We had a wonderful long weekend with family. Plenty of room in cabin for the 12 of us. Sunny the manager was awesome and quick to respond with anything we asked. The resort pools were nice but the cabins are very close to each other. Would definitely stay here again!!

We booked our stay over a year ago and the communication throughout that time was great. Questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.
The property overall was great. The couch in the living room could use an update but other than that it was a great place.
Would recommend.

We were a group of 8 ranging in age from 5-74. We used Bear Haven as our resting space for our 5 days in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We had 3 separate families and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Convenient, close to all the attractions in the area. The property managers and owners were responsible and made the whole process of booking and checking in/out so seamless. Our stay was perfect and we are so happy we chose this little oasis for our trip to the area. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

The location was exceptionally convenient! The cabin was nice, and the only issue we had was climate control of the master suite, which is on the upstairs. We stayed here on some of the hottest days of the summer so far, so the upstairs was quite warm and difficult to cool down to a comfortable temperature for sleeping. But the cabin itself was very nice, well-maintained, easy to find, and had good amenities. The hosts were excellent communicators. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy check in and out process. Great communication with manager. Floors were a little dirty and our feet were black from walking on them. Cabin was very cozy. We thought it was in a more secluded mountain area but location was great and very close to the main strip.

We very much enjoyed this house during our visit to Pigeon Forge. The location was awesome and very convenient to get around… or come back for naps. We all loved the time together but also appreciated the large spaces to spread out. The house was very clean and had lots of kitchen tools! Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to take a family trip!

We took our extended family for a quick trip to Dollywood and this was the perfect location! 8 adults fit comfortably and gave us all the space we needed. Everyone enjoyed!

Bear Haven cabin has everything you need! It was extremely clean and perfect for our extended weekend getaway. It was nice to have our own private hot tub, pool table, arcade game and all of the other amenities offered at Big Bear Lodge. The location of this rental is very convenient to town, grocery stores but not right in the middle of town. The property managers are very friendly and easy to get in touch with. They are our first choice when planning a visit to Pigeon Forge. As a note, traffic is louder than we expected but that may be due to weekend's being busier. We aren't used to city traffic, but if you are then no problem. The cabin more than makes up for a little traffic noise.

Everything was as described in the listing. It was close to everything. Cabin was exactly as pictured. Several remotes for TV's had weak batteries but that is to be expected with any rental. Indoor pool was nice. Hot tub was great. This is a 3 story cabin stairs going down to 1st level was very steep. Our family had an amazing time at Bear Haven!!

Ample room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Bedrooms are very spacious, a playpen was used easily. Very clean and a porch out of every door! The location is not shabby either, within minutes of all the Parkway stuff and no super scary roads to travel. We would most def stay here again.

If you are staying for more than 2-3 nights I suggest bringing extra dish soap and dishwasher detergent and toilet paper, they only provide a starter supply and glad we brought extras as we stayed 4 nights and would have to run out to buy those items. Several grocery stores very close by and was close to all Pigeon Forge experiencesz

Beautiful place very quit and love the layout of the cabin. Pool table was a plus for the guys. And the beds was comfortable. Walk in showers was great too. All in all great place to stay and will stay again.

We had a great family holiday together with our adult children & their families. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the large table so we could eat together. Loved the fireplace it made the cabin feel very cozy. Everyone enjoyed playing pool and all the video games. Overall a great family getaway for us! Would definitely recommend & we will be back!

The cabin was beautiful and the location was perfect. We wanted something close to all the main attractions without a steep driveway. The parking was great also. The cabin had tons of space for everyone to relax and multiple living areas that we could spend time together. We would highly recommend 432 Bear Haven.

This was our first family trip to Pigeon Forge, and this cabin was the perfect place to call home during our stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, and the games. The layout of the bedrooms was also perfect for our large family, and the beds were super comfy. There aren’t any condiments in the kitchen, so be sure to bring your own. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back to stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Bear Haven. Plenty of room to be together and we all had our space to relax and rest. My guys especially enjoyed the pool table & video game. The cabin is near Parkway making it easy to get around. Our family has spent a long weekend together in the mountains during December for the last 10 years. This has been our favorite cabin thus far.

This cabin was amazing. The location was perfect. Literally 5 mins from the Island. It was very clean. I love how the lowest level is almost noise cancelling so whenever the kiddos played, the adults weren’t disturbed. The cabin felt cozy and homey. Def recommend and I would stay here again

Perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the gathering rooms, the roomy bedrooms with walk in shower bathrooms was especially helpful for us senior citizens.
