"Island Princess Unit 509 Gulf front con una vista stupenda! Piastrelle e laminati in tutto (unità allergiche) C'è un re letto nella master suite con la propria porta privata al balcone e bagno. Seconda camera da letto ospita un letto matrimoniale con il proprio bagno privato, 3a camera da letto ospita un letto pieno, questo ha una porta comunicante con il bagno fuori dalla zona giorno. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con quasi tutti gli elementi necessari. Sala da pranzo ha splendido tavolo in granito con posti a sedere per 6 e posti a sedere per 4 al bar per la colazione. Tutte le camere da letto e soggiorni hanno TV a schermo piatto. Goditi la splendida vista sul Golfo dal tuo balcone privato!
Servizio spiaggia incluso (2 sedie e 1 ombrellone allestito per voi ogni giorno - da marzo a ottobre)
Faccio il miglio supplementare per assicurarmi che tu ti stia bene. Lenzuola extra per ogni letto con un sacco di asciugamani e cuscini. L'isola Princess di sette piani è un punto di riferimento nell'isola di Okaloosa che ha rubato il cuore a molte famiglie che tornano anno dopo anno a visitare Fort Walton. La struttura dispone di una passeggiata privata sulla duna che conduce ai quasi 500 metri di spiaggia privata incontaminata. Sul posto, troverete anche una piscina del Golfo che è riscaldata durante i mesi invernali, una vasca idromassaggio, una palestra e un parcheggio coperto. Situato su Santa Rosa Boulevard, l'Island Princess è abbastanza vicino all'azione del Miracle Strip Parkway, ma abbastanza lontano da offrire un rifugio dalle attrazioni turistiche nelle vicinanze tra cui popolari ristoranti dell'Okaloosa Island Old Bay Steamer e Pandora's Steakhouse.

We suggest providing salt/pepper, heftier toilet paper and more powerful dishwashing detergent.

We enjoyed our visit. The condo is nice. It has more kitchen dishes and utensils than others we have stayed in. Some of the furniture is worn out but still usable. Enjoyed the beach chair service. It’s only a mile to a Publix grocery store and several restaurants. Master bathroom is very nice.

The biggest thing I want to say about our stay was the level of communication from Kimberly Lang was exceptional. We had multiple families staying at the same property that rented from other people. There was construction going on with the property at the time we were staying and we were the only family that knew what was going on. Kim and her team stayed in constant communication with us and were quick to answer any questions. We will be back next year and renting with her again!

The property had a great view and overall experience was ok. The only thing that I had communicated with the property manager was roaches everywhere and I think it should be addressed. Parking although we didn't get the assigned lot, it wasn't much of an issue as it had a lot of parking spaces.

We had a wonderful stay over the holiday. The weather was chilly but the heated pool and hot tub were wonderful. The condo was perfect— exactly what we expected and more (clean, comfortable, had everything we needed). We highly recommend booking through Kimberly Lang Vacation Rentals.

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Princess. This condo was very clean, updated and well furnished. The Gulf view from the 5th floor was beautiful where we enjoyed daily visits from dolphins & pelicans. It was lovely!

Was exactly as advertised. Right on beach, easy access to bottom floor pool.we have stayed in Destin every year since we’ve been married (6 years). We will definitely be coming back and staying with them!

The condo is in a good location and for the price point is a good deal. The condo is not fancy, but pictures are accurate. The unit is well stocked with necessities.
The reason for only giving three stars:
Upon arrival the balcony and furniture on balcony were dirty. All three tubs back up and ceiling fans need updating.
Our main issue was with the management company. Upon arrival we could not get into the unit. When calling the management company we were told someone would call us back but they could not give us a timeframe. We were left standing outside with luggage in the rain. It took 15 minutes for someone to call us back and another 30 minutes for them to get someone out to resolve the issue. I do understand things happen, but upon giving feedback to the company, they plainly stated, "we handled in a timely manner." I am looking for a company to go above and beyond, and they did not.
We were hoping for an early check in after our flight was changed, after communication with company it seemed like it might be an option, upon arrival we were told they were installing an appliance and we could not check in until 4. There is not an office on site, so we were stuck with luggage, again after communication with the company we were simply told, it should not be expected. I have had much better customer service in the past, and will find a place that can deliver that next we go to Okaloosa.

Clean, comfortable stay! Everything is well kept and clean, even the refrigerator! We were happy to see a keurig and other unexpected things that helped accommodate our family. We appreciated the convenient private parking space as well as early check in. Nice view and right above the pool so we could sit on the balcony while still keeping up with our kiddos. Would stay here again, no doubt!

Our unit was exactly as described and looked in pictures. It was very clean and updated. Location was away from heavy traffic yet quick and easy to local grocery store/attractions. We usually stay in Destin but was very happy with this location in relation to traffic. I wish the bedrooms had lights on ceiling or fan, lamps were used and it wasn’t bright enough for me. The water was full of algae which was disappointing. I would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Location Is fabulous. The condo is exactly as advertised. Communication with the property was great. The pontoon boat is extra amazing and the service was awesome with that also. We plan to be back.

Loved that we all had our own separate bedrooms & bath. View was amazing and loved having the extra beach towels. Condo was beautiful, but for 6 adults guests, I wish there was enough comfy seating in the living room for all of us. In all, loved our stay, how close we were to all amenities of Okaloosa Island, and the gorgeous beach!

Very nice, clean and convenient place to stay! Go downstairs and you are at the pool. Walk across the boardwalk and you are on the beach. Had a wonderful family vacation and will definitely be back.

Best oceanview
The condo was as pictured, huge condo, plenty of space, bedding was comfortable, lots of options in the kitchen when cooking, and unit was clean. The views on the porch of the ocean are amazing and it was the highlight of our vacation. Easy access to pool and beach/ocean. Staff was available and checked in during stay. Only downfall was the water and ice maker didn't work but there is an ice machine to make ice or go buy a bag. Definitely not something we were too concerned with just a minor inconvenience BUT it doesn't alter our opinion on the condo as it was everything we needed and more and will definitely return.

Island Princess Vacation
This was the perfect place for a weeklong vacation! Plenty of room to gather in the living room, or spread out over the condo. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful and the kitchen had everything needed. The parking space was also especially close to the elevator and the elevator was close to the room, making unloading and loading much easier! We loved it!

Nice location and clean condo. We had an issue with the door one night and when we addressed it with the property manager she took care of it immediately. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice. Extras included beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, laundry detergent and drying towels. All the rooms had TV’s. All clean. Liked having a door code to get inside and not having to remember bringing keys

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 8. Plenty of space for everyone and we fell in love with the 3 separate bathrooms!!! Plenty of space for family meals and I CANNOT express how spectacular the view is! Love love love
