Godrete di una nuova cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi, armadi in legno massello e controsoffitti di pietra, nuova pavimentazione in tutto, i bagni in stile contemporaneo con eleganti piastrelle di lavoro, le nuove finestre con doppi uragano.
La casa è di recente arredato con cura e fornito. Tutto da biancheria da letto di roba cucina è nuovo, elegante e bella. C'è una stanza bonus con un tavolo da gioco, perfetto per l'intrattenimento e il divertimento. La stanza bonus porta a recintato e cortile molto privato posteriore dove si può gustare un caffè o raccogliere insieme per un barbecue.

We have been staying in the St Pete Area for over 20 years & I honestly can say that this property is by far our favorite!! From the owner Vera, with whom I’ve had excellent communication with, to the location, (everything in walking distance), to cleanliness of house, it definitely is worth checking out!! We certainly will be back!!

Yellow house
This is a very nice property. Very clean with nice appliances and a good grill outside. Has a huge fenced in backyard that was great for our dog. Very safe neighborhood. Close to the beach and the waterfront bars. Vera was very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time there. Would definitely rent this property again.

This is a great property, centrally located and close enough to the beach but far enough away to make it quiet.

Great location!
Location, location, location! This home is within blocks of so much activity. And your a block away from Blind Pass Rd which will take you to all of the beach towns like Maderia, Redington, Indian Rocks and several other beaches. Then you're also like 10 minutes from John Pass. You're within maybe a 10 minute walk from Upham Beach. Even closer are a number of watering holes like Toasted Monkey and Woody's Waterfront. Fishing is just minutes away. For breakfast it's a short walk to the Frog Pond and Gayles but at Gayles they take cash only. And just one block over is Corery Ave that has a nice open market every Sunday. As for the home itself. The master bed was very comfortable. Got a good nights sleep every night. If we had any issues it was with the main TV kept shutting down. Also had an issue with sewer flies in the smaller bathroom. Vera was very quick to respond with my concerns about the TV and flies. She ordered a new TV but was unable to it get it installed prior to us leaving. She had an exterminator there the following day. The only other issue was a couple days the main road was blocked because of grading and repaving going on in the area. Overall I give this 4 stars but if it wasn't for the inconvenience with the issues of the TV and flies this home I could have easily overall given it 5 stars.

Mixed Feelings
Honestly, inside was not very clean. Floors were very dirty and needed washing. Any time we used a wet paper towel to pick something up from the floor (in all rooms, but especially in the kitchen and both bathrooms), the paper towel would be black. Kitchen counter tops and around the kitchen door molding had the constant presence of small ants. Living room window sills had large black ants roaming. Television would shut down regularly during programs, which required a reboot and resulted in lost content. Very frustrating.

Our Vacation
Vera & Andrei's property was perfect, perfectly located, perfectly as described and Vera left us a list of Events happening in the Area. the Home was right in the middle of all a vacationing Family would want. Restaurants, Parks And I did I mention Beaches? .They were always a Phone call away and a fast response was always given..we had a GREAT stay...

A great location with a beautiful house for the whole family. Plenty of intresting and adventurous activities. Best part about our fantastic stay, is the nearby beaches that are always clean and never crowded! Oh, and must I say the evening sunset is a deal breaker itself!

Just love this house
We were able to spend the day at Fort Desoto, we went to Dali museum.La Casa Del Pane close to the house is so amazing! We’ve gone for breakfast almost every day. Thanks so much,Vera. We’ve had a wonderful time and we love your home! Marialana

Excellent stay
Perfect house in a perfect location. Close to everything yet away from the commotion. Two minute drive from Upham Beach. The property is very well maintained, didn't have a single complaint or concern.

Updated, well appointed and cared for home
My partner and I spent 3.5 months in this lovely rambler property and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home has been completely renovated and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. We were about six blocks to the North Beach (Upham Beach), and within blocks of numerous excellent restaurants and shopping facilities. There were weekly events on Corey Avenue (3 blocks away), that we always attended. Our favorite restaurant (Chill) and our favorite shop (Paradise Gifts) are also located on Corey Avenue. This was paradise at its best. Vera and Andrei, the owners, were a dream to work with, and responded immediately to any questions or concerns we might have had. You won't be disappointed if you lease this lovely home.

