenance and cold the second and third of three days there. That was a big drawback since we really enjoyed it on the first day and expected to have access during the whole trip. Nevertheless, this Vrbo fit our needs just fine and I would recommend for smaller parties of adults on a ski trip.

Great place for Park City/Deer Valley ski trip
This condo was well appointed and comfortable. It has all the comforts of home and is a very short drive to Deer Valley or Park City skiing. The bus stop is also right across the street. Compact but convenient
This small but centrally located Condo provided an excellent base for us. It had everything we needed including correct coffee dispenser. The host Dave was very helpful. The master bed probably should be replaced but other than that it was very adequate.

Perfect location for access to both Deer Valley and Park City resorts. The condominium was very comfortable and well furnished. Parking was convenient, the wifi was very capable, and many restaurants are an easy walk from the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay for Park city ski trip
This condo had everything we needed for a trip to park city for 5 day ski trip. Process was easy, safe and clean. It's was just a few minutes drive to both park city canyons and park city base. Three of us stayed and it was great, two bedroom and two bath, used the kitchen every night to cook and had everything we needed, also has a keurig and we'll stocked with basics and toiletry, paper products etc! Thanks Dave, we highly recommend this place!

Great location for ski trip
We enjoyed our time in Park City as a home base to be able to ski multiple different mountains during our week stay. Unfortunately, during our stay the water heater broke but Dave replaced and accommodated us appropriately. Dave was very responsive and overall we enjoyed our stay despite the inconvenience that was out of his control. But don’t worry there is a new “professional grade” water heater so everyone can expect hot showers now!

Great Place to Rest Between Going
Dave was really communicative throughout the whole process as far as our experience with his condo. There was a lot of construction going on within and around the building, not to mention if you try to sleep in the innermost room, other residents‘ noise is very audible as they are traversing the hallways. Those combined things made the stay a little less pleasant than it otherwise might have been. That said, the condo was very comfortable and had every amenity we could have wanted (though the hot tub is only open during skiing season). The proximity to Park City attractions or even SLC is very convenient. We would stay here again :)
