LO SPAZIO: Casabella è una villa privata di 4200 piedi quadrati progettata e costruita in un autentico stile coloniale nicaraguense con un bellissimo giardino interno e una piscina in stile laguna. La casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'accesso alla spiaggia. Ognuna delle quattro camere da letto ha un bagno privato e ingresso indipendente dal cortile. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutte le comodità moderne di casa. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani (spiaggia e bagno) sono forniti insieme a wifi, tv via cavo e servizi di lavanderia e pulizia in loco.

Ernie's place was a fantastic place to spend our time in Hacienda Iguana. Location was perfect, house was very clean (and kept clean daily), and Ernie was so helpful with helping us to organize our travel to/from his place. It was our first time in Nicaragua as a family and we will absolutely go back, and stay at Casabella again!

We had a great time. Property is worth it for the pool alone. Power went out last day due to storm but was all good during our stay - good AC, helpful folks around, nice kitchen. The couch could be a bit more comfortable but all around a wonderful home!

It was very easy arriving at Casabella. The caretaker, Fernando, was waiting for us. The house is a beautiful colonial style home. It is very apparent that good care is taken of the property. The kitchen was very well appointed. We appreciated that the freezer had lots of ice for us when we arrived. There were lots of towels for the pool. There was plenty of outdoor furniture to use. The property is directly across the street from beach access which made it very easy to get to the beach with the children. Our two hiccups were that 1. The Jacuzzi tub in the master suite did not work, would not even hold water without standing on the stopper. 2 We had a power outage in the evening, and there was no generator back up and no one present on the property to help. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed staying at Casabella and would recommend it.

Our daughter Ana described Casa Bella as a beautiful flower that opened its sturdy petals for us to rest on.
We truly enjoyed our stay. It’s one of the most restful places. The beach is so close and easy to access. Our family ages range from 70 years to 11 years old and the house was perfect for everyone. The staff is very kind and attentive. They keep the house very clean and in very good condition. We would definitely stay again.

The house is beautiful and very clean. One bedroom had only very hot water in the shower making it almost impossible to shower and another one had no water at all.
Apart from that everything was perfect, the house was very well equipped and house staff very attentive.

The proximity to the beach is awesome. It’s across the street so it’s perfect! We loved the house. AC in the dining, living room and kitchen! Rooms are big and have plenty of space. Everything was clean and the pool in the middle is great!

The location of this property was perfect. The layout of the home was wonderful. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. Plenty of separation between the rooms so lots of privacy. The courtyard pool was awesome. Fernando & his wife were wonderful caretakers & always responsive. The owner was accessible by phone for any needs. The bikes & surfboard availability was above & beyond. I will always try to book this property for all future visits.

My wife and I along with 5 friends had an amazing stay at Casa Bella for 7 nights. 30 second walk to the beach, great waves for surfing, the neighborhood and location had great food and drinks, the sunsets were unreal. A VERY special shoutout to the caretakers Fernando and Marlene for taking care of everything we needed from getting us a shuttle to San Juan Del Sur, organizing massages for our group, cooking up an amazing lobster and chicken dinner, and answering all of our questions. Would 100% recommend Casa Bella to anyone! Also recommend renting a golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood to the store, bars/restaurants, etc.

Every morning and throughout the day they took care of the place and us. We didn’t expect to have the house and pool cleaned daily it was an added delight. We spent five nights at Casa Bella and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The pictures truly don't do this property justice. The house is tucked into a nice and quiet lot in Hacienda Iguana. The rooms are very private and open up onto the beautiful courtyard and pool area. Fernando was amazing at keeping the pool area clean... no small task during the windy season. He was also great at offering any help with directions and suggestions for things we could do. The house was immaculate (thank you Maglena (sp?)and cleaned daily. We loved the short walk to the beach and then being able to wash off in the outdoor shower and hop into the pool. My partner just had knee surgery so easy access to everything was key. Our only regret is not having signed up for a few days of lunch and dinner prepared at the house. Maybe next time! We have stayed at many, many VRBOs over the years and this one blew us away. Thank you Ernie, Fernando and Maglena for a perfect, relaxing vacation.

This is the absolute best setup for a house especially if you are traveling with other members of your family or guests / friends. The open courtyard is fabulous for meeting up and relaxing with everyone. The pool is super cool and refreshing! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Great for the kids that aren't the best swimmers, as it has a beach style entrance and seating around the edge that they can swim over to and rest on. The beach is literally right across the street and is the perfect distance, smack dab in between both colorados and panga drops. The on site team, Fernando and Marlene were so sweet. Our whole group had a fabulous time. I'd highly recommend!

We loved this home. It’s located in a perfect area of Iguana. The housekeeper made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. The ocean is literally 45 second walk and everything you need is located within the Hacienda. My spouse and I enjoyed the area so much, and fell in love with the culture, we purchase a small piece of land nearby! Thank you!

The home was beautiful, it was laid out nicely, the courtyard with the pool was very inviting. This home, with a little TLC, would be perfect. It seems to be that this home is rented regularly, therefore would provide enough income to maintain it properly. It’s too bad to see such a beautiful home get neglected when it comes to fixing small things. Regular maintenance, and attention to detail would go a long way and make the guests experience much better. The price was reasonable, however, I would’ve had no trouble paying more for the property had everything been in proper working order, and the condition of the house cared for. This property could easily deserve five stars. I might consider staying again, although based on my experience, I would check out other homes first.

This house was great for a group of people. The house staff was great, no complaints at all. Super close to the surf break, great for kids, short walk to restaurant, and very helpful and friendly staff. Considering that we accidentally made a booking error on our last night - the owner was super nice and accommodating to our needs to book another night at the last minute. Thank you!

We had ten family members for two nights to attend out wedding, the wedding ceremony was done right next to the pool in the courtyard. Everything was perfect. This beautiful house is s stone throw from the beach. This place is fantastic. I promise you will love staying at Casa Bella. The staff were beyond words, great people. I can honestly and highly recommend this house for anyone who wants to experience Paradise here in Nicaragua.
