My family stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. The owner was very accessible and communicative. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is good - we felt safe in this area and it was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful place to stay, inside and out! Everything was very comfortable and practical, everything you could possibly need. The kids were able to play safely on the balcony and the views were amazing. Location is very good for restaurants and a quick taxi anywhere you want. Walkable to metro too.

We are a family of 8 traveling through Ecuador. Our 1st night was in Quito and this apartment was a great start. It’s easy to get to from the airport (the host will help coordinate transportation if needed), we felt very safe, the neighborhood is quiet, there are breakfast & coffee options nearby (they left us a bag of coffee and sugar/cream which was wonderful).
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Showers are hot. The temperature was perfect inside. I didn’t need to cook this time, but there were supplies if I did.
We had a lovely stay, which I was nervous about with our 9:45pm arrival time. Thank you very very much!

This was our third stay in Quito during our holiday, and it was fabulous to have space, a central location, and all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Sergio was very responsive to our questions and organised various airport transfers for our group. Santiago was great on checking in and out and kept us informed of any issues we needed to be aware of. The security guards at the entrance were friendly and ensured we were safe.

I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Quito. It's clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and in a nice location. It's a bit outside the main city areas, but a $3 Uber ride will get you anywhere in the city in about 10-15 minutes. The trade-off is that the property is in a quieter, cleaner, and safer area. The trade-off is well worth it, IMO. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family group of 7 stayed very comfortably. The host was terrific arranging for airport transfer and groceries upon our arrival. All amenities are in the apartment including dishes, towels, and most common living supplies. We loved having the dining and living room connected for group meals and trip planning. It was helpful having the instructions written in English for using the TVs and finding supermarket nearby. We felt very safe with security at the building entrance. Highly recommend this and would stay again!

Sergio was very helpful, responsive to our questions, assisted us with getting safely from the airport to the apartment, answered all our questions (silly and otherwise) promptly, and there was a security guard at the door 24 hours a day. The unit was as advertised; spacious and Fully stocked. There are several grocery stores near by, a convenience store next store, and Uber service quickly available. Perfect place for a larger group or people who like their space!

Sergio and his team were incredibly communicative and accommodating - ranging from sharing local intel and recommendations to being flexible with individual arrivals due to flight delays. Their willingness to pick us up at the airport and provide access to the unit in the middle of the night was generous and appreciated. We highly recommend this penthouse apartment for anyone looking to spend time in or around Quito.

Had a great time in the city and the place was amazing. Had everything anyone could want in a place away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans. Security at the building was great, the security officers met us at the door and opened the doors for us each time we entered. Many things to do within walking distance, good places to eat within walking distance. We plan on staying here again on the next visit to Quito.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything we had hoped for and much more. The place was comfortable and very clean. We even had pods to wash our clothes and coffee, sugar and spices in the kitchen. Sergio and Santiago were wonderful hosts. And, our chauffeur, Gonzalo, arranged by Sergio was outstanding. He took us everywhere we wanted to go to.

We stayed here for 8 days and have zero complaints. The unit is only a couple minute cab ride from the Carolina Park where all our friends/family were staying and walking distance to malls and food. The unit has an amazing view of the andes and city and the 24 hour security officers servicing the building were very friendly and attentive.

This is the property you want. You'll love this clean, open air condo with amazing beautiful views of Quito. We first walked into this home and were blown away at how gorgeous it is. Very classy and upscaled. It has room for everyone.
The outdoor terrace is a wrap around style terrace that affords views of the entire city. Its close to almost everything, several markets and stores including the malls.
It has daily security and keyed entry for the unit. Its very secure. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Quito.

Only positive things to say about this experience. Communication with Sergio was excellent. The check in process was easy in spite of arriving late at night. Having food delivered prior to our arrival was ideal. Airport transportation and daily excursions were arranged by Sergio. Our driver who also acted as our guide was very informative, flexible and fun. The apartment was spacious, clean and well stocked. The views were wonderful. It was close to restaurants and felt safe. If we ever return to Quito, we would definitely stay here.

