Completamente rinnovato come la nuova spaziosa casa con 3 livelli di spazio vitale per famiglie numerose o estese che dormono 12 in una strada senza uscita privata che è tranquilla e rilassante con la spiaggia privata dell'associazione (New Silver Beach) a soli 3/10 di miglio a piedi (6 minuti in media) con campo da tennis, basket, parco giochi, la famosa sala da tè per cibo e giochi e una piccola e pittoresca area del porto. Questo luogo magico chiamato New Silver Beach è un passo indietro nel tempo in cui i bambini giocano liberamente e vanno in bicicletta o camminano fino alla spiaggia - durante l'alta stagione estiva la spiaggia ha bagnini, i film vengono proiettati la domenica sera, Illumination Night, Lezioni di tennis, Boot campo, Social per adulti, torneo di Dodgeball e famiglie tornano in quest'area anno dopo anno. Un totale di 12 ospiti possono dormire comodamente in letti - Due camere hanno anche un ventilatore a soffitto insieme all'aria centrale. Una cucina nuova, inossidabile, gourmet, ben attrezzata, luminosa e soleggiata completa di nuovi elettrodomestici, banconi in quarzo bianco, isola e bar per la colazione che può ospitare 6 insieme a uno splendido tavolo da fattoria che può ospitare 10. Fantastic house for our get together. The house is huge and has plenty of space for everyone to stay. Great location right near the beach. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful Family Christmas. The house is exactly as described. We were all impressed in how well the Kitchen was stocked. The Kitchen is where we all spent most of our time. Sean and Janice are wonderful hosts. I would recommend you book this if looking for a family vacation especially in the summer.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in North Falmouth! Friends and family remarked on how perfect it is for any family event. Our son was getting married at a nearby hotel venue and to stay at this location was so convenient for relaxing and enjoying everyone’s company, in such a beautiful setting. Pictures don’t do the kitchen and dining area justice - everything we could ask for and more! We were able to walk to the beach and swim (in October!). The owner Janice was very responsive and helpful with any questions. The visit was seamless from beginning to end. Highly recommended!!

This house was awesome! Very close to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. The owners/property managers couldn’t have been better. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating. Would recommend this place to everyone!

The hosts were very accommodating. It was perfect for a crowd. Lots of different seating areas for large and small groups to just chat, play games or watch a playoff game. Outside there was a large sunny area to sit in a circle and have cocktails. The kitchen was amazing!!! It had everything you needed for servicing a large crowd. Very comfortable beds and furniture and 4 ample clean bathrooms for 11 women. The house is at the end of a street so it was very quiet and private. The beach ( as described) in write up was an easy 6 minute walk in a nice neighborhood. The location is close to a lighthouse, botanical garden, and downtown Falmouth with many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Although we were all adults, the house would be perfect for multi-age groups. It has a huge finished basement that would be a great spot for kids to hang out and adults on the main level. Can’t say enough about the place and accommodating hosts.

We couldn't have picked a better play to stay for our family gathering. This home is beautiful and spacious - plenty of levels and areas to gather in small and large clusters for visiting, and spaces to get away on your own if you need a break from everyone ;) It's a just a short walk to the beach which was breathtakenly beautiful in December! Communication with the owners was seemless. Definitely a place to go back to again.

We hosted a lovely Thanksgiving and family gathering in this home. We had everything we needed in this beautiful home. Plenty of comfortable beds and seating for everyone. The kitchen is beautiful & made for entertaining.
The host was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely rent this place again.!

The home was gorgeous and spacious and so very clean. Janice and Sean were available to answer questions and Janice was great with tips prior to check in! Our family met on the cape for our sons wedding we came from rva, england, Australia and had the best time in this wonderful home!! This is a must stay home!!!

We rented Janice and Sean’s property for a cousins getaway and we’re blown away with how spectacular the house and neighborhood were. Everything was incredibly clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The finished basement was an added bonus. My husband, daughter, and I stayed here with my two cousins and their families (4 kids under age 2) and found the house to be spacious and kid friendly with the basement door. So many memories were made at this house!
Just a short walk to the beach through a beautiful neighborhood was the cherry on top.
Janice and Sean were super communicative and accommodating! We hope to stay again!

This house is even more stunning than the photos and very spacious. It's also incredibly clean (and I'm picky!). Most importantly, Janet was such a lovely host who went out of her way to provide a great experience.

Weekend Getaway
The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations based on the photos. The hosts were great, very accommodating and communicative. The house was equipped with every last amenity you could imagine, and all of our guests were very comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and hope to make it back to stay again. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone with a large group looking for a good time on the Cape.

Weekend Getaway
This home was perfect for an extended weekend for a family of 8 ages 3-72. There was plenty of space to gather together in the open living/kitchen/dining space. The basement rec room was a great bonus as it offered play space for the kids. The house is very clean and well stocked with plates, glasses, kitchen ware, etc. The location is ideal—it was a short drive to a local market, a quick walk to the beach/playground. I was most impressed with Janice’s response time, every time I had a question, she was quick to reply and always super helpful!

