Il Pedal Inn si trova appena fuori dai sentieri battuti, ma a pochi passi dal centro del Lago di Ginevra e da molti ristoranti favolosi. Parcheggio disponibile per un massimo di 7 auto. La casa offre 4 camere da letto 2 al piano superiore con letti king size e 1 bagno completo, doccia e vasca. Il livello principale dispone di 2 camere da letto 1 con 2 set di letti a castello e 1 con un letto king size, una camera familiare con un divano letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo, doccia e vasca. La cucina completamente attrezzata è completa di macchina per il caffè, pentole, padelle, utensili, piatti e posate.
All'esterno dispone di 2 portici e cortile privato, con patio, gazebo, pozzo del fuoco e anche una griglia a gas, per intrattenere all'aperto. I was here with a group of 12 and we LOVED our stay!! So close to downtown and lots of parking spots. Easy check in and check out! Would love to stay again. Only feedback is that one of the rooms upstairs is pretty hot at night (might just need an AC unit in that room, nothing major). Other than that, our stay was perfect and we would definitely recommend to other people!

The house was PERFECT! The house is adorably decorated, sleeping all 10 of us comfortably. We all felt like we were at a friends house. Our first night we were able to relax in the yard, grill some dinner, enjoy a bonfire and catch up on all our lives!! The location was just a short walk to the beach and the downtown shopping area. We were all able to enjoy different activities (biking, walking, antique shopping etc). Thank you so much for this opportunity to spend quality 'girl' time together!!

My family rented both properties (Pedal II and the Pedal Inn) for our annual summer gathering. It was a great combo, with lots of shared outdoor space between the two to enjoy. It was an easy walk to Downtown Lake Geneva, the beach, and boat tours.

This was perfect for my bachelorette weekend! Karen and Nicole were super easy to communicate with and the property was even better than we expected!!! Will definitely come back in the future

I never received the access code from the owner to enter the property. The day before check-in, I messaged the host through VRBO app, the morning of check-in I messaged again. I called 4x and text messaged with no response. Upon arriving, we waited outside for 45 minutes trying to frantically find a new VRBO, which none were available, and figure out how we were going to communicate this to the 9 other friends on their way. The tenant in the owner’s property next door came home and when I told her I had received no response from the owner, her response was “Well that makes sense she’s not responding because she is in Portugal”. She luckily gave us the code (which also made me question that someone else had the code to enter the house). The owner called me at 5am Saturday morning (woke me up) to apologize, but I am still in shock this is how business is conducted. When she apologized she said she didnt have service to send the code. Why not go to a cafe and use their wifi to send an email or message through vrbo to make sure people who paid to rent your property can actually get inside. No excuse. Outside of not being able to access the property, the bathroom door doesn’t close. Everything else was fine, but I’m just soured from the check-in experience.

This stay was meant to get 5 siblings from Milwaukee, Chicago, northern Wisconsin and Florida together for an annual visit. We took good advantage of the Mexican restaurant, Pizza Hut and Kwik Trip within one block. Most of us walked the .6 mile walk to the hub of the activity at the Lake. We enjoyed a lovely fire in the yard. We hope this was the start of an annual tradition. The accommodations left nothing lacking.

We loved this stay. The property is great and charming, the location is perfect. It’s a short walk to downtown but you’re away from most of the noise. We would definitely stay again. The backyard is awesome to hang out in.

This was our first family trip to lake Geneva and Karen was so helpful and amazing. The house is large, very clean, and perfect for us having a 2 year old. Karen was always in contact when we needed something and accommodating to our special requests. 100% recommend!

Since covid-19 a big party was out of the questing for the husband's "50" so renting a house outof town was the next best thing. This house was not only beautiful but really close to downtown and big enough for our entire family. Relaxing and full of memories a weekend we'll never forget.

Very nice 150 year old home
Karen, the owner, was an amazing host and worked closely with us while we were in her home. She was very accommodating and answered any questions we had promptly. The home is well-cared for, very clean and nicely furnished. It is also centrally located and very close to the downtown area. However, it is a little far to walk, but easy to drive to. The house is located on a major street and right next to a Mexican restaurant, which was convenient! The home does have multiple TV's, but only one has cable - in the living room area over the fireplace. The others are smart tv's where you can use Netflix, Hulu or other accounts. The only issue, which might have a bearing, would be no A/C in the bunk room, as well as very limited in the upstairs two bedrooms and bathroom. The only other issues, were no dressers in either of the upstairs bedrooms or the bunk room to unpack clothes. The upstairs bedrooms each have a closet. Overall, the home is very nice, and I think with a couple tweaks could be an excellent property.
