This house was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Halfway between Rehoboth and Dewey, it was the perfect location. Easy walk to the nightlife in both towns. Plenty of rooms and space. The basement was perfect for watching sports and playing games.

Wonderful multi-gen family vacation home
We loved this beautiful home that had plenty of space to spread out and to congregate as we wished. Kitchen was well equipped with an abundance of cookware and serving ware. The house was beautifully and comfortably furnished. The beach was a close drive away, as were shops and restaurants, though we wished more was walkable.
The one draw back was that the house’s AC had just one zone, located on the main floor. To cool down the upstairs to a comfortable temp meant the basement bedroom was literally frigid, which meant no one was really comfortable at night-someone was either too hot or too cold.

Rough Start
Trash in cans throughout the house. Bins overflowing (not rolled to street by previous renters). Trash included indications of COVID, including a positive rapid test by previous renters. Soiled linens on porch. Our linens delivered very late, after a number of calls to rental agency.

Great house for families.
Beautiful house. Nicely designed and decorated. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Ping pong table a plus for all. Some small fixer upper problems were quickly resolved. Only suggestions would be to add robe hooks in the bathrooms and figure out a way to permanently distance the grill from the house for safety to

The house was lovely. Exactly what we were looking for. Only issues we had problems with getting the cable on the tv. We could not get the heat to go upstairs so the bedrooms were cold. A few light bulbs were out. Overall the house was nice

An Awesome 1st Time Experience
We were very satisfied with this beach house rental! It was as beautiful in person as it was virtually. We had plenty space for our family of 6. We adored the huge white kitchen (fully equipped) & basement pool table. The property manager was responsive & helpful. Our 1st time renting a beach house was an awesome experience here.

It's a nice 10-12 minute walk from the south end of the boardwalk and beach access.We were given the wrong door entry code in our check-in email, but an agent was quickly able to provide the correct code over the phone. There was some wear and tear (a broken drawer in the fridge, for example), and the hot water was hit or miss in the outdoor shower. But overall, this was a great house for our group (which included an infant), and we would stay here again.

Poorly maintained
This house is very poorly maintained. The house was dirty upon arrival. There was hair in bathtub, toilet was filthy, crumbs in the microwave, and on stove top. Just to name a few. The entrance door keypad frequently didn’t work and we were locked out several times for 10 minutes or so until it finally unlocked. The dryer was so full Of Lint, it took hours to dry one load. I had to use make shift tools To clean out the trapped lint to be Able to use the dryer. The air-conditioning frequently malfunctioned. We had to turn it off for several hours because it was not working. We never set the thermastate lower than 74 degrees. However, We would wake up in the morning and it will be set to 50°. One morning it was set to 86°. The kitchen is not well organized, and it is missing key items. There were only seven spoons in the house that is supposed to sleep 12 people. There were no steak knives, and No blender. The toilet in the basement is loosely bolted and moves when you sit down. We have been coming to rehoboth for many years, and have never left a bad review. Never needed to. We were just so dissatisfied And disappointed with this house.

Beautiful Home
The owners, and Heather the realtor, were very prompt and communicative and answered any questions we had about the property. The house is beautiful and was spotless when we arrived, having any amenity that you may need. Organizing a Christmas getaway for 2 families, 10 people, can get a bit hectic at times, but our stay here made it more than worth it. Thank you to the owners and Heather for helping us make wonderful Christmas memories that we will recall for many years to come. You’ve found returning renters and recommendations to everyone we know.

Beautiful home, but cleaning service was not good
Had a very good stay in this home. However, the home was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival (e.g., food and sand was plentiful on the kitchen floor, toilets were not cleaned and one even had urine in it from previous guests, grill required a 20 min cleaning before it could be used).

Great place!
Overall, a great place. Lots of room for our extended family vacation (8 adults,8 children and 1 infant). Wonderful kitchen and awesome sound system; fully media equipped in every room! Just a tad bit far for the schlep to the beach with all those kids, but quality of house made it worth it. Also, would have been nice to read owners welcome binder beforehand (we wouldn’t have purchased so many paper towels , toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand soap etc). Wonderful that it was there but wish we knew ahead of time. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice rental!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is thoughtfully designed with large rooms and plenty of gathering spaces. There are several family/living rooms and the first floor is very open. We enjoyed cooking meals in the fabulous kitchen and eating together at the large table in the dining area. The house was stocked with all the necessities you could need.
The house is located on a quiet street in a very nice neighborhood. No problems at all with other neighbors/renters even though the houses are pretty close to one another. We chose to drive to the beach each day; it's a bit of a walk when carrying beach chairs, beach bags, coolers, etc. We liked going to Rehoboth as opposed to Dewey, but that was just our personal preference. We are boardwalk kind of people!
We did have a couple of little issues that came up (ex. a slow draining shower, the ice machine in the kitchen wasn't working, etc.), but I think it's normal to experience some minor blips during the middle of a busy rental season. I contacted Heather, the property manager, and she resolved everything to our satisfaction. She was very pleasant to work with!
I would recommend staying at this house. Thanks for sharing it with us for the week!

Rudest Encounter with a Property manager I’ve ever experienced
Heather and her co worker were the most unprofessional people I have ever encountered. I would never ever recommend staying here if you plan on encountering the rudest people ever. The house was beautiful expect for some cabinets were touchy, the grill didn’t work, scuff marks on the walls, seemed like a very messy/cheap job in my opinion. The fridge was also falling apart. Overall 2/10.

Beautiful home in a great location
Stayed with a large group of 15 and had plenty of room for everyone without feeling cramped. The house had plenty of amenities and everything worked properly with no issues. All in all, the process was a breeze and we had a great time here. It was perfectly located between Rehobeth and Dewey with convenient access to both. Would stay again!

Wonderful family week in Rehoboth
Our three generation family of 16 had a great time spending a week here in August. The home was the perfect size to give everyone space and enough bathrooms so we could all get ready in a reasonable amount of time. The kitchen was well supplied with everything needed. My only disappointment was the loft area with a hide a bed. It really was part of the upper level bedrooms, not a loft, with no privacy and no blinds or window coverings on the sliding glass doors or several windows. It really ended up basically a mattress that unfolded on the floor attached at the top to the sofa so a fitted sheet didn’t fit. It was a nice area for watching tv or socializing but did not work well as a bedroom. ( that is why I gave it four stars instead of five.)
We did need to call management twice and they responded quickly to our needs and took care of a bathroom door handle that wasn’t working and a leaking ice maker. The home is furnished beautifully and I would recommend it for another large group. We had enough space for parking four cars. The yard space was small but we spent almost all our time at the beautiful beaches nearby having a great time.

Beautiful and Spacious
This was an amazing place to stay at. Lots of space as well as a nice roomy living room kitchen area! Bedrooms were kept very clean and most bedrooms had their own bathroom/shower.
