The home & property was exactly as pictured. The Hostess was accommodating and provided us with an early check in so we could get ready for a family wedding. I loved the flowers and garden fountain. The patio was so relaxing and hot tub & fire pit was a big plus us. Thank You so much Tess & Dave.

Very nice property easy check out. Neighbors are rude and have signs everywhere to stay off their properties specifically for people renting the property. Not sure why we would go on strangers properties. Parking is not great but overall good experience. House is nice. Other than parking and neighbors it was great!

Home was one of the best equipped homes we've encountered over the past few years. Communication with the owner was immediate and check in/out was very swift & easy. Only issue we encountered was with TVs which were difficult with Alexa for us to maneuver. However, the owner left explicit instructions which eventually, enabled us to operate. Jacuzzi was an added plus as well. Home is beautifully furnished with top-of-the-line products & toiletries.

This property is a perfect getaway that feels beyond home away from home. Tess and Dave were so communicative and supportive during our stay since we encountered unforeseen hardships with the snow.
So grateful to have had their knowledge and support all weekend. The property is fully equipped with absolutely everything needed for a family and group. Book with confidence! I will definitely be booking again and referring their home to friends and family!

This cabin home was absolutely spectacular. It was very spacious, it had lots of fun activities, everything you need to make your stay feel comfortable and welcomed. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back again. The hosts were very helpful and very kind. Our family vacations a lot and i have to say this was one of my favorite places to stay out of all of them. Thank you , Dave and Tess for your lovely home and helping us have a memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful time! The cabin is well appointed with everything you could need and or want! The kitchen was fully stocked, including condiments and ice. The hot tub was a bonus and we loved the walking proximity to the Village. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Where to start! This cabin was absolutely perfect! It had an amazing flow to it, 4 bathrooms, which was definitely nice, and a hot tub on the porch! It was incredibly clean & you can tell the owners work hard to keep the property/cabin in great condition. Speaking of the owners, they were phenomenal as well. They had a helpful folder with all the information you could possibly need, plus more! Including recommendations on where to eat, fun things to do, ect. My family is already planning our return!! We would highly recommend this cabin ☺️

The family and I loved our quick stay at Tess and Dave’s place! The house had pretty much everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Plenty of cookware, towels and extra blankets. The jacuzzi was very easy to use, clean and warm. My kids spent the entire trip playing on the Xbox360. Lake Arrowhead village is so conveniently close. Nice to have a Stater Bros and CVS near by. The house itself is very clean. My only warning for those coming to visit, this is a quiet getaway! The house is snuggled into a quiet little neighborhood. We had to be very mindful not to disturb the people that actually lived in the area. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind coming back again. Thank you Tess and Dave for sharing your home with us.

Spacious house inside and out. Host was easy to contact and replied immediately. Lots of toys for kids and adults. Patio was a dream with fire pit, hot tub and ample seating.

This home is so lovely! It was SO clean you could eat off the floors. Bed was super comfy! The back porch was so incredibly peaceful, we just loved it all. Neighborhood was also peaceful and quiet and the weather was just perfect. Having Alexa to turn TVs on and off was a nice bonus. And the fireplace was very cozy! We will definitely be back!!

We loved this house and the hosts were very responsive. The location was ideal and within walking distance to Lake Arrowhead village. There was a known ant issue in the kitchen, but it was minor and we made sure food was sealed and kitchen was clean, so a non-issue. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is beautiful and the host was extremely quick to respond to all of our questions. They had a booklet of instructions, hiking trails, restaurants etc that was very useful. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was so comfortable and fully equipped. The location was perfect, too. The village is walking distance but no noise at the house.
Even our dog was relaxing during the stay.
We want to come back in winter for sure.

We loved everything about our little weekend getaway, the place is in a great location and was so clean and could have everything you could need. The hot tub was fantastic and Tess and Dave were very communicative if we needed anything. Only complaint was the stay wasn't longer. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful space.

