This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful views. The executive room was spacious with really nice art and comfortable beds. The kitchen is huge with top of the line appliances. Pool table in the room is an added bonus. We came to Denver for our sons 18th birthday to watch a baseball game. From the moment of booking the staff especially Gina was very much accommodating and professional along with recommendations on catering ideas. We chose Britt who made us a delicious dinner. Definitely will say it’s one of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in for a hotel. We will be back!

This place was spacious and in a very convenient location, which was exactly what we were looking for with a large group. The interior was very modern, especially the kitchen, and we got lots of use out of the billiards table. Highly reccomened and would definitely stay here again when visiting Denver, CO!

My team was coming into downtown Denver for a group meeting and the cost of hotel room was so high that I looked for comfortable place to relax and work in the evening after work. This place served more than that. Aside from comfortable beds, great bathrooms and kitchen, and huge open space, the place was great to host the team meeting.
My team enjoyed the ability to move around, to see the presentations on the big screen TV and to run smaller breakouts. It felt more like a family gathering while we were doing business; the team engagement was much better than in tight office meeting rooms.
I would highly recommend this place.

The place was beyond what we expected. So amazing. Only thing i have to suggest is that the check out time be an hour later. 10am hits hard after a fun night lol. But it is hard to find anything wrong with this amazing place!!

Don't Stay Here - Dirty
The night we checked in I discovered that the bed had unchanged BLOODY sheets. Which in addition to being extremely gross, is quite scary to think they didn’t clean the place during a pandemic. It absolutely affected our first night. We assume that since one set of sheets was not changed…it's highly likely they did not change any of the beds. While they did change the sheets the next day, once I requested it, they also promised to give us a discount and, since we checked out, they have not responded to my multiple voicemails and text messages. When paying this amount per night I expect clean sheets at a minimum.
If that isn’t enough, there is a small make shift homeless area across the street. We had to call 911 during our second day due to the people fighting in the street. There is a main thoroughfare close to the house and can be quite noisy when sitting on the balconies.
And lastly, the location of this property is across the street from the jail. Something I wish I had known before renting. I recommend looking for rentals in the LoHi area. Lots of great restaurants, walking paths, etc.

Good for a large group
We rented for three nights. Were able to serve dinner for our niece who was getting married. The sirens were louder on Friday night disturbing my sleep. Plumbing in bath needs attention but didn't bring it to managements attention until leaving, I'm sure they would handle it right away if i had. Great management and handyman. There is NO parking provided but lot behind building isn't too bad, but for sale so likely not to be available forever. Excellent kitchen with top of the line appliances, comfortable beds.

Nice place
This was a beautiful property but there is serious homeless problem surrounding it. Of course, not the properties fault but thought people should be aware. Literally have to walk around homeless camps set up on sidewalk. Very sad to see. The property had excellent kitchen and comfy beds.

Views & Convenience
This place is huge. Our stay here was extremely convenient, from the location to accomodations for 9 adults. The views were also amazing to wake up to. Thanks to Melanie for being helpful with everything, and I'd hope to use this property again soon!

Beautiful Home, but...
This home is very beautiful and centrally located to everything you want or need to do. The downfall there are constant sirens, yes they cannot help it but it is super loud and it happens all the time. We stayed Friday night through Sunday morning and there was constant partying going on either at the club that is attached or on the rented rooftop. There were constant people going up and down the stairwell and we could not sleep. There is a club attached to the building and there were a lot of times going in and out of the building at night people smoking weed, which occasionally is fine but all the time. Once we got back home got a call that they were accusing us of stealing a pillow. Pretty much sure if you are spending this much on a rental, there is no stealing involved over a cheap pillow. We are 4 ER nurses going to visit doctors that used to work in our hospital and this is how we are treated. We left the house in great condition, clean, and in fact, did not even use 2 of the beds, so they didn't have to clean as much. Lastly, they have covered parking to this unit but they want to charge you for it. With this price and everything they had to offer, I would think they would include that with the unit. If we had to come back to this town will not be staying here again. It is a gorgeous unit, clean, and has a great location but the treatment and the overall experience I will choose someone else.

