This house is perfect for a family of 6! It is layed out beautifully with the bedrooms spread apart to ensure everyone has their own privacy. The host was so easy to get ahold of and the house has everything you need! The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes, we rented a golf cart and it was exactly what we needed to run around. Highly recommended.

Very happy with this property and owner. Very clean, appropriate amenities, and great location to the beach, shopping, and dining. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable living quarters, bedrooms, and kitchen. Very responsive owner. Will look to stay here again for future Destin vacations. Highly recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was a short 10 minute walk to beach access and the house was well equipped with a wagon, sand toys, and other beach equipment! The house comfortably slept 8 of us and had all kitchen appliances/utensils to eat at home. The house is located in close proximity to a variety of popular Destin restaurants. Would recommended staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, close to the beach and Destin Commons. The house itself is well equipped and housed our party of six easily. It was great having beach chairs and equipment provided, as it saved room in the car.
The Crystal Beach neighborhood was really sweet and we enjoyed strolling around in the evening with our pup.
The house is close to beach access, we either walked or cycled there every day, in fact we didn’t really use our car much at all, other than going for groceries. I would love to revisit this area out of season, when it is less busy.

The dryer was making a strange noise. Sent a message to the owner and she arranged to have us clean towels delivered on Memorial Day and the repairman came out the next day to fix the dryer. Would highly recommend staying at this rental!

Beautiful house. Great floor plan. Nicely decorated in beach theme. Updated kitchens and baths. Nice furniture. Comfy beds. Thick towels. Large open kitchen/dining/living room. All appliances and AC worked great! Loved the bench swing on the front porch. Nice screened-in side porch. Outdoor shower in back of house. Back deck with grill. Nice font yard, side yard, and backyard space along with sidewalks everywhere in the neighborhood to walk the pups. Got to use the nice community pool. Walk to the beach too long for kids so drove to the public beach access. Got lucky and was able to find a parking space close by every day (in off season). Hope to come again soon! Stephanie is a wonderful host and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this sweet place. Located in a really nice, safe neighborhood.

This has been by far the best house we have stayed in. The parking is very spacious. The porch was our favorite place to be. It was super clean and smelled amazing when we got there. We enjoyed staying in this house so much we will definitely be trying to rent it every year when we come back. The air-conditioning works amazing which is a plus plus for us.

The house was beautiful and convenient. It is about a 5min walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart and that was a life saver since we had a toddler and a bunch of stuff to carry. There is a wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs that they have available to use which was awesome to have. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for our needs. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is beautiful, immaculate, and everything worked. We were within a 10 minute drive to everything, and there are a LOT of places to go to eat, play, shop. It is also within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Lovely home, peaceful neighborhood!
We had a great time! Stefanie was a great hostess, easy to communicate with, and super responsive to a minor/non-emergency issue (DishTV - a provider we have no experience with). The home was great - clean, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of linens, cute decor - all of it! We appreciated the big assortment of beach/water gear, and that the community pool was just around the corner. Groceries and other shopping/restaurants/stores are just a few minutes away, and easy to get to. Our kids appreciated that they each had their own bed, and I was glad that no one needed to sleep in the living room. Overall, it was a great week (we were in town for sports), and if we find ourselves back in Destin, we'd love to stay again.
