Great trip for corporate team building! Had some issues with washer and AC but host was extremely quick to reply and rectify. Tons of space which allowed for group interaction as well as “personal time”. Recommend!!

This property was a great place to have our family reunion. The game rooms and theater were a huge hit with the kids as well as the adults. The big kitchens could have been better stocked with utensils, oven mits, dish rags and hand towels. We went to Family dollar and bought 4 each and donated them to the cabin.

Wonderful…Fantastic…Everything we had hoped for and more! Our group of 21, ranging in age from 6 to 81, traveled from opposite ends of the country to gather together and celebrate family. 10 Point Buck exceeded our expectations for clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. The well furnished double kitchens and dining area served as the center of activity throughout the day. The nicely furnished bedrooms offered privacy and quiet time as needed. The lower level provided abundant activity for the kids, while the “seniors” gently rocked away on the front porch. Any questions or concerns that we had were immediately addressed and resolved by Tari… her concern for our comfort and satisfaction was paramount. 10 Point Buck turned out to be the perfect place to reconnect, reminisce, and forge new and lasting memories. Would love to do it again.

The house was nice and clean. Looks just like the pictures. We did have a small leak from an upstairs shower to a lower bedroom. I messaged the owner and a repair man was there within the hour. The two Queen bedrooms have a very small shower so don’t put anyone slightly overweight in those rooms. Overall, I enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation the kids had fun in the arcade room and theater room beautiful view. We had a few of our families stay here together so we could enjoy our time together and this house made it possible. Also close to lots of shops and to the events we had booked.

This property was great and it housed our large party comfortably. It was a perfect location and has a beautiful view. It was very spacious and the double kitchen was key! The property provides many items but be prepared to bring a lot of your own stuff as it is not stocked with some basic items you may usually find such as hand soap, kitchen towels, spices, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and lids to crockpots. All not a big deal but bring it all with you. We had a wonderful time!

There was 18 of us total with 16 adults and two kids 4&6. I officiated a wedding for very close friends and it couldn’t have been more beautiful! The lodge was perfect for our group. Everyone had their own room with private bath, the dual kitchens was such a blessing to have. We loved it so much we talked about making it an annual trip! Tari was excellent with details and communication. Anything we let her know about (even though wasn’t an issue to us) she took care of it immediately! It is evident that there is a lot of care that goes into the lodge. You can see little abuse from previous guests and that’s a shame but it’s very clear that this place is a gem! We loved it and plan to return! The theater room was also a huge hit along with the pool table and hot tub! Thanks Tari for hosting us!

We had a fantastic time at this property over Easter weekend. We had 23 people together to celebrate our mom's/nana's 80th birthday -- 19 adults and 4 children.
The house was large enough for everyone to spread out but also had big enough common rooms for people to get together. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basic cooking equipment. We usually travel with at least 3 crates of kitchen equipment for family get togethers in rental properties. We only needed one crate for this trip and cooked 5 meals for this large group including eggs benedict and the complete Easter feast.
Unlike some houses around the area, this house also has sufficient parking -- and it's level parking which appears to be quite a bonus.
The game rooms (rooms!) and theater were totally enjoyed by all ages.
The location is great! Quick access to all Pigeon Forge attractions and necessary shopping (like the groceries needed for a large group).
Tari is a fabulous host. She was super responsive both before the trip (answering multiple questions re: what was available at the house so we could save some space in the cars) and after our arrival when I urgently needed a gate code that I somehow never saw in our pre-trip info.
This was a great property for celebrating this milestone birthday. Mom/Nana thoroughly enjoyed being in the mountains with her kids and grandchildren all around her.

Property was exactly as described and perfect for a class trip. Plenty of room to give everyone their space and still have fun together. Large kitchens/ dining area made group meals easy. Views were wonderful and the kids enjoyed the theatre.

The spaciousness of the property accommodated our family of 26 very well. I was very concerned with the condition of the front steps on arrival and as we began to habitate the cabin, i quickly compiled a list of broken things. I will send a list to Tari for future guests and to make sure I am not held liable for items on the list. However, if you can overlook the broken items, the terrible WIFI and the level of uncleanliness, it was a great place to make good memories.