As Good as it Appears in the Photos
This is an excellent property - both in terms of the amenities and location. The Condo is very spacious and the kitchen is excellent with all Subzero/Wolf appliances that are in great working order. We cooked a few nights and the kitchen space is laid out for entertaining. Would like to have a bigger frying pan would be my only recommendation. The bedrooms are really large with comfortable bedding. The washer and dryer are excellent as is the TV. There is amazing views 360 of downtown Denver, and its walking distance to pretty much everything. I think we will try to stay here again when we visit our daughter who lives in the area, since its just such a comfortable space. Management also left a great sanitation care package with masks, hand sanitizers and disinfectant so the guests can take extra precautions due to the current pandemic.

Great spacious and open space
Great location for downtown Denver. Especially if you're in town for an event at the convention center. A short walk to Central Denver Business district and Denver Pavilions. Lots of open space for a group and great views. The amenities were great. Nice Towels and comfortable beds. Will stay again for my next event at the Convention Center.

Very convenient and well appointed loft close to Denver Conference Center
Excellent amenities a stone's throw from the CO Conference Center. We stayed as a group of 7 and had ample room to roam. Would stay again!

Great space but needs a deep cleaning and upgrading.
The location and space are great. Great for large groups and entertaining, although you are not supposed to have any parties nor make any noise. Good views of the city and mountains. I'm giving this property a three because it is clearly just used as a VRBO and is constantly cycled through hosting people. The description goes on about the luxurious furnishings, and they were, but they are all gross now. The floors and rugs are horrifically dirty. The rugs have a general brown'ish hue about them. The stained concrete floors look clean, but the bottoms of your feet are black by the end of the night from walking throughout. I cleaned up a drop of water I spilled and the paper towel was black afterwards from wiping up this small spot. The furniture has been used thoroughly and needs a good cleaning and/or replaced. I even found a water bottle in the couch from a previous guest. The dinner table would be beautiful if it wasn’t scratched up and the seat cushions didn’t have stains on them. Bedrooms: king beds are very sunken in the middle. Two people sleeping in these beds are uncomfortable and too soft. Smaller beds: Not enough room for 2 adults. The sheets smelled like they had been sitting in a closet for 6 months. Same with the comforter. There were spares in the closet that I assume just get cycled out every now and then, but then again, how do I know a previous guest didn’t use it and simply put it away afterwards? There were stains on several of the bedding items and overall a wrinkled look. All lamps were not plugged in so if you want to use one you had to crawl down and around to plug it in. There were a few lamps that didn’t have bulbs! I was extremely put off by the HVAC main return. It was black with dust and needs cleaned badly. The thermostats say to keep the temperature no lower than 72, but the bedroom on the North East side of the building was about 10 degree’s warmer than the other room. We essentially didn’t sleep in the sheets, used the fan in the closet and it was still too warm all night. Overall, yes this is a great location and space, but for what I paid and was charged for a cleaning, I think this property either needs to hire a new cleaning crew, upgrade the furnishings back to new, or lower the rate. With all the reviews saying how clean the place was, I’m shocked at what I found!

Incredible loft and great location
Came to Denver for a college reunion with 10 friends and the loft couldn’t have worked out better. Centrally located and great accommodations in the apartment. The hosts gave us great direction on how to navigate the apartment and how to make the most of our stay

Great space for large groups!
The elevator wasn’t working and it was 6 flights up! Might want to ask about that in advance. Directions were quite difficult from parking in the garage, code for entering building, code for lockbox, code to enter unit, plus never received the “call” by 11:00 the day of for directions to check-in. Lengthy directions were in an email but pretty confusing!

Absolutely an amazing place
Lots just on the property between the rooftop, and the game room. Also to have the open floor plan space worked really well with our group. And the property management company worked very well with us!

Great Location for Convention Attendance
First, I must say that the rental company was fantastic. They were extremely responsive to any of our needs and were quick and efficient to resolve any minor issues.
The property is very clean and all items in the condo were functioning perfectly. The condo is spacious and the patio area of our second floor unit was huge. The location is within a 5 -10 min walk to the convention center as was the perfect place to stay for our conference.
I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay at this location again.

Awesome Place!
The house was very large, comfortable and fully stocked. Everything was clean and ready. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was functional and the huge tv and wifi worked well. Will definitely stay again when in town.
