Costruita nel 2015, questa casa contemporanea sul lungolago è stata progettata per vacanze in famiglia e per sfruttare appieno la bellezza dei dintorni della casa. Sono disponibili due master suite private, ognuna con il proprio portico schermato per godersi un tranquillo caffè mattutino con vista sulla baia panoramica. La prima suite principale ha un bagno completo con una doccia di lusso, mentre la seconda suite ha un bagno con vasca idromassaggio. E per il tuo divertimento, tutte le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto.
Le aree comuni sono aperte con ampie viste sull'acqua e ampi posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Approfitta della veranda coperta di grandi dimensioni che si affaccia sul molo coperto. Lo chef di famiglia apprezzerà anche la cucina gourmet ben fornita e le aree per grigliate all'aperto.
Convenientemente situato a pochi minuti da RT. 33 e Beach Island Marina, questa casa vacanze si trova su un'insenatura privata con acque profonde e tranquille. Un vialetto in leggera pendenza consente a te e ai tuoi ospiti di sfruttare appieno un ampio parcheggio e spazio per il camper o il rimorchio della barca. La casa ha una vista libera della baia mentre incontra il panoramico fiume Clinch. Solo la bellezza della baia e del fiume è visibile dal nostro ampio ponte coperto che avvolge i due lati della casa, consentendo una splendida vista sull'acqua e sulla bellezza naturale circostante.
Il molo coperto sarà sempre messo a disposizione dei nostri ospiti per usufruire di acque profonde tutto l'anno. Goditi la nostra terrazza prendisole per nuoto, paddle boarding e kayak. The location is so peaceful and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and you are able to raise the head and foot of the bed and the bed vibrates.

The home and location are perfect. We have stayed at several Norris lake properties, but this is by far our favorite. The house is spacious and clean. Check-in is easy. The kitchen is well stocked and the views are amazing! I don’t have one negative thing to say.

We loved so much about this house - the locations, the size, the kitchen, the beds, the bathrooms. We had not so great weather but enjoyed the time inside - the weather caused damage to the dock but someone was out that night to make it safe for us to use. Bring warm clothes W the a/c is powerful, especially in the rooms upstairs. Already looking to book next year!

This place is truly beautiful. The cove and location couldn’t be more perfect. The view is amazing. It is well stocked and the kayaks were such a bonus. House is clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely visit again.

The house was beautiful and property was very private, this was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beds were comfortable, they provided plenty of beach towels, kayaks, and firewood (to be replaced if you used some). There are no houses across the lake, so you have an unobstructed view of the lake. Only advice if you're brining young ones is to buy a roll of window screen/mesh to wrap around the front porch rail so that it's childproofed. Overall, this house exceeded expectations and we plan to come back!

Great lake views and amenities! The house feels much larger in and out than what the posted pictures show. It easily accommodated our large extended family for a week stay and had everything we needed for relaxing out on large the porch, doing a bit of fishing, or kayaking with the kids.

The house and property were amazing… even better than the pictures!! Everything was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels too! The view from the main deck was beautiful. Plenty of outdoor seating. Great fire pit! Hot tub was relaxing. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!

Our stay was wonderful. The home is beautiful and immaculately kept with all the utensils and towels you could need. Only complaints are the oven didn’t seem to regulate the temperature like it should. The upstairs also got exceptionally hot while downstairs was cold. The interior of the home feels very dark at night and could benefit from brighter lighting. The exterior was also lacking lights by the hot tub area, which could present a safety concern . All of that said, we would stay here again and were very pleased.

Beautiful home with a ton of amenities and a wonderful view. We were awestruck when we arrived and found it very difficult to leave. What a beautiful retreat from the hustle and bustle of work life.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ned's Norris Nook! We have stayed at multiple different locations on Norris Lake and this one is definitely our favorite! It is so much easier to access than many homes on this lake, not to mention the stairs to the lake are much shorter than any of the other places we've stayed. The location on the lake is nice too, it's set back off of the main water way but not so far back in a cove that it takes a long time to get out on the boat. The house itself was so clean and well stocked and the AC and the wi-fi worked well. A couple suggestions would be to spray for wasps down by the dock, there's quite a few nests down there. Also, the pullout couch upstairs squeaks every time someone moves on it which isn't the greatest for sleeping. Overall, BEAUTIFUL home, we will be back!!

