We had a great time in Destin. Loved the beach, pool and view. The condo was a perfect size for 4 adults and an infant. The additional ice maker in the room was so helpful.

David and Paige were excellent to work with. They responded quickly to any questions we had. The condo was awesome! The view from the living room and master bedroom were spectacular! We have stayed at the emerald towers before. David and Paige were awesome to work with - communicated clearly and responded to my requests quickly. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were awesome. The air conditioning worked great! There were some floor areas under the bed, the pantry, and the bathroom that could've been more clean. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend you book your chairs and umbrella for the beach in advance to ensure a front row

David the owner was great to work with. He was quick to reply to messages. Condo was nice and fairly clean. the location and view was fabulous. Must eat at the Back Porch and Dat Burrito. Both were great. Favorite fun was renting a pontoon with slide and boating to crab island. We got to see Frank the dolphin! Parasailing and fishing for kids were highlights for kids. Fun trip made many new memories.

Just spent 5 days at this beach front condo with a friend and we loved it! Everything was perfect outside: location, privacy, beach access, pool, grill. And inside: layout, furnishings, balcony, TV’s, WiFi, towels galore, very well stocked! I hope we can stay here again very soon. Thanks David & Paige!

This condo was in a great location and was so clean and comfortable! There were tons of little extras around the condo we weren't expecting! We brought our 14 month old with us and the condo was great for her. The extra bedroom was large enough to set up a pack and play for her to sleep. The beach access and pool were very nice and clean as well!

After the first day, we decided we do not want to stay anywhere else in destin. There was My two daughters and me and condo suited us to a T! Very prett decor, well stocked kitchen, loved the covered balcony. Highly recommend!

It had everything! Space for the family, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, a balcony, and the most comfortable bed in an property I’ve ever visited. The host was amazing, extremely communicative and very accommodating. I will absolutely visit this property again in the future and look forward to the opportunity to come back soon!

Very nice and relaxing with a perfect ocean view. The condo was clean, orderly, and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I always travel with my own sheets (I'm a sheet snob:) but I never put them on!
We did miss the old patio furniture because we're older and not fans of high-top table and chairs.

We were very pleased with our vacation rental property and would highly recommend it. The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and updated. Numerous seafood restaurants in the immediate area were a special treat. The owner was extremely responsive to our pre-arrival inquires and post-arrival telephone resolution in helping us understand the various TV applications. Owner written instructions about the late-check-in process involving on-site condo management should be updated. Fortunately the owner was readily available telephonically and immediately resolved our misunderstanding.

The condo property is really fantastic. Not crowded, other guests were courteous and respectful. Beach is awesome! This property could improve with larger TVs and a smart TV in master bedroom. Everything else was great!

We love staying here. The home is well cared for and stocked with necessities. We love the view and location as we can walk to our favorite restaurants. This is the first place we look to reserve when we go to Destin.

Water pressure in guest bathroom shower is a little low, otherwise everything was great. Never waited for an elevator, which is great since we were on 11th floor. Didn't like the fact you can't set up your own tent or umbrella, but we rented 2 umbrellas for the week. Probably won't be back, but it's not because of the condo.

This condo was extremely beautiful! It was decorated with decorations and top quality furniture. It was the closest to being at home that I have seen. The towels, dishes, the kitchen utensils and necessities were extremely nice. There were bars of soap and a sample shampoo and lotion provided. The view was picture perfect. It is located in the center of all the activities and grocery stores needed. It is also close to main shopping outlets and shopping areas for the whole family. Not to mention the Back porch seafood restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. David is really nice and easy to deal with too. Look forward to staying here again.
