2 camere da letto sono en suite. Può ospitare fino a 8-12 persone nella scelta di 9 letti (2 Cal Kings, 6 Bunk Twins, 1 Sofa Queen) ed è a pochi passi da attività invernali / estive, ristoranti, negozi e altro ancora. Un sacco di unità sostengono di essere ski-in / ski-out e abbiamo la migliore posizione nel villaggio, ma non lo affermiamo. È vero che potresti usare il sentiero per lo sci in alcuni periodi dell'anno o che hai la gondola proprio fuori dal nostro balcone, ma non lo rivendichiamo perché non vogliamo promettere e consegnare troppo.
Tutte le unità del Village Lodge hanno un solo pass parcheggio assegnato, ma non noi, ora ne abbiamo due. È disponibile un altro parcheggio nelle vicinanze. In inverno, parcheggia l'auto e lasciala parcheggiata. We really enjoyed our mini vacation in this relaxing condo. It’s in a prime location to shopping, food, activities, adventures, and even live music. You can’t watch the concert from your balcony. Our family enjoyed this experience we had staying here. Thank you!

Nice view of the Village and mountains. Easy access to restaurants and the gondola to Mammoth Mountain. Enjoyed use of private locker to store our gear. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our party of 5!

What an amazing place to stay. Everything you need is within walking distance. And the firework show?? It seemed like it was meant for just our family. Beyond magical!! The best place we have stayed thus far and we have been to many, many places including Park City and Breckenridge. The communication with Michael was outstanding. We will definitely be back and only rent this location when in Mammoth.

This really is an optimal place to stay in the village, and the unit itself doesn't disappoint. The outdoor deck is spacious with great furniture and overlooks the Village courtyard. The accommodations inside, lighting, fixtures and kitchen accessories were also great. We also appreciated the security of the complex, and as we were on motorcycles, also appreciated the secure indoor parking. A+ here!

We loved everything about this place, except the lack of air conditioning. It was very hot when we were there and the portable/window units just did not adequately cool the condo.

The place was beautiful as advertised, and location couldn't be better. We enjoyed the apartment, the pool, and the short walk to the gondola. Communication with Michael was easy and responses were always fast. Highly recommend.

this is a great spot! clean and perfect location right in village and steps from ski lift, window fans are great for mitigating late night crowd noise below, mike was a thoughtful host and great communicator, would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Our family loves coming to Mammoth to enjoy all that it offers and having access to the Village is important to us as we enjoy the convenience of restaurants, shops and the gondola. Mike's place is a perfect spot for our family as everyone has their own room and the view from the unit to the Village is amazing. It's nice to be able to look out your window to see if the gondola is operating and the view of Lincoln Mtn is spectacular. We have stayed at Mike's place multiple times and have never had a bad experience. If something does pop up that needs attention, Mike is on it and the issue is resolved. Our kids call Mike's place, "our 2nd home" which tells you a lot about how much they love being there and at Mammoth, We hope to continue the tradition of staying here for years to come.

Condo is very convenient for skiing. Gondola to Canyon Lodge is a two minute walk. Restaurants, general store, rentals, and shopping all within a few minutes walk away. Will book again next year if available.

What a great place. We arrived just before the blizzard that closed the mountain for a day. Normally this would be devastating. But the condo was amazingly comfortable with a great view of the courtyard from the balcony to the gondola. When there was a brief reprieve we walked the area and checked out a few shops brave enough to open and then had drinks at Mammoth Brewery which was an easy walk. The next day the snow removal was amazing and we were in the village Gondola at 8am and had phenomenal skiing. We cooked every night but one (Skadi which is probably the best restaurant is a short walk away) and everything we neeed was there. We had other friends in Mammoth at the same time and they were extremely jealous of the condo and the amazing view from a perfect location. We will be back!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Family of 6, with teens and younger kids. The location cannot be beat and there is a perfect view of the gondola from the living room window. Plenty of space and it was nice having 3 large bathrooms for all of us too. Great communication with the owner Mike and he will make sure you have the most enjoyable stay! We will be back! This was our first family vacation in Mammoth and we had a lovely time. The check in/check out procedure was effortless and Mike (owner) was very responsive when we had questions or issues. Overall, we had a great experience and appreciate the lovely rental. The VIEW will NOT DISAPPOINT!

We went for the Rock n' Rye festival and could not have had a better view of the stage! The unit was clean and well stocked. We were there during a huge heat wave and like most all places in Mammoth, just a portable AC unit that had a hard time keeping up. Otherwise the space, amenities, cleanliness was all perfect. Beds were comfortable. I do wish it came with 2 parking passes not just one as the unit sleeps more people than can all arrive in just one car. Parking across the street is pricey per night! Had the Village not been sold out, we likely could have received another parking pass free of charge which would have been nice. We appreciated all the games for kids supplied in the unit. All in all, very nice place to stay for a family. We would book again.

This was our third trip to Mammoth but our first experience with VRBO. We had no idea what to expect. Mike was very communicative and we felt we were in good hands.
The Condo is beautiful and spacious. It has everything you need, extremely clean, beautiful views and the perfect location.
My whole family had an excellent time. Will book again on our next time to Mammoth.

Great Stay in Mammoth
We had a great time staying at “That Place With A View, Manmoth 3419”. Everything was just as advertised and communication with Mike the owner was great. Parking was easy and the room is close to the elevator making for an quick in and out. Perfect location for people watching off the deck or going to the pool and hot tubs.

Convenience and location can’t be beat. Place is spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, gondola makes it worth it. Resort heated pool and jacuzzi really nice for the kids. Host very responsive to all inquiries.

Another great stay!
This is our 3rd time staying at this property. Mike does a great job of keeping it up and making sure that everything is in order for a great visit. He is fast to respond to questions and though I have never met him you feel like you know him with his personable messages. My family really enjoys staying here and though it is probably a bit more space than we need it is nice to have the option to spread out a bit. The view from unit is outstanding and being to look out at the Village and see if the gondola is running or not is pretty cool. We are already planning our next visit to Mammoth and The Place with a View.

Great convenient condo
Enjoyed our stay! Everything was in good order and easy. Great communication with Mike. Having the restaurants downstairs was great, we didn’t have to take cars anywhere. Note that it’s highly unlikely you’ll be able to get a 2nd parking pass during the winter and the hotel no longer gets discounted parking across the street. It was $95 for 2 days to park additional car in the other lot.

Condo was clean and neat and just as promised. The location is amazing, close to everything. With 3 kids I really appreciated that we could do everything without having to load into the car. Owner communication was also fantastic. I would highly recommend this rental.