The apartment is wonderful and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The location was convenient to the entire city, and we would absolutely stay again. Sergio, the owner, is amazing, and provided us with drivers and assistance throughout. It was the best VRBO experience we have had!!

Wow! Were we impressed! The entire experience with the propery owner, Segio, was fantastic. He was so prompt with all communication and the hospitality was great.
The apartment was immaculate and fit our family of six perfectly. The view was incredible and we often had cocktails on the terrace in the evening. We were able to take full advantage of the well stocked kitchen and washer and dryer. It was so lovely to have laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided!
The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were also well stocked.
We got to know the area during our two week stay and it really started to feel like home.
We could walk to several parks and the artisan market. The bakeries and restaurants were very close by and delicious.
If our travels take us back to Ecuador, we will absolutely stay in this apartment again.

This property truly is amazing - a true penthouse overlooking a nice part of Quito, with fabulous views of the city and the surrounding mountains, especially at night! It has all the comforts of a nice home and the owner (Sergio) and manager (Santiago) were very attentive to any needs and Santiago met us personally for check-in and check-out. This is a great home base for exploring Quito!

This property was excellent. The photos all accurately reflect the property. The location was excellent-close to many restaurants and other shops. Everything was within a close walking distance. the space was very generous.
Sergio was an amazing host. He communicated promptly-and was incredibly helpful! He even helped us with transportation from-and-to the airport--and even helped us line up a great driver to take us on a couple of all day outings! He was exceptional!
I highly recommend this property! And hope to stay here again soon!

I had a wonderful stay with friends at this penthouse. The space was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and tidy. The view overlooking the mountain in distance was incredible and definitely added to our overall experience. Wish we could stay there longer. I especially enjoyed the amenities that were available to us, such as a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. The check-in process was a breeze, and the host was incredibly helpful meeting us in the lobby. In addition, the place has a 24 hr security guard to ensure the safety of the guests. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable, relaxing, and secure stay in Quito.

All the reviews are true; this place really is superb.
The best part are the beautiful windows and amazing views.
The bedrooms are spacious and the mattresses are comfortable. There were lots of extra blankets and throws. The bathrooms all have shampoo, conditioner, and bars of soap. There are plenty of towels.
The kitchen has everything you could need, including coffee pot, ground coffee, blender, juicer, and tons of dishes. It was really impressive!
The only downside is that, even though on the 9th floor, you can still hear traffic. I was used to it by the second night, but you may need earplugs if you are a very light sleeper.
He is able to arrange a driver for you from airport or various attractions. We found the driver to be very reliable.
There is a full time door man, so safety was never a concern.
The owner is superb at communicating and we felt well taken care of.
Would highly recommend!

The apartment is gorgeous with stunning views. It looks exactly as pictured on the web page. It was wonderful having bathrooms for all of us. The doormen of the building were welcoming. The arranged ride and Sergio, made it easy to get situated after our late night arrival. The historic district is not very close, but the taxi service is easy to find and very inexpensive. There are good restaurants nearby. The owner is very responsive. We had a great stay in Quito!

Ecuador was a wonderful experience and vacationing at this fabulous Penthouse on the 9th floor overlooking Quito city skyline met all our expectations. The apartment was convenient, comfortable and clean. Sergio was wonderful, he was always prompt in answering our questions, we used the airport transportation and Gonzalo our driver became our official tour guide. We also had groceries purchased prior to our arrival. The PH has everything you need, just pack your bags and enjoy this wonderful country! Thanks Sergio and team for a wonderful experience!!!

Quito visit to see daughter completing study abroad. 6 total. Top floor location, balcony, very well-stocked and equipped kitchen, ate most meals there. Very spacious apartment with ample bathroom availability as well. Grocery store (SuperMaxi) 5 minutes walk. Sergio very communicative and helpful with transportation and other topics. Would highly recommend if visiting Quito.