Great stay, the house is very spacious. We had 22 adults and 2 kids everyone had a bed and the 10 bathrooms were perfect! If you need to use the pullout options for a bed you’ll need to bring sheets. Extra pillows and blankets but no extra sheets. It was so nice the house was still decorated for the holidays, since we celebrated X-Mas. Great space for the money!!

This property is broken down and dirty. I have personal pictures of nearly everything and I'll upload them if allowed to. The home has not been well maintained at all. The online pictures were very misleading. And the property manager had a rude and condescending tone when approached about fixing things. Below is a list of some of the issues we experienced during our stay.
Several cockroaches throughout. Actual greywater leaking onto the pillows of a bed! Basement HVAC didn't work-It hovered around 78-80 degrees. Bedroom doors could not be closed. Broken and loose porch steps. Window frame falling apart, window stuck open 3 inches. Several couches were broken. Shower was disgusting-black with filth. Lights and jets in hot tub inoperable. Broken pool table and cues. Burned out lights, missing bulbs throughout. Exhaust fans inoperable. Kitchen drawer rotted out. VERY slow internet-for 1-2 people ONLY.
When we contacted the owner, she acted as if we were overreacting and as if things weren't really that bad. And she gaslighted us by claiming we didn't really want the broken things fixed!
HERE'S THE CRAZIEST PART - two different times someone sent by management walked into the house unannounced, without calling or knocking. They walked in while I was in the bath tub! Another time we were watching a show in the basement and having a snack and this guy just walks right in on us. A COMPLETE INVASION OF PRIVACY.
I DO NOT recommend this property.

For our group of 17 adults and 2 children, this cabin fit the bill perfectly. Elderly folks stayed on main floor. Younger crowd stayed on bottom floor (theater, games, pool table , hot tubs, etc). Middle aged (me) on top floor.
We had one minor problem with lighting, but property management corrected it immediately. Fantastic response.
The floor plan is perfect and kitchen/dining area is laid out well.
The cabin is located far enough from the strip for some solitude yet within a very short drive to everything.
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving. I usually wait a week or so before reviewing a property so I can truly assess the experience.
10 Point Buck Lodge is the one. Perfect experience for our group. Looking forward to future rentals from this group.

I was in charge of planning a six day trip to Pigeon Forge (a seven hour drive away from where we live) for 30 ladies ranging in age from 18-90 years old. I was looking for a place with accommodations that were esthetically pleasing and practical for the different needs of all of the ladies. This lodge provided everything we needed including a beautiful view, a great location, and several areas to relax inside the lodge. Our group was planning on daily morning meetings, and a great perk of this lodge is that the kitchen area comfortably holds 30+ people.
From the moment I first contacted Tari, she was very quick to respond with answers to my questions. While we were staying at the lodge, an unforeseen problem arose, and Tari remedied the problem immediately. Within 20 minutes Tari had taken care of everything we needed to ensure that our accommodation needs were well taken care of. Tari went above and beyond in showing us that our group’s booking was important to her. I could have not asked for more.

We have stayed at this property several times now. Each time improvements has been made. The owner is wonderful. We only had 1 problem on how to get DVD player in theater room to work. Help was given immediately. I only have one suggestion. On the main level, maybe in the right bedroom when you walk in, the bathroom could have handicap bars installed. This house was perfect. We had a family gathering with people from all over the county ages 6mo to 92 years, and everyone loved it. It was very secluded and private, we saw more bears than other people. Having the two kitchens was extremely convenient. The view was spectacular. We would definitely book this cabin again.

My family comes to Tennessee every other year and we stay in a different cabin every time. We have pretty hugh standards and you can say we can be a picky bunch. We chose this house because of the appearance, location and ability to accomodate our family of 26. Upon arriving, we were pleasantly surprised at the overall setup and that the overall look and feel. We enjoyed the latge kitchen and eating space and the bedrooms were more than enough for all of us. The kids loved the theater and the arcade games and the husbands loved the hot tub. The front deck was a common evening spot for catching up and relaxing. The location of the house was great and we were able to get to all the attractions we wanted to. The community pool was also a hit but i wouldnt say its walking distance. It's a short drive but was easy enough. We had an issue with the one hot tub where it was leaking so we could not use it but it ended up not being a problem. Issues or questions were promptly reaponded to by the owner and check in was super easy. Overall we were very pleased with our stay even as the week seemed to.go by so fast. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here!

