Charming cottage near beaches
Un delizioso cottage di charme, situato a solo un minuto in auto dalle splendide spiagge dell'isola e da un campo da golf. A 10 minuti a piedi (o 5 minuti in bicicletta) dal Parco Nazionale ea 20 minuti in auto dalla città di Charlottetown - abbastanza vicino ma ancora abbastanza lontano per godere del fascino della campagna. Il cottage ha un cortile meravigliosamente grande - perfetto per i falò. Situato in una città di pescatori, siamo circondati da opzioni di pesce fresco locale e vicino ad escursioni come la pesca d'altura, canoa o kayak.

Cottage is centrally located. Our plan was to explore whole island and was able to do this from the house without any overlap. The yard was unfenced but nice and large for our dog. Unfortunately the inside of house could have been cleaner, dirt in the kitchen drawers, and overall needed a good scrub down. Our dog spent the majority of time hiding in the bathroom because of flies in the house. The towels smelt horrible, as if they were just run thru dryer with too many dryer sheets. The three trash toters outside were overflowing and wild animals had pulled items out. We did pull one toter out to street on appropriate day but should not be the renters responsibility. Otherwise could be a really cute cottage. Right near by was Harry’s Dairy bar and Tracadie Beach Harbour walk both were highlights of our trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed this property with our two pups. Lovely cottage and property. Very handy - 2 minute drive - to a beach which was new to us Dalvay Beach. Gorgeous! 20 minutes to Charlottetown and Rustico so centrally located and nice to see some different communities along the way. Cottage was very well appointed, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. We had a lovely and relaxing week. The fire pit and clothesline were great added amenities. We would definitely recommend this cottage for its great location and comfortable cottage vibe.

Great location for exploring PEI's North Coast and LM Montgomery sites. The house was comfortable and the washer and dryer a huge plus. We loved it!

Great stay and nice accommodations. My only recommendation is to change the wifi password in the email Vrbo sends. The email has your mom's phone number.

Upon arriving the house was adorable and the location ideal. However, the inside needs a good cleaning.
There were big black ants crawling around.
The basement was moldy and I had to cover my face to do laundry, due to having asthma. The floors need a good scrubbing.
This place has some major potential and with a little money spent it could draw almost co stant clientele.

The property was as advertised and worked well for our family vacation to PEI. Located near the National Park (host provided a pass) and close to Charlottetown and Cavendish. If you chose to stay here, I would definitely recommend eating at the nearby resturant, Finns.

The cottage is your typical PEI cottage, rustic but with lovely linens, and an air conditioner in the main room which is amazing. The washer and dryer, large fridge, full size stove ...makes it perfect. We sincerely appreciated how chilled they were about our big dog. Very close to the beach you can bring your dog too. We would definitely stay again.

Owner very helpful…lives right next door. The home was clean.. a little off the beaten path depending on where your going. The home itself is an older home and the furnishings were somewhat outdated.. Some of the kitchen items provided were not very good quality , especially the silverware , The curtains in the livingroom they were not adequate to cover the window properly at night especially if your using the pull out sofa to sleep on. There was 6 of us staying ..4 adults , 2 Children .. Also the kitchen table only accommodates 4 seats .. so we could not all eat together .. at the table.. Other than that we love the outdoor fire pit to enjoy with our grandchildren at night. We were just happy to be on the Island having a good time.

Me and some friends stayed for a weekend here and loved it! It has a great location close to the beach and a delicious take out spot. There’s a huge yard and fire pit great for outdoor summer activities. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Overall a really good experience!

Pleasant home away from home
Very nice cottage style home, laundry and kitchen very adequate. Location is a little far from the stuff we wanted to see, but not so bad overall. A nice peaceful setting, a little dated and we could have used a 2nd bathroom, but a really nice place overall. Hosts were helpful and easy to work with, so no complaints. Recommended with no major issues.

Lovely Getaway
My friend and I had a girls weekend at the Cottage. It was perfect for what we wanted. Clean comfortable place, with all the amenities we wanted. BBQ, fire pit, and relaxing scenery. We had a great time there.

Disappointing
The floors were not clean! There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. The dryer didn’t work properly! They advertised 2 queen beds but one was a double! This cottage needs some updating and TLC. However the property owner was helpful and accommodating!
I would not stay again as it is not a great location! Price with taxes was high for the quality!

Ideal location for exploring PEI
The property was very well suited to our needs and very comfortable. We were able to catch up on laundry midway through our road trip round Nova Scotia and PEI. Well situated for visiting the Anne of Green Gables sites, the wonderful PEI beaches and getting to Charlottetown.

Great spot
We are very happy to give this cottage 5 stars. The only reason we chose 4 stars for cleanliness is because it is a cottage. We loved our 2 week stay. Lovely quiet area. The cottage is described as cozy which some would assume small but we had a lot of room. Perfect!! It offers everything you would need. If by chance you did need something, you wouldn’t want for long. Nancy was extremely accommodating and a terrific host. We are already hoping they’ll have us back next summer.

I was not impressed, very dated property that needed some tlc
The property was perfectly located minutes from the beach, so great for biking up the road to get there. Also very close to all the towns around, including Charlottetown. Downfall of the experience was that the property was very dated. The bathroom had been updated, except for the original wooden window that was rather dirty. Kitchen was dated, floor stained, and need of an update. Bedrooms were good sizes, beds were very hard, and again, needed some cleaning. Living room was not bad with plenty of seating. Overall the house was fine for what we needed, but in desperate need of an update and good cleaning (ceiling fans had dust all over them).

Cute, clean cottage near beaches
We loved our stay! We had 2 adults and 2 children (5 year old twins) and it was a perfect size for us. The cottage was clean and well cared for, and was the perfect home base for our explorations. Kellie, the owner, was always very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We loved having a washer/dryer in the cottage - definitely helpful when you are with kids. Lots of space outside for the kids to run around, and we loved using the firepit most nights. Only a few minutes drive to several beaches, and 20 minutes to Charlottetown. I felt at home during our stay, and would definitely consider renting this property again. Only recommendation would be to maybe provide some food storage containers and a few more beach towels. Otherwise, no complaints!

A Great location at a reasonable price!
The property was very clean and well equipped. Perfect location for travels to North Rustico and Charlottetown. We were 5 adults staying for 1 night and noted the new BBQ and badminton racquets. Perhaps a note for the whereabouts of the firewood would be a good idea. Very reasonable price and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Cozy cottage, close to beaches and Charlottetown
Enjoyed using this cottage as a home base as we explored various parts of the Island. Kellie was always quick to respond when we contacted her with questions. Will definitely consider a return visit.
