Siamo incastonati tra Coligny Plaza (negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti meravigliosi) e l'ingresso di Ocean Gate a Sea Pines (Harbour Town, South Beach Marina, The Salty Dog, negozi, ristoranti e divertimenti). Il complesso si trova su un lussureggiante parco naturale con lagune e sentieri.

Le camere da letto e i bagni si trovano al secondo piano e il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono al primo piano. Questo rinnovamento di fascia alta ha una cucina di qualità con tutti i NUOVI ELETTRODOMESTICI IN ACCIAIO IN PIÙ, oltre alla biancheria di dimensioni standard. Confortevole soggiorno con mobili nuovi, TV HD, via cavo, Wi-Fi, oltre a un balcone con una griglia che si affaccia su una laguna di tartarughe.

Great Location and easy walk to Beach... In a quiet area. Unit has lots of potential but housekeeping was horrible and the pictures on site need to be updated. Walls were patched, but not painted. Crumbs everywhere, refrigerator had no light, holey and stained towels/sheets. Not a full operating kitchen...lacking

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and lived up to it’s listing. It was fun seeing all the turtles from the deck each day and it was a short walk to the beach and pool. Gina was very helpful and was quick to answer when we contacted her.

Great location to Coligny Plaza, the beach, and pools. We really enjoyed the stay. There are some additional amenities that could have improved the stay. But overall we would come back for sure.

The property manager was easy to work with and responds promptly. There were holes and patched areas in the walls around the unit. The front loading washing machine that is in the kitchen had mold in it and we couldn’t do laundry in our unit. The property manager was kind and let us use another one of their units while we stayed but it was very hard with 3 little kids and doing tons of laundry throughout the week. I believe after our stay they were able to fix the washing machine. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and pools close by.

We loved our home away from home. We were just planning a quick long weekend beach trip, wish we could have stayed longer. I’m a beach girl and love to stay on the ocean but I actually enjoyed the turtles and the location of our condo. It was cozy and had everything we needed and more. We loved it here!

When we arrived, the place had a strong odor, like the vents didn't work. Looking further we found crumbs in the refrigerator; the walls had dirty stains, unfinished wall patching, a dirty shower door, old, worn towels, and an overall dusty place. When we called the host, she explained this was a candle fragrance. She was unapologetic, and when we asked, she didn't have other properties. Instead, she was worried about her ratings and wanted us to cancel the booking.
She promised to send a refund but stopped responding to our messages/calls or VRBO customer services.
I have stayed in many other properties at the beach; this is the worst one. So many awesome ratings of this property misled us.

I don’t usually write reviews but this was such a great experience that I would like to share it. First of all Gina was such a great host!! Always available to communicate and so helpful. The place was excellent all around. It was close to everything, supermarkets, stores, restaurants etc. the walk to the beach is so easy and it’s so nice to walk around the lake. Gina thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen, towels, cooler, beach chairs, outside grill, even a beach cart to carry everything you need to the beach. There was a book inside the villa with info on restaurants, supermarkets, pizza places and even a map with directions on how to get from the villa to the beach. We will definitely stay here again, when we visit Hilton Head. Thank you Gina

This place is great. Very clean and comfortable. Owner is very easy to work with. The walk is a little more than we expected, but a 65 year old with a broke foot could handle it. Other than some non stop cold rain, this has been our favorite vacation. We will come back.

Lovely property located perfectly to explore the island or take some time at the beach. Our children absolutely loved the turtles you can see daily out your back door, this was almost an activity itself! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit and proximity to Coligny beach. My only complaint is that the king sized bed is firm (personal preference nothing wrong with the bed). Overall, would rent again!!

The unit was as expected. Very well stocked and clean, air conditioner was great ( 106 heat index ). The extra beach items made the trip to beach little easier. We had a great time for a short stay. Thanks

The property met all of our needs and had a good location. Short walk to the beach and convenient to shops and dining. Very well stocked with all of the kitchen equipment you could need. The provided beach equipment was a huge plus!! Enjoyed watching the turtles swimming around as well.
Like others have said, bathrooms are only on the second floor which is inconvenient but not a show stopper. The bed in the master is quite firm but the kids slept great in the second bedroom.
No issues encountered and the owner was super responsive!
If you do choose to rent beach chairs/umbrellas let them know you are closest to marker #54. Also, two of the bridges on the property are currently not available so the walk to the beach is a bit different than noted in the unit. Still very easy to get there though.
There IS a pool available, we just didn’t find it until close to the end of our trip.

The apartment was a short ten minute walk to the beach. The hosts had chairs, a cart, umbrella etc that made it very enjoyable. The apartment was also a 2 minute walk from the pool which was lovely. Additionally the host was very responsive when we ran out of propane for the grill and we really appreciated it.

My stay at this property was perfect. This property came equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The only negative (small negative) is the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. I highly recommend booking this property.

We enjoyed our stay! When a few things are better than the pictures, that’s a nice surprise. The kitchen had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is a little long, but the wagon and the road and path are great, so no problem. The furniture is a little older, but sturdy. The bed was very comfortable. It was great!

The property was super clean upon arrival. We loved the quick walk to the beach, the warm ocean water and close proximity to shops, restaurants and bike paths. Owner was accommodating, quick to respond and helpful with our questions and her advice to rent bikes and beach umbrellas ahead of time was a terrific idea. We would rent from her again.

We stayed at this property during our sons visit home before heading to his first duty station in the Navy. It was a short pleasant walk to the beach in a great location. Property manager was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Great making memories there before he heads off to his service.

The location worked perfectly for our needs. Clearly the owner is interested and committed to renters enjoying their visits. There are nice touches in terms of the bathrooms, quality lighting, and just the feel of a property being well taken care of. We’ll be back.

The place was ok, I won’t say it was bad but it definitely was not nice, nor worth the amount of money it cost. The place needs a lot to work, it was dirty and needs new paint on the walls. It could definitely use a good deep clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in HHI. The property provided everything we needed except for curtains for the living area glass door. Curtains would have been nice. The beach was a little farther than 5 minutes away to walk to but not too bad. We stayed in the very back of the property. It was nice and quiet. We had fun feeding the turtles and I can’t leave out how impressed I was with Gina our host. She was quick to respond when I needed help with the TV. Thank you again Gina for a great stay!

Quiet location at the back of the community. Next time we’ll stay in a unit closer to the beach. Fun feeding turtles and seeing the community’s alligator at times. Gina is quick to respond to text messages. We needed a blender and she arranged for us to get one within a few hours. 4 stars for cleanliness because of the carpet on the stairs, everything else was very clean.