We enjoyed our last stay so much that we rebooked which is the first time I’ve done that with a Vrbo rental. Tess and Alex are great hosts. The only hiccup was their neighbor being a bit of a jerk about our very existence when we first arrived but after that he didn’t make any waves and we just ignored him when we saw him. Sounds like the winter may have taken a toll on him. He seemed perfectly friendly on our first visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very well appointed—I especially loved that there were some dog bowls! The large supply of wood for the fireplace was also greatly appreciated and enjoyed. When we accidentally locked ourselves out if the bathroom Tess and Dave were incredibly helpful and responsive—even offering to send a handyman over to help us. We had a great time and will certainly be booking again.

Great house in a great location with lots of little extras to make it feel like home. Family and a few friends spent the weekend celebrating an 18th birthday. Night time snowboarding followed by cake and some time in the hot tub were exactly what my daughter was looking for on her birthday.
The owners, Tess and Dave were very friendly and the house had everything we could ask for. Including a great stove with a griddle built in to make French toast for 8 a breeze to make for the birthday breakfast.

The property was clean and spacious. It was easy to settle in right away when we arrived. The checkin process was easy. Location to the town center was perfect, even when walking in the rain. There were a lot of amenities here, which a lot of properties lack. I can't forget to bring up the hot tub too.

Beautiful home, just as pictured. Keep in mind this is a 2 story home, all bedrooms are upstairs. The stairs are a little more narrow and steep than normal. There are stairs in the master bedroom as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the most part. The owners were great with communication. They sent us a ton of useful information before arriving. Our favorite space of the house was the livingroom with the fireplace. They even had a Christmas tree set up during the holidays.

Experience was above and beyond. The cabin supplied everything that was needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was clean and accommodating. It was so great to see that the kitchen was fully stocked with things to enjoy. My daughter enjoyed playing Xbox games with her friend and trying out her musical talent on the piano. I got to enjoy relaxing in the hot tub and we had a great time making s’more‘s over the fire pit .
The location of the cabin is great for quick walk to local stores and shops. I will refer this cabin to people I know and will love to return again.

Beautiful property, very spacious well appointed bedrooms. We spent most of our time at a wedding so didn't spend too much time in the house but the time we did was very enjoyable. Two bedrooms have ensuites and the backyard and jacuzzi area is very pretty and peaceful. We enjoyed having a family meal when we arrived in the lovely dining room. The garage was also very spacious and useful for storing the car as this area is very hilly and the apron leading to the garage was on a hill. There is a computer and printer for use which was a nice touch as we needed to print two pages. And the laundry facilities were especially useful. All the amenities you might want were here - dishes, pots and pans, a keurig, lots of tea options, plenty of towels and linens. The village is very walkable from here although there is no sidewalk for part of the walk but the roads are pretty wide. Would recommend this rental but be aware that it sits on a very hilly street (as most places in this area).

Wow - this is one of the nicest places we have stayed! The rooms are beautiful and separate enough for three couples to have privacy. The deck is just right, a nice place to unwind.
We were lucky enough to find a neighbor who showed us a quick walk into the village. We made it to the pizza place in five minutes.
The hardest part is finding the place (which the owners are very clear about ahead of time) and managing the small mountain road.
We were in town for a wedding at the resort nearby and it was a 2-3 minute drive

Wonderful cabin retreat
The cabin was amazing! They have thought of everything to make your stay nice. I loved the backyard including all the lights, chandelier, seating, and jacuzzi. They also have a nice grassy area for the dog. I had a question prior to booking and received a really quick response. I would definitely love to go back.

This property is beautiful and we were excited to stay there, but unfortunately, we were disappointed when we arrived because it was not clean and ready for guests. We also have rented out property and we know there can be 3 sides to every story, but this was our experience and we just wanted to share it for the sake of others. The backyard pictures online are amazing, and while we understand that inclement weather can affect things, the fact is, it was not well-maintained and took quite a bit of work on our part in order for us to be able to enjoy the outdoor amenities at all. The hosts initially were accommodating and did refund a portion of the cleaning fee due to the microwave and stove not being clean and even sent a basket, and we appreciate their efforts, but the bottom line is, it was not the experience that we expected or paid for.