This property was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults and 2 infants and it worked great.
Pros: house was gorgeous and very clean. It was stocked with lots of pans/bowls/utensils. The back porch is a stunner and we were outside the majority of our time there. The firepit is gorgeous and we were happy to find the lighting outside at night to be perfect with the string lights over firepit and motion sensor lighting on the stairs. After reading through many reviews we were pleasantly surprised how close the water and dock were to the house. Yes there are stairs but not that bad. Your calves will get a workout but it’s really very close compared to other properties.
Cons: The trash apparently gets picked up on Wednesday, so if you check in for a weekend like we did on a Friday, the trash bins were completely full. We let the management company know and they responded to us right away. They were not able to fix the situation so we made due. The thermostat upstairs is also not working properly and leaves the room with multiple beds freezing at 62 and the other room warm at 74 right next to it.
Overall we loved our stay and would love to stay here in the future! The house is truly stunning

We absolutely loved the wonderful views and sounds of nature all around us. Being bird watchers, it was a non-stop adventure in sounds and glimses of a variety of birds. The cabin was very nice. Only wished the dock lights would have worked but apparently have not been kept up for some time. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Paul

Wonderful retreat!
Beautiful home with an amazing view, great fire pit, access to the lake, and comfortable living space! Our group of 4 enjoyed the 2 masters (comfy beds!), private screen porches, and generous living area/kitchen. Booking, check in, and check out were extremely easy. The house was extremely clean on arrival. We hope to return soon!

Ned’s Norris Nook was a great place to celebrate family!!!
The place was nice, but it was really really dark inside. There wasn’t enough lighting and the walls were way too dark! The big beautiful windows were very dirty. Don’t get me wrong loved the place and would come back again if the lighting and paint on walls changed.

Just Book It!
We have been traveling to Norris Lake for years. We are boating / water sports focused. I am not a fan of nit-picking the small stuff which some folks can't help doing. In reading the previous reviews, I believe they are mostly accurate.
Yes, the last mile or so is a bit tight (small roads) but manageable with full size pickup and suburban pulling 21'+tandem axle trailers. Driveway was plenty big enough to hold two trailers, and three trucks with room to spare.
Cleaning crew were a little late in finishing up but they did not impede our arrival and unloading. I was unable to obtain boat house dimensions in advance of our arrival so including them hear for future renters: The covered dock slip is approx. 19.5 ft wide by 35+ ft long. There is a cantilever lift on one side but it was dropped to its lowest position and did not bock usage. The boat house was great but could use some love and care and needs to be better aligned with the property so the bridge stays aligned with the stairs. We had a storm come thru which caused the bridge to become unaligned with the stairs to a point we were a little concerned and contacted property mgmt who promptly dispatched someone to correct ... like within a 2 hours. Very responsive.
The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, the inside of the home was clean and well furnished and the master beds were very comfortable.
The fire pit area was awesome. We forgot to ask if fire wood was supplied so we brought our own but later found a large wood pile on the property. We did not use the existing wood but rather left the extra we brought on the existing pile. Might be good to ask / clarify if renters are permitted to use whats there.
My biggest recommendation to the owner / property mgmt would be to give the boat house the care it so deserves and if possible, have the upper windows in the great room cleaned periodically. The view is awesome but dirty windows detracts from this. Granted, the home is in the woods so expecting spotless windows is unreasonable.
In summary, yes, we would rent here again without a second thought ... great location, great property, responsive property mgmt! One of the best all around properties we have rented and we have rented all over the lake.

Best Spot in Norris
My family enjoyed an amazing week at Ned's Norris Nook and could not be more pleased with the view and quiet cove. If you have young kids, this is where you want to be...Also super close to Marina and Bubba Brews where we had dinner 3 nights!

Beautiful Property
Gorgeous house that is closely located to Beach Island Marina. House was beautiful appointed and had great amenities that enabled us to enjoy our time at Norris on both rainy and sunny days. Only negative was weak internet service.
