I stayed here with my adult children and their significant others. This place is so spacious with plenty of room inside and out on the balcony to hang out. You cannot beat the view! We rented a pontoon from a place only minutes away and enjoyed some swim up bars on the Lake.

The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The beds were not the most comfortable but after boating all day we all slept like rocks! The stairs could kill you or make you stronger but we probably needed the extra exercise.lol We did have security knock on our door asking us about a karaoke machine being used but we definitely didn't have one and we are early to sleep kind of people. I guess it was the bottom unit using one but we never heard it anyways. Security is definitely on the prowl over there so we felt it was a safe place for our boat and things.

The condo is laid out great for a large group. The loft was ideal for the kids.
As expected, the deck was the highlight, such a great place to spend evenings looking out over the water.
The hosts were terrific, very responsive, great to work with. TIP - be sure to stress to all guests that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Wasn’t a big deal but those that wanted to complain really couldn’t because they had fair warning :).

We have been visiting the lake for over 30 years! Ledges was a great place to stay. The condo was great for our families (9 people). The complex itself was big with 2 pools. Docks were nice and easy to access.

Our family really enjoyed this condo with plenty of space for all 8 of us, ranging from OLD to under 2. Only negative is that it is on the top floor so stairs, stairs & more stairs. I do feel in better shape though, now that I conquered them :-)

Just as described and pictures were accurate. Great location to get to everything or enough to do right at property. The view from the really good size deck was awesome. Definitely recommend this property very very nice.

We have been coming here for over a decade in December. The owners are always great to work with. The place is always clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything to cook. The only suggestion is to have blankets for the beds as it get chilly in the winter time there. Other than that, we love it.

The property was great but the neighbor lied on my family and said we had 20 people in the house and it was only 12 and one of the people has a house of her on with her kids and was just up there eating dinner with everybody else

We enjoyed our stay with 10. Everything was clean and we were pleasantly surprised with essentials like shampoo body wash dish soap dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We spent the most time on the deck that fit everyone with great views. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Family Time
Met our parents for the week since Osage is halfway point. It rained most of the week but we didn't mind just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful view, playing board games and watching movies. Plenty of room for our family.

We have stayed in this property 6 times. It fits our needs nicely.
The only issues we have are that there are always light bulbs out in strategic places that we would really like light and the fireplace has never worked for us. But, we come here every December with our friend group. It works nicely for us.

Very nice place. We had 8 guys on a golf trip. There was plenty of room, however the hot water tank is very small. Definitely have to spread out showers with a large group. Overall we had a great time. Thanks!!!
