As soon as I arrived, the host contacted me asking if everything was ok, which was very nice. Contact with the host was immediate and very good throughout my stay of 16 days. The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated, kitchen equipment new and clean, washing machine with dryer in the room also very clean and encouraging to use. Internet works very well. Everything you need is in the apartment. The area around the apartment is very nice with tropical vegetation, very safe, encouraging for walks and active recreation. In general, the service, accommodation was at the highest level - many hotels with 4 and 5 stars could learn from the host from customer service, such a detail as, for example, switching the air conditioning to celsius degrees (I'm from Europe :-)) shows concern for comfort and satisfaction customer.

Our group of 14 are leaving Alani this morning. We had 4 nights in 3 very nice appartments. Situated close to Olas Blv and Fort Lauderdale Beach. Free parking is a plus. Fun to live in the middle of a “normal People’s quarter”, where you see no other tourists. If we ever return to FL, we would pick Alani Bay Condos again.

There was a small problem with a toilet, but in was fixed, while we lay on the beach. Great service! The back garden could use a plan and a few hours work ;-)

The location was excellent; quiet neighborhood in walking distance to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and met our needs staying for a week. It was convenient to have a washer and drier!

Everything was very good. If I had to say something, the place didn't look as new and shiny as the photos, but that makes sense given it's been occupied by many. We had some loud neighbors here in there, but luckily the noise stayed in the living room.

I was so pleased with my stay. it felt like a cozy little home away from home. The host was always available via a phone call or text. He was kind and helpful, an issue arose with the unit dryer and washer, the host quickly came up with a solution and offered us access to another washer and dryer located on the premises. The location is very close to beaches and restaurants. The neighborhood and condo itself are quiet. The condo was clean and had cutlery and tableware as well as a few seasonings. Wifi was strong. We would love to stay here again in the future.

In my opinion.. The property was not in a safe area. I stepped outside to get something out of my car and a random drunk was near by. When I spoke to management about it they did nothing. The photos you see online is far from what this place looks like in reality. Save your money.

Loved the Airbnb. Beautiful, comfortable. Alex was a joy to communicate with and we would certainly stay again.

Alex went out of his way to help me with some other plans that took a turn, excellent customer service. The location, condo room and overall experience was 6 stars .... no elevators to take, no 100s of people in the same building , no parking garage fees, nice quite neighborhood, room is modernized and very very nicely updated. Location is excellent

Small table in living would be nice. No glasses at all, just some plastic cups and haphazard cutlery. Dollar store glasses are a small investment. We also would have liked clear instructions on damage deposit on website.

Located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, the property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including washing tablets, toilet roll, shower gel etc, which was a big help. check in was quick and efficient with easy to follow instructions. We were greeted by lovely, helpful staff, and once inside we were very pleased with how spotlessly clean it was! The cleaners did a great job! The property is compact yet comfortable, had free parking and was just a short drive, (less than 10 minutes) to Las Olas Boulevard and under 15 minutes drive to the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

There were a couple of spots in the property that would benefit from a touch up of paint, (it was peeling on the back door), and the front and rear doors didn’t feel overly secure although they locked perfectly fine. The front door had a bit of play on in when locked. In addition, a couple of chairs out front of the property (if it’s possible) would have been nice to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. We could also hear other guests talking in the property next door to us. They weren’t being overly loud, I just think that the sound travelled through the walls. Regardless of this, it was a relaxing stay.

Alex was an excellent host, extremely accommodating and helpful with great communication and restaurant suggestions. The condo was bright, clean, and modern. Beds were comfortable. Air mattress is provided in closet. Conveniently located to airport and cruise terminal.

Quiet location, only a short walk to the riverside and a great choice of restaurants and bars. Alex kept us well informed and was able to help with anything very promptly in order to ensure that we had a great stay.