Fantastic beach stay
House was great, exactly as described. The location is perfect, very close to the main blvd with easy access to numerous beaches. Vera was very prompt with any issues or questions we had during our stay.

Perfect home for trip to St Pete Beach.
Never having been to St. Pete Beach, we looked at quite a few places to fit our needs. This was exactly what we needed. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in quiet location. Home is equipped with all the accessories, with even a quiet back yard to enjoy coffee in the morning! Would definitely stay again, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with!

Location - great. House - superb.
First of all, Vera was very receptive to any concerns we had. Her home is like brand-new inside. Everything you need is there. The layout is different and it is actually quite spacious. There is a very large backyard that is very secluded . The green and yellow parrots fly over every afternoon. Be sure to take the boat ride out to Shell Key Island in Pass a Grill. We saw two manatees swimming in the wild there. We were just feet away from them. I do not hesitate to recommend this home for your vacation.

Nice home. Clean and recently updated. 2nd bath a plus. Nice private back yard. Very good location -- convenient (walking distance) to several good restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, community center, church, microbrew, shops, bank and the gulf.
Pet friendly neighborhood.

Nice place!
We stayed in the house for almost 4 weeks, and had a great time in lovely St. Pete Beach. Our best time we had on the beach in Pass-A-Grill where we went almost every day.
Vera (the owner) and her husband were very reliable and took care of every little issue. Price level for the rent of the house is very reasonable for the location.

I highly recommend this house!! Everything is in walking distance grocery, restaurants, beach,etc! We stayed a week and had all that we needed and more provided in the home! It is very welcoming and Vera is very nice. We will be visiting again next year.

Exelentes Haus für Familie mit Kindern
Wir (Eltern mit 3 Jungs 3, 5 und 7 Jahre alt) haben in dem Haus 3 Wochen gewohnt. Das Haus ist ideal für eine Familie mit Kindern. Es fehlt an nichts in dem Haus, Küche ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Auch ein Grill ist vorhanden. Die Kinder können Abends noch im Garten spielen, alles ist eingezäunt. Zudem ist das Haus sehr sauber und ruhig. Restaurants wie zum Beispiel eine Pizzaria oder ein Fischrestaurant, Bar oder auch eine Eisdiele lassen sich problemlos in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Der nächste Strand ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Mit dem Auto oder Bus ist man sehr schnell auf Treasure Island, St. Johns Pass Village oder in Clearwater. In ca. 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Fort De Soto Park, wo es neben Grillplatz, Strand auch ein Kinderspielplatz gibt. Zudem kann man von dort aus sehr gut Delfine beobachten und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die riesige Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Mit dem Auto erreicht man in ca. 1,5 Std. Venice Beach, wo man mit den Kindern am Strand nach Haifischzähnen suchen kann und auch welche findet! Outlets, wie Ellenton(ca. 30 Minuten), Tampa Outlets (45 Minuten) lassen sich auch schnell erreichen. Die Themenparks in Orlando sind ca. 1 Std. 45 und die NASA ist ca. 2 Std. 30 entfernt. Das Haus ist also ideal, um von dort aus Tagesausflüge zu machen. Abends kann man dann wieder die genialen Sonnenuntergänge in St. Pete Beach genießen. Wir werden das Haus auf jedefall weiterempfehlen und sobald es uns möglich ist wieder kommen. Die Besitzer sprechen Englisch und Deutsch und sind immer zu erreichen. Das Haus hat ein sehr gutes Preiseistungsverhältnis.

Charming, as always
I've stayed here several times now and it's beginning to feel like a second home :) Consistently clean, fresh and bright. The house has everything one needs, it's charming, plus there's a beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and groceries, just minutes away. Vera is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here!
