Close to the sharc and the village. Great home. It has everything you need. Great hot tub. The house is a little dark, but overall a great home. Would stay here again.

It felt like home for our family of 4 and one small dog. It has a great location, and the hot tub is new, full of nice comforting jets, and everything works! We were able to look at the stars in -4 degrees temps outside while the tub stayed at 105 degrees the entire time, which was fantastic! The home has nice accommodations with three separate rooms for sleeping. The private Hot-tub has access from the master bedroom and is fully enclosed, meaning you can be in the hot-tub and not in view of the neighbors, deck or other parts of the house, nice! We enjoyed the games provided, and the gas fireplace in the front room is excellent, both ambiance-wise and heating-wise. Bikes were provided, but the weather prevented us from trying those out.
We look forward to another visit later this year and would love to book this home again.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay in Sunriver. The host took the extra steps of putting out some festive Thanksgiving decor. The kitchen was well equipped. My only “complaint” was that the house is dark.

Convenient and Comfortable
We had a wonderful week in this comfortable home with a convenient location. The ambiance of the home provides a classic Sunriver or Central Oregon vibe. This isn't a fresh and modern home, but we prefer this kind of home when we vacation in the area. The bathrooms, however, are nicely updated and appointed, and some of the furniture in the bedroom seems newer. Communication with the owner received quick responses. We're grateful for a great week with our two kids and family dog. Thank you!

Beds and oven
The mattresses are very soft and in need of replacement. The oven took almost 30 minutes to heat to 400 degrees and probably should be replaced as well

This was a perfect home for my husband, adult daughter, and dog.
We stayed 4 nights. Location is great- close to Sharc and Village. The house is very comfortable. Decor is fun with forest animal theme. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathrooms are beautiful. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience here and the owner was very prompt and helpful in communication. Had everything you’d need for a family at the place. The pool was amazing. We loved our stay.

Very Comfortable
The house was exactly as advertised and perfect for our winter stay. Well stocked kitchen with all the supplies needed. Hot tub was awesome after skiing all day. Easy walk to the village. We'd definitely stay here again - thank you!!

Wonderful Xmas Holiday!!
We stayed at this comfy home during the week of X-mas. This house easily accommodated 6 adults and one small dog. The house was decorated with two Xmas trees and had a hunting lodge feel. The kitchen is well stocked, There is a large wide screen TV to watch movies in the open living area.. There is a nice gas fireplace that helped keep the house warm.. We also enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after spending days exploring the mountain. The locations is within walking distance to the SHARC and close to the shops. I would recommend this house and would stay here again in the future. Thank-you for a great holiday.

Thanksgiving getaway
Perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. The ping pong table provided lots of entertainment and the large TV was perfect for football. We would definitely rent this home again.

Amazing Sunriver Trip
This was a great trip! We loved the home, it was perfect! We loved riding bikes all over Sunriver! We loved swimming at the Sharc! We loved the hot tub! The home is very close to the Sharc and the Village. We were able to make memories and do fun outdoor activities everyday!

Close to Village and SHARC
Love the location as it’s close to SHARC and the Village. Although they have done some nice updates (bathrooms) the overall house needs a little TLC. Had a nice family stay.

Perfect!
Beautiful and clean. And it was perfect for our family of 8 and a dog. Loved the wood decor and the proximity to SHARC and the Village. Very convenient. Thank you to Steve for promptly answering our questions and accommodating our pet request at the last min. We’ll definitely be back.

Great location next to SHARC and near Village!
We had a great stay at 8 Raccoon! My kids easily walked to the SHARC, and the Village was a short bike away. House was very clean, and we had all the kitchenware, laundry items, towels, etc that we needed for the week. My 3 teens comfortably slept and enjoyed their own space in the bonus room. Hot tub was perfect. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location and Cosy House
We really enjoyed staying here. The beds and couches were super comfy. We biked on the trails, went skiing at Mt Bachelor and played games at the table. The owner was responsive and kind. We also loved the our dog could hang out with us on the enclosed deck and enjoy the sights.

Great Spring Time Stay
We had a very relaxing time here. The place was clean and comfortable, especially the hot tub. The kitchen is so well stocked, not a dish, pot, or pan is missing. Loved that! The location is great for walking to the village. The SHARC passes meant no extra charge for the tennis courts. We definitely want to come back here for our next visit to Sunriver.

Cozy family vacation
This house was perfect for our family of four plus dog! The home is lovely and made us feel very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay! The detailed cabin decor is very sweet and adds to the cozy atmosphere; the beds/bathrooms are all very nice and comfortable, lots of games and puzzles that our 8 and 12 year old kids enjoyed (the ping pong table too), a very nice hot tub to enjoy after a day of skiing, and a well stocked kitchen which made it easy for us to make meals for our family. We were lucky to get quite a bit of snow while there which just made the experience all the better. This was our first experience renting a home for a vacation and the home was just as described and exceeded our expectations!! Thank you to the homeowners and the cleaning service that made this possible for us! We hope to come back and stay at this home!

Great house, all the amenities of home
It was a great house! Very homey and welcoming. Had all the necessary items for cooking and hosting nice meals. It was a great stay for the kids too. Lots of movies and games to choose from! They made it very nice for the holidays with a beautiful Christmas tree and decorations. We enjoyed bringing in the new year at this great house.

Cozy cabin with lots of amenities
Our top priorities for renting this property was a hot tub and bikes. We found the home well equipped and comfortable. The gas fireplace was really nice and put out excellent heat. We brought games and stayed in to cook our own meals. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. We would come back again if our plans aligned. Thanks!

Weeklong Getaway
We rented this house for a weeklong work/vacation getaway. With COVID, Fires, Remote learning and working my family just needed some time in a new location to see some new things. This place was the antidote for our ills. First of all, Sunriver is an amazing place even in the offseason. We golfed, rode bikes, hiked, and had a great time overall.
The Pros:
The house does have good wifi, and we needed it for sure. The bathroom have been updated and are clean and modern. It is pet friendly, and they provide two blankets to cover the sofas just to make sure there's no damage. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much all the utensils and small appliances you need. The hot tub is really nice, and enclosed so that you can have privacy from your neighbors who are pretty close by. And of course, the location is great. We were a short bike ride (less than 10 minutes, possibly 5 mins) from the Village area so everything was convenient. There are several cruiser and MTB bikes in the garage, which also has another refrigerator and ping-pong table. They are in used but rideable condition.
The Cons:
Not many, mostly nitpicking. The kitchen and decor are a little outdated. The refrigerator provides filtered water but it is super slow so it takes forever to get a glass of water. The bathrooms were updated but there is very little counter space. The outdoor gas bbq is pretty old and looks pretty rickety. We opted not to bbq as a result. These are not major issues but if you want to grill up a bunch of steaks this might not be the place for you.
Overall, this was a great bargain. The rate is reasonable, perhaps reflecting some of my nitpicking - we'd stay here again for sure!

Very nice and comfortable for the two of us as adults and our dog. A little small for 4 adults. Clean and well equipped with kitchen items, cookware and extras. Close in location is great. Would stay again.
