We would stay here again. It was clean, quiet at night, and a quick walk to the beach! Beautiful beaches here. The apt had a parking spot which was a plus.

We stayed with our 2 grown sons. The property was clean, and well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen gear, and toiletries. The walk to the beach was clear and easy. The grocery across the way was also very helpful for us. And the communications with the owner were quick and clear. We will recommend this location!

The location was very convenient and affordable and close to the event we had planned on the island. The place had very cute decor and kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom was clean and nice. There were extra chairs and beach equipment and beach access for those who needed it so that was very convenient. The bed linens were nice and smelled very fresh and clean. They had extra floor fans to help keep the temperature cool since there were no ceiling fans. However the walls were very thin and we could hear everything happening outside our front door since people were convening at the top of the stairs and smoking right outside our front door. Also the bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a glass window that was broken and it would not shut all the way so we could hear all of the noises happening in the parking lot too. The two twin beds were very hard and too uncomfortable for adults (could be okay for little kids) so one of the adults actually slept on the couch instead. The king size bed was softer but very low to the ground. There were TV’s in each bedroom but not in the main living area.

Imma was a wonderful host and her condo was cute and cozy and extremely well located. We were near the beach and across the street from great restaurants (as well as key necessities like a grocery store and CVS). It was so thoughtful that she had not only beach towels but also beach chairs and umbrellas as well as pool noodles and other beach items. We had a great time!!

Dispute with owner over loss of electrical key. Entire deposit forfeited because of loss of one electrical fob and regular keys

It is the second time we stay in this property. It is a cozy apartment very close to the beach with all the amenities you need and very close to grocery stores. Imma, the owner is very kind and always in contact. It is very likely that in the future we would choose her again in our next trip to Key Biscayne.

Great location, clean, modern apt.

My family and I enjoyed a nice stay at this 2 BR apartment/condo. Although the exterior of the building is not appealing, the apartment itself was well-maintained and had plenty of room for a short stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen is tight but had everything we needed (other than paper towels). The location is fantastic - across the street from groceries, restaurants, and other shopping and a short walk to the beach. Beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrellas) were much appreciated. The pool was clean but quite small. Note the unit is on the second floor with stair access only.

The apartment was very clean inside and had everything we needed (towels, beach towels, chairs, etc). The building has a pool but it was filled with debris. We were able to walk to the beach a few blocks away. The bathroom was decent and we had parking for our rental car.

The place was just as described and exactly what we were looking for. We would happily stay there again. This was our first experience using Home Away and it was positive in every respect.

This condo was just perfect for our family of five's stay in Key Biscayne! The space is a great size and has all the amenities needed. The location was wonderful! We walked everywhere! The beach is five minutes away, the grocery store is across the street and many restaurants. There is a park just a 5 minute walk as well. I would highly recommend this condo and community for a vacation!! Thank you!!

The apartament is well equiped. You have everything you need. It is conveniently located 100 mt from the beach and you have a Win Dixie in front of the apartament. We spent a beautiful week with my husband and kids. Check in and check out is easy going and Imma was available all time. Thanks Imma!

The apartment is located in a safe, beautiful and convenient location in Key Biscayne with a designated parking space right behind the apartment. It also came with a free private beach access that is only 5 minutes away! There are nice restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and grocery store all within less 5 minutes walk. The house is meticulously kept, spotless, and nicely decorated; bed and bedding are extremely comfortable; communication and check-in process were smooth and seamless. Nice and clean place to stay. Great option of a private beach. Would recommend having enough towels for the capacity of 6, adding washcloths and having some kitchen towels. Those are minor items, which should show that we really had no complaints! Imma was also very responsive and accommodating!

Close to the beach, clean, quiet, and big enough for a family of four. Two negatives, would love to have had the TV in the living room instead of the bed rooms, and there was no garbage disposal. Otherwise, we loved it.

Stayed only a couple of days. For me, quiet, clean and reasonable beat fancy digs anytime. Plus there's a Winn-Dixie across the street which came in quite handy. Wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

Inma was very accommodating and pleasant, we only communicated through email and she was extremely prompt. The apartment was perfectly located near stores, restaurants and the beach allowing us to walk anywhere and everywhere, our rooms were wonderful with a super easy check in & check out process. The only thing I would like to see is a TV in the living room, rather than in the bedrooms (but to each his own), after all it’s a vacation and I am not there to watch TV.
