The house is conveniently located with easy walking into town and to ATV trail. It is large with sleeping for many people. On the negative side, it is old and a bit rundown.

Great location with lots of space for our entire extended family. Easy walk to downtown and just minutes from west entrance gate to Yellowstone. Property is dated and could use some updating and overall maintenance. Did not affect our stay negatively but worth noting if this is important to you.

Great location, allowing you to walk to most places in town. The house handled our group of 14 people very well.
Be advised there is no air conditioning. Bedrooms had fans and were comfortable at night. Living area was warm.

We had a group of 9 aged 18 - 78. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house is walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s very easy to get into the park from here. Really nice place to stay.

The property has easy access to everything in West Yellowstone and minutes away from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. It was clean and comfortable. There was more than ample bedding for our large crew. We had breakfast every morning at the large dinning room table, which was nice. The location is on the edge of town which made for quiet sleep time. We would stay there again if we had a large crew.

The cabin was great for a large group, with good parking in a quiet area and the heat worked well (important as it was cold outside).
The downside is many things are old. We had to unplug the downstairs toilet (faster than calling to report the issue) and the ensuite bathroom sink doesn't drain well. There are other cosmetic issues, but we still had a great time and the other important stuff was good.

We had 12 folks ranging in age from 5 months to 66. Everything we needed was on property. Location is great. Bottom line is the house worked perfectly for us, making for an absolutely wonderful vacation. We will be back!

We were a group of 10 people who stayed in West Yellowstone for 5 nights. Our ages ranged from 84-48.
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is older and could use some updating with the downstairs couch and carpet but everything was clean. The bathroom towels could also be replaced soon as they are very thin.
The house is spread out so you can sleep comfortably with plenty of beds and rooms. 10 of us slept in this house and there were still empty rooms and beds that we could have used if we had more people.
There is also plenty of dining room seating for a large group. There are two dining room tables close to each other with seating for 14 or more.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms upstairs and four bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs. There is also another area with 3 beds on the other side of the house.
Each room had its own thermostats so everyone slept at their own temperature comfort level.
The washer and dryer is located next to the downstairs bathroom.
The kitchen had everything you need to cook your meals plus two refrigerators.
The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the stores and shops.
We would definitely stay here again. It was great for our family getaway.

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for us. We didn’t cook any meals but they had everything needed if we wanted to cook or grill. Having two refrigerators was great, we had lots of leftovers from the many nearby restaurants which were within walking distance from the house. Having the garage to put our motorcycles in was a major bonus. Bathroom schedules with that many folks and three bathrooms wasn’t as challenging as I thought it would be either. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about our stay in this house. Definitely would book it again if we ever return to the area.

House was clean, beds were comfortable, furniture was very worn, and back fence was damaged, so we could not exercise our dog in the backyard which was very disappointing. The house served its purpose though: to have a place extended family could all be together and have a common base to explore the area.

Very nice property within blocks of Yellowstone's West Gate. Plenty of bedrooms with a large dining table great for meals, games and spreading out maps to plan the next day's adventure. The extra fridge comes in handy for larger groups.

We rented this house for a women's fly-fishing team retreat for United Women on the Fly and had a wonderful time. The house is as described, great for a large group, and the location is perfect to walk anywhere in West Yellowstone. It's only a 45-minute drive to the Madison River and Henry's Fork. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again next year!

Great family house, we had ages 12-67. We were able to put teenage boys on one side and the girls and adults on the other side. Plenty of seating with the two large tables and family room. We utilized the large crock pots, and roaster to have dinner ready after a long day in the park. Walking into town for an ice cream after dinner was enjoyed by the children. Great house to spread out and relax, play games, walk the forest trail, next door.

Overall location & description of home was accurate & is right off the snowmobiling trail. House was extremely musty & has mold on multiple window sills. Many of us left coughing due to air in the house, will not book again, home need attention.

We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be that we had some athletes who seemed to be allergic to the dust or whatever dander was in the carpets. Working with Bill, the owner, was easy and wonderful. Nice to have garage for storage and two fridges, as we had 15 people living in the house. We would certainly stay again! Thanks Bill!

The property was great: clean, comfortable, fully equipped, nicely appointed, only 2-blocks from a grocery story, 3-blocks from downtown, and only a few miles to Yellowstone NP. We had 5 retired couples and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. A great location for a large group of friends or a family gathering.

Our experience was amazing. The property is spacious with many bedrooms. No difference between the online pictures and the way we saw it. Bill was response was very fast and since it was hot he immediately got us 3 additional brand new fans. If I were to make a trip again to yellowstone with my family and friends, I will plan it based on this property's availability

The house was exactly as advertised, plenty of room for everyone. It was in a great location, just a few minutes to the W Yellowstone entrance. The owner was very nice and helpful, he met up with us late in the afternoon after we checked out so we could retrieve a lost item.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. So nice to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. Wish there would have been a small fire pit or similar in the back for roasting marshmallows. Listing states a fully stocked kitchen, but would appreciate a little more comprehensive list of available appliances etc. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was actually better than expected. Close to grocery and Yellowstone entrance. The propritor was thoughtful of possible information and needs. Quickly responded to questions and concerns.

Even though the park was shut down due to flooding. We had an incredible time.
This place was very good. The only problem we had was the gas grill hadn't been cleaned for some time. We gave it a good scrub and cooked our foods. Problem was with all the buildup in the bottom it caught fire and we burned our meat. However, we all had a good laugh about it. We are planning on returning again to the same property. Thanks to Bill for having such a nice place.