This property is very spacious! Plenty of room for 13 adults and 12 kids. Loved having enough room in the kitchen for everyone. And each bedroom having a bathroom worked perfectly for our group. The property owner was quick to respond to my messages during the stay, however the maintenance crew that works for them were not. Wasn't a big deal for our group, as it only concerned getting the hot tub covers back after they blew off the deck during a storm. But the owner may want to make sure the maintenance crew are doing what they say, as there are some things in the cabin that could use some upkeep, such as doors that are rubbing on the ground making them difficult to open, clocks needing new batteries, and beds missing some linens (one of the beds lacked a top sheet and we couldn't find any spare linens). Also not a big deal, as we had brought some of our own blankets that we used instead. The community pool and mini golf were a hit with kids, but you do have to drive a short distance to get there from this property. Overall, I would recommend staying here if you have a large group and need the space.

A joyful gathering of 21 of us with 11 kids ranging from 22 months to 17, all their parents, and gramma and grandpa for a week in TN. The home was a great size and set up with 10 bedrooms and bathrooms, a wonderful game room area in the entire basement, video games, pool, ping pong, theater room and plenty of room for kids to play. Double well stocked kitchens left lots of elbow room for meal prep for all of us, 2 great hot tubs and lots places to sit in rockers and take in the lovely surroundings. As sometimes happens with heavily rented places we had someone before us who didn’t clean the grill leaving the reservoir filled with grease which quickly ignited when lit to prepare dinner one evening. Fire extinguished with no problem, but alas no grill. I alerted our Uber-responsive host and voilà, next morning we had a new grill! Can’t ask for better response time and help! Thank you Tari for a week all of us will remember for a long time!!! We loved our stay at 10 Point Buck Lodge!!!

We enjoyed our week at this cabin. It is conveniently located about 10 to 15 minutes away from most of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. The pool table and ping-pong table and arcade games were a highlight of our stay in this cabin. The large kitchen, 2 living rooms and 4 decks overlooking the mountains were awesome. The property management was very helpful and easy to deal with. We did have a few problems while we were there, but the issues were dealt with very quickly and without question. People need to realize that things break, and things are not always as they should be, but if management doesn’t know about it, it won’t be dealt with. What they don’t know, they don’t know. So don’t just complain about it in a review. We very nicely informed the management of our problems, and they dealt with them as quickly as they could, and in a very professional manner. The management was concerned about our happiness, and they took care of us. Since it rained a bunch during our week there, we spent a lot of time in the cabin playing games. This is a really awesome cabin, with lots of room to spread out. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely stay here again.

The Lodge is in a great location with beautiful views, until you get inside. The place needs an overhaul. It was filthy. The only thing clean were the sheets, at least I hope they were. Some sheets were torn or had holes in them. ALL of the rest was rundown, broken, filthy worn ripped furniture, dust everywhere, not a month's worth, but many years worth, the spas were dirty, cloudy and had bugs in them, plus only a few jets worked. The grills were disgusting. Only a couple of burners worked and they were filled with burned grease. The bathrooms in the rooms with 2 beds were gross, you could barely turn around in the shower and the foot pad wash absolutely sickening. There were months of dust and garbage under the beds, water bottles, food, pacifiers, toothpicks, wrappers, ticket stubs, bugs, pennies. The mattresses in those rooms were really bad. The ruts were deep from wear. The air return grates and bathroom fans were caked with dust. The blinds were despicable. Old and some broken, haven't been cleaned in years. The kitchens were unbelievable. No storage for groceries, worn out dishes, the cabinets, drawers were disgusting. No hot pads or trivets, the lids on the garbage cans were gross, with food/grease on the lids. Fireplace in the main area had rocks/bricks that had fallen off onto the hearth. The grate was filled with dust. All of the windowsills were dirty, cobwebs, bugs. Stairs to get inside were treacherous, definitely do not meet code. DONT STAY THERE!

