Se stai cercando un posto fantastico per le vacanze, questo è tutto! La tua vacanza si trova nella prima location di Sandy Beach, a Princesa. Il tuo padrone dispone di un letto king size con vista sull'oceano. La seconda camera è di dimensioni confortevoli e ha un letto matrimoniale. Gli ospiti aggiuntivi troveranno che il divano letto queen size aggiornato offre un ottimo riposo notturno!
Il condominio è dotato di Wifi, lettore DVD e plasma da 65 pollici in camera familiare. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice e un lavandino. Tutti i comfort di casa tua possono essere trovati in cucina, che è completa di elettrodomestici e gadget, tostapane, frullatore, argenteria e stoviglie.
Assicurati di portare le tue K-Cup preferite per la macchina Keurig. Non c'è niente come una buona tazza di caffè mentre si affaccia sulla tranquilla spiaggia al mattino.
Princesa Resort offre 3 piscine (una riscaldata), 3 piscine per bambini e una vasca idromassaggio.

It’s a great condo, with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. The keyless lock was a plus. Overall we had a great stay here. I would definitely recommend booking this condo.

My husband and I took my Dad to Puerto Penasco for the first time in 30 years. He was blown away by the beautiful property of the Princesa and Sandy Beach. The condo was lovely and fully equipped to accommodate our stay. We had an amazing time.

Am somewhat of a clean freak . The carpets and rugs could be cleaned or replaced . The guest bathroom had an offensive smell unless the fan was on . The Princessa itself and grounds were great

My stay in this property was awesome, it was easy to find the building, once you arrive to the 1 security you already feel welcomed, after you get to a second check point that scream to me SAFE! The guard have your access ready, and he makes sure you know what way to take, parking is right next to elevator, everything is clean and sanitized to a high standard, overall great place to stay in Rocky Point, thanks Joe you made our stay awesome, The Reynolds-Martinez family :)

One of the best rentals in La Princessa. Easy access, very clean, well configured. Truly nothing we would improve upon. Joe even had washing machine tabs for the LG washer/dryer combo. We already love staying at La Princessa and now we have found our perfect condo.

This well kept and equipped property is full of details only a premier host think about. from easy check-in, keyless entry, security informed of my arrival, all details that make your stay memorable. Then, the amenities in the apartment are in every single space. There is a water cooler so you don't have to haul bottled water, 1000 dvds, TVs in all rooms, a kitchen the will make you feel at home. I can go on and on and on. YOu will not be dissapointed.

This was our first time to stay at the Princesa and we're so glad we gave it a try. We have 40+ years of renting in RP and we loved this one. The resort is a smaller than Las Palomas but the grounds are just as immaculate, safe, and the pools are super and the property has lots of beach access. We especially enjoyed the Cantina restaurant on the property. Service was friendly, food and drink selection was awesome and we did the Gringo Bingo one afternoon. Try this one!

The first 19 pics of the inside must be older pics, but the rest of the pics are current. Very beautiful from the moment we walked in. Clean and fully stocked. All you need is your food and beach towels. Lots of updates, very spacious and comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. It was even spring break and still enjoyed it. Nice balcony to sit out and enjoy coffee or dinner. I would recommend this unit. The owner stayed in contact, when I would message he would reply timely. I will use this property again. By the way, love the candy machine. Cute touch!

We have stayed in Princessa many times and this was our favorite condo so far. It had everything we needed and a great view from the balcony. Communication with owner was good as well. We will probably stay here again.

If you want a relaxing stay on the beachside I highly recommend this place. It’s no more than a few footsteps away from the beach.
The condo is updated throughout and most importantly has extremely comfortable beds.

Wow! This place was awesome! Property has been remodeled and is even better than the pictures! Very relaxing decor with everything we needed for our stay! Great communication with owner and property was excellent! Pools and beach were never crowded. We will definitely return!

One of the best condos we have stayed in at La Princessa. The only conplaint we have is we were accussed of stealing a shower towel. Since we brought our own sand cloud beach towels for the beach since they repel sand none of them ever left the condo. Side note, if you dont have a sand cloud towel I highly recommend them, they really do work.
