Il nostro condominio è A114, situato al primo piano della Torre. Ci sono stati diversi aggiornamenti al condominio da marzo 2013. Il soggiorno e la cucina sono luminosi e ariosi. C'è una TV a schermo piatto 42 'nel soggiorno.
Abbiamo aperto la scala e installato legno duro sulle scale. Nel dicembre 2014, abbiamo rinnovato il bagno al piano inferiore e abbiamo sostituito i mobili della camera da letto.
Avrai il tuo posto auto riservato; non c'è bisogno di cercare un buon posto per parcheggiare!
La nostra unità di 3 camere da letto dispone di un letto king size nel master al piano di sotto, un letto king size nel master al piano di sopra con un balcone che si affaccia sulla sabbia e un letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto. Entrambe le camere matrimoniali hanno il bagno privato. C'è un bagno completo nel corridoio al piano di sopra. Le camere da letto al piano superiore sono state completamente rinnovate con nuovi mobili e materassi nel 2017.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was so easy to get to the beach and we loved having a reserved parking spot. We had plenty of room for the three couples in our group.

We had a wonderful stay in A114! The condo was beautiful and very clean. Our hosts made everything easy for check in and when we left. They even checked on us during our stay! I would highly recommend this property!!

Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30 A right before the split at 98 and front beach rd. There are 2 grocery stores nearby. If you need to get somewhere in PCB or 30 A it's easy to get on the highway. It's far away from the high rises and right by Camp Helen State Park. This means you're not fighting for a spot to place your tent at 5am like you are on 30a as the beach isn't crowded. The chair rental folks aren't aggressively taking up all of the beach like they are in Santa Rosa. It's wonderful! The condo was just what we needed with plenty of space for all of us and the dedicated parking space allowed us to keep our beach gear in the truck without having to carry it upstairs. We will certainly be back as the location cannot be beat! We have stayed on 30 a for years and prefer this location hands down.

Amazing Views
This condo has the most stunning views. The master balcony overlooks the water and the other balcony also has partial views, but they look down the beach and are beautiful as well. Parking was easy. Beach access was steps away. Loved having two floors. There was also fresh water fishing behind the condo and lots of amenities, including 2 pools, access to games and books, basketball, tennis, etc. and in the most amazing gated community. Owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. There is an issue with internet and cable, but the owners were great about letting us know it’s out of their hands and should be resolved soon, but something to consider if you need internet/tv. It certainly did not negatively affect our trip. The views made up for it!! Would highly recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient stay
My mom, aunts, grandmother, and I had a great stay for Mother’s Day weekend! The condo was right on the beach but just note that you still have to utilize the elevator (stairs were inaccessible during my stay due to the broken door). Everything was mostly clean and inside nicely decorated. The view from the master bedroom was lovely! There is a Dunkin Donuts, Publix, and CVS less than 10 minutes away which was very convenient.
One downside was that the Wifi did not work for the entirety of my stay, which put me out a bit on Friday as I intended to work and the internet was a bit unstable upstairs.
Due to COVID, there were limited supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) which we were informed of prior to arrival, so just make sure to bring all of your essentials if coming with a big group.
Overall, I would recommend staying here and would book again!

Fall Break 2020
Although building is older, the condo was in great condition and not decorated in over the top beach styles. We had 6 people and the bedroom / bathroom set up was perfect for everyone. No one felt on top of each other. Easy access to the beach and the parking spot below the unit was fantastic to have. The owners were easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with the stay.

Great location!
Location and proximity to the beach was wonderful, just steps away! Carillion is a very nice community on 30A, not overly crowded. The condo is an older building, so there is wear. But for the 3 bedrooms/location/price, it's a good choice. Owners were very helpful and kind. Would have liked some extra blankets available and a hair dryer. Thank you!

Lovely Condo and Excellent Location

Wonderful!
Our family of 7 was very comfortable and satisfied with our stay. We had plenty of room and everything met our needs perfectly! The unit is beautiful and very easily accessible, as is the beach. We had one minor maintenance issue and the owner was very quick to respond and it was taken care of instantly. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time!! The condo was nicely decorated in beach theme and very homey feeling.
We had 8 people in our party. We had a wonderful time. Easy access to the beach. The kids loved the pool. Beach felt secluded but we didn’t feel secluded from the action. Easy drive to local restaurants and only about 10 minutes from PCB. The only draw back was the kitchen/dining area was a little tight but we managed just fine. The owners were accommodating and so easy to work with. Hope to definitely return soon!!!

Perfect for a girls getaway!
My lady coworkers and myself decided to travel to the beach for a week of relaxation after an extremely busy time at work and we were so glad that we chose this area and this condo in particular! It was super close to grocery shopping, restaurants, etc. but without feeling like you were in the middle of any kind of hustle and bustle. We spent the majority of our day time relaxing by the beach and our evening time was spent cooking meals together, watching movies, chatting and playing games. The condo was clean and felt really homey and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever pots and pans that we needed. The owner was super helpful and responded quickly whenever I had questions both in our preparation for the trip and during our stay as well! We'll definitely be coming back at some point! Thank you for such a wonderful space to get ourselves refreshed!

Great Location with Excellent Space for Kids
We stayed at this condo for our spring beach trip. It was our first time going to Pinnacle Port. We normally go to Sea Grove. We were sad to leave Sea Grove, because we really appreciate being away from hustle and bustle of Destin and PCB. However, we wanted to try something affordable on the beach. This location was excellent. In fact, I think it may replace our normal Sea Grove location. It is far away from all of the hustle and bustle of Panama City Beach, but it is close enough to find good eats on 30A or PCB. So, it is an excellent location!
The condo itself was great. It has beautiful views. It was extremely clean. Also, it was very kid friendly. We have two children, 5 years old and 1.5 years old. My 5 year old absolutely loved the bunk bed! Having the bunk bed along with another bed in the second bedroom makes it ideal condo for a family with little ones. Also, the condo owner was amazing to work with! They were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this condo!!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo! I wish we could have stayed longer! The condo was really nice and updated. The beds were really comfy! The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all! The owner, Connie, was so nice and helpful.

My family and I just got back from a week of paradise at Pinnacle Port! This beautiful condo is on the west end of PCB and away from all of the crowds which we loved. The condo is very nice and has been updated throughout and the owners have taken pride in decorating it and making you feel right at home! The private parking space was a major plus! This was by far one of the best vacations we have had in a long time and I would recommend Pinnacle Port and specifically this unit to anyone that needs the space of a 3BR condo. The amenities at Pinnacle Port are wonderful with 2 swimming pools, shuffle board, a kiddie playground, tennis courts, grill area, and beautiful Lake Powell for the fisherman in your family--my husband and son really enjoyed the fishing! We will definitely stay here again and look forward to it! Thank you Connie and Steve for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

Our annual vacation to Pinnacle Port was great, and we really enjoyed this condo. We would be thrilled to stay in this unit again. Decor was spot on for a beach vacation, we were really impressed with the updates! The owners were fantastic to work with, no negatives with this unit!