I chose Tennessee to celebrate my 39th birthday with friends and family. I wanted everyone to have a peaceful time away from work, kids, and our daily responsibilities. This cabin was perfect! We were so relaxed. We play board games and card games, talked, laughed, ate good and experienced Pigeon Forge and had a great time doing so. This cabin was perfect for all of us adults. It was beautiful and big enough for everyone to enjoy each other and still have privacy. Tari is a great communicator and I just can't stay this property was beautiful enough. Everything was perfect. I think whoever reads this review and books this cabin i guarantee you'll have a great time there and won't be disappointed. We definitely want to book again in the future. Thank you Tari for hosting us and having the cabin available. This was without a doubt my best birthday and spent perfectly. Book the cabin, you don't need to hesitate.

We had my sons wedding at the Trillium and rented this cabin for a large group. Truly our stay was amazing. Each bedroom has its own bath so although we had a large group we could get away too. It was ver comfortable. We hosted a large dinner and the space was lovely. We had a wonderful ping ping tournament.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! We had a group of around 20 including my two children and a bunch of teenagers as well as a few adults. There was plenty of space with 10 bedrooms and it was great to have a bathroom with each one. The pool tables, arcade games, and hot tubs provided lots of entertainment without even having to leave the house. The location of the house was within 10 minutes of just about anywhere we'd want to go and within 30 minutes of hiking trails. Our whole group wished we could have actually stayed longer because there was just so much to do and just not enough time for our trip. The Wi-Fi didn't quite work as well as we had hoped but it was enough that we were able to do what we needed to, and actually made some of the kids have to put phones down and do other things which was nice for a change. As an added bonus my two young children enjoyed the mini golf and the indoor pool. Communication was great with the manager and we are so grateful for a wonderful stay!

The cabin was nice & roomy and could easily accommodate our party of 27. However the host was not prepared for the frigid weather coming in. The heat was not working properly plus there were no electric or gas heaters for us to use. We all brought extra blankets like people recommended in the reviews. We had elderly and children that had to sleep fully clothed due to temperatures of 49 in the cabin. Christmas Eve, the contractor got there about 3 to finally fix the heat and the pipe burst on the 3rd floor. It rain from the 3rd to the 1st ruining presents and personal items. The host told us we had to leave because the power was going to have to be turned off. It flooded 3 bedrooms on 1 side of the cabin. We had the other side and we asked could we just stay til the next day which was Christmas. We had a 6 1/2 he drive. We asked for recommendation or referrals of places to go and she could not help. So we are scrambling trying to find somewhere to go on Christmas eve. She did not want to pay for items that were damaged nor anything towards our other accommodation. We had to make 2 trips back to the caning to get all our things and 5 hours later the power was still on. The maintenance guy told us it could be fixed and it was not necessary to turn the power off. The host must have not just wanted us there. I do not recommend this property.

This rental was everything that we expected to be. Everyone had their own private bathrooms. We loved the fact that it was two kitchens and we used both lol. The hot tubs was on point, I just wished I got in a little sooner. Everyone enjoyed their selves at this cabin and we look forward into staying at another property!!!!!!! Thanks for everything😘

Our first family trip to mountains was great!! The cabin was very spacious and very accommodating!! The only con I have is that there were dead bugs and pine straw in the tubs upstairs, no blinds or curtains on glass doors leading to deck, for privacy. But overall, very great stay!! We will definitely book this cabin again for our next trip. Perfect size for our entire family!

Very spacious and well equipped cabin for a large family such as ours to meet for Christmas. Convenient to Sevierville. Plenty of parking. The owner followed up with us when a lost iPad was found after we left.

Thanksgiving 2022 was an awesome fun family filled experience. Cabin was beautiful and spacious. If you’re looking for a place for a large family we strongly recommend this cabin!! Ms. Tauri was very helpful along the way and we’re grateful for her!!

Our stay at the 10 Point Buck Lodge was one of the best we have had. The view was incredible and the facility was very accommodating. The cabin centrally located. You will definitely need your phone maps to get Navigate if your not familiar with the area. We stay here again without hesitation.
