Questo condominio con due camere da letto dispone di due camere King Master, una vasca idromassaggio sul grande terrazzo e un camino a gas. Villa spaziosa e confortevole con splendide viste sul campo da golf. Cucina ben attrezzata, lenzuola super morbide e letti comodi. Ottima posizione per una vacanza in famiglia.

Overall a nice unit and in a good location to town, the river and other activities. Fairly well equipped for our stay as far as kitchen equipment for in house meals. Comfortable beds in both rooms.
Access to the Broken Top pool would have been nice.
Carpets could have been cleaned as there where stops in bedroom and family room area.

We have stayed in another condo at the same site before. The rooms are large, lots of patio and green space, kitchen has everything you need, close to shopping and entertainment.It is an excellent safe convenient location. There are some issues with the unit that need attention.There were a lot of bugs, the carpets are white and needed cleaning, some curtains are broken, fridge filter needs replacing, too much light in master so can't sleep well,chairs upstairs patio broken from staying in direct sunlight .

We chose the villa for our first time staying in Bend. Located in Broken Top on the golf course, it provided a nice quiet place to stay in a safe beautiful neighborhood. It has two king suites, perfect for us and our friends. In addition, the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Finally, the management company was easy to work with and good with their communications.
Why 4 out of 5? The place needs a little care.
1) Some of the blinds and curtains were broken, making them hard to open.
2) Carpets needed a good thorough shampooing. They had a few use stains that were obvious on the light colored carpet.
3) A/C kept the downstairs cool, but the upstairs bedroom was 10-15 degrees warmer.

This weeklong vacation was just exactly what we needed. We have been traveling for about a month around the United States and this property did not disappoint. We really enjoyed waking up to the golf course, the beautiful skies, and a full kitchen that we were able to cook in every day.

Overall, pleasant stay. However, the place needs some love from the owners. The drapes are coming off of their fasteners, rendering the exit out to the deck difficult; they just need to replace those with something that can be opened and closed. The plumbing on the main floor shower was just not working. The shower upstairs worked beautifully, so we used that one. Broken Top itself is sooo beautiful, and so close to everything! Great location!

Beautiful location that backs right up to the golf course. The villa is very spacious and well appointed. It was also great that we were able to bring our furry friend with us! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Kitchen is well equipped, super soft sheets and comfy beds and a nice deck! The only con is that they need to provide a few more bath, hand, and wash towels.

This is a very nice condo, comfortable, clean and had most everything we needed. Broken Top is a great community, central to everything. We loved the dual on suite set up of this condo, hot tub, golf course view and good parking.

Great location, great condo that is well maintained and has all of the amenities.
However, the jacuzzi temperature was set to 109 degrees and the regulator appeared to be broken, so we were unable to turn the temperature down to a reasonable temperature. This was a special trip with my son and a big part of the appeal of staying at this location was the jacuzzi. We reached out via both phone and text to the property manager, but no one ever came to fix the problem and no one at the property manager's office followed up. We were not able to use the jacuzzi at all during our stay.
Also, the tank for the shower upstairs appeared to have a ridiculously small capacity. My son took a five minute shower and when I went to take one immediately afterward the water was freezing.

This villa unit was very clean and comfortable. Great deck and hot tub, great location - close to skiing and close to dining. Great dog walks and play area just across the street. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen well appointed. We would stay here again.

It’s in a great location and a nice home. Definitely ideal for a weekend getaway with a max of two couples. Master bedroom suite is spacious and quite lovely. It’s a vacation rental so there are certainly some maintenance things that should be done (hot tub screen broken, dishwasher front wood panel coming off, etc) but nothing that makes the experience any less relaxing. Would definitely go back! :)

The place certainly had everything anyone could need (except a microwave cover--it would have been handy!) the dishwasher may have a problem: the detergent packet was still there after we ran a load (we had set it on "normal")! and both sets of living room drapes had problems with their pull function. Our last day we noticed the lights out on the modem in the downstairs bedroom, which we had not touched or used. Otherwise, everything worked, once we figured out the shower valve. Lots of leaves on the outdoor steps.

All-in-all, the property was pretty much as advertised. Large bedrooms, comfortable beds and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, and good size bathrooms that are a little outdated, but not bad. A couple of things that needed to be better are that the hot tub was low on water (but functional), the bathroom linens were not of the quality that matches the rest of the unit…need upgrading, and the Greese tray in the outdoor grill definitely needs cleaning. Other than these minor things, it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Very clean, fully stuffed & great location. One comment, when you arrive, make sure to go through the main entrance on 62000 Broken Top. At gate, they will provide a guess pass to get in during their working hours. At night, there is a phone box to call to enter. Anyway, will come back definitely!