Great Xmas getaway
My family and I rent a house for Xmas every year so we can all gather under one roof and this property was wonderful! Janice was so friendly

Great Home And Host
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Falmouth at Janice's spacious and comfortable home during Thanksgiving. The home was beautifully decorated and super clean.
Janice and her husband were very responsive and attentive to our needs. This was our first visit to Cape Cod, therefore I had a lot of questions about activities during the off season especially during Thanksgiving. Janice not only answered all my questions, but also gave us lots of suggestions including website links. We were also welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine.
Although we had to wash our used towels, we were allowed late check-out which was very considerate of Janice.
I highly recommend staying at Janice's home. You will be very happy you did.

Spacious and welcoming home away from home
This property is very spacious and welcoming. Our family of 7 adults and three children could relax together or spread out for some quiet time. It is not always easy to please this group but everyone was very comfortable and enjoyed their stay! The location is very convenient to local attractions, restaurants and beaches. The hosts, Janice and Sean are considerate and very responsive. Janice went out of her way to help us find a location for a for a special luncheon. We would love to visit again!

Excellent property but should reconsider checkout policy
The house was wonderful, in a great quiet location. We wanted for nothing. All was tastefully decorated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. The one drawback was the checkout process. We were surprised to find that they require that you wash, dry, fold and put away all towels along with handwashing all dishes and return them to cabinets before checkout. We had a planned early getaway but with 8 guys showering beforehand then spending approx 1-1/2 hours doing laundry we got a later start than intended. At all other rentals thru VRBO, after cleaning we leave the towels on the floor and start the dishwasher as we are leaving the unit. I believe that these owners should reconsider what I think is their unreasonable requirement.

Perfect spot for a family occasion
Janice was such an unbelievable host and her property can’t be topped. We had 11 people (3 of which were kids) at the house for a family trip and it was perfect. The proximity to the beach, the house amenities, the size of the yard, everything was fantastic. As a host, Janice was always immediate to respond to questions and went above and beyond to get a technician out ASAP when we needed the AC fixed. This spot really cannot be topped.

Lovely get away by the sea
Wonderful property and super nice owner who went beyond everything that could be expected to help us. It was very easy to communicate and everything was according to the description on VRBO. We loved the area, the bike path and the fact that we could walk to the beach where the water is actually quite warm. Lovely stay overall. Would love to come back !

Clean N Falmouth Home in Great Location
We had a great stay here in mid-June with our teenage kids. The listing and pictures are accurate and the home is clean with fast WiFi and comfortable furnishings. We slept well in the comfortable beds. The location is as-advertised, a short walk to New Silver Beach. We did receive a rental agreement a couple of weeks after we paid in full that the host asserted as “legally binding” despite incorrect timing, but we didn’t make an issue of it because the terms were innocuous. I’d recommend bringing along some basics that west coast rentals usually have, like soaps, detergents and TP, so you can complete the cleaning list prior to checkout and be completely comfortable right from arrival. Peapod grocery delivery, at the host’s recommendation, was really helpful because local store selection and supply is limited. We would stay here again.

Great Cape Cod Getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this Cape Cod home. The home was beautiful with lots of natural light. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us from grandparents to grandchildren. The home provided a beautiful tranquil escape from the business of the world. It is a wonderful location walking distance from the private beach. The owners were wonderful and available for any questions. I highly recommend it for wonderful memories in a beautiful location.

Beautiful home and pandemic retreat
We had to rearrange our ski weekend for Prez Day when our daughter broke her arm. Janice and Sean's beautiful Falmouth home was a great alternative - a lovely home a short walk from the beach. The home has everything you need - the kids loved the pool table and fire pit for smores.

Awesome winter weekend!
From the moment we rented Janice was super responsive! The house was absolutely gorgeous and in a great area walking distance to a great beach! Janice gave me so much info on restaurants and getting groceries and it made our stay so much more relaxing. Check in and check out are hassle free. The house is even better in person if you can imagine that. We can’t wait to stay again!

Spacious, comfortable home for all seasons
Our family was grateful to find a home to celebrate the holidays. And this one exceeded our expectations. Janice and Sean were very gracious and answered us immediately on the few questions we had. Many comfortable sitting areas, great kitchen and good size bedrooms. The short walk to the beach was great. We had never been to this area and found it delightful. We had a wonderful time here for Thanksgiving. The place was perfect, clean and modern with enough room for all of us. The kitchen is lovely and there are so many seating areas. Very short walk to the beach. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

A Perfect Cape Getaway
We recently rented this property for an extended weekend and could not have been more impressed. The house is beautifully decorated, well maintained and has a layout that is perfect for a gathering with multiple family members / friends. Janice was incredibly responsive and the check-in process was seamless. The location is amazing - on a quiet cul-de-sac and only a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the Shining Sea bike path and downtown Falmouth. Highly recommend this property and hope to be back at some point!

We loved our vacation at this house. It was on a quiet street and only a short walk to a private beach that was well managed with lifeguards and a good place to swim for kids. The house is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Very relaxing place to stay.

Great place to gather with family
I stayed at this house for a long weekend with my husband, our 3 grown children, my brother-in-law and his wife, and their two girls and their husbands, and two little ones. The house is a great place for large groups. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining area/family room. But if you wanted a little "me time," there are places to go for that too! The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. We cooked every meal here and only left to walk down to the beach and around the neighborhood to work off those meals! My grand nephew, Noah (3 1/2 yrs. old), said that eating meals at the big table with all the family members was his favorite part of the weekend! Thank you, Janice and Sean, for sharing your lovely home with us so that we could create memories that will last forever.

Awesome home
Was a really good stay a lot of space and beautiful home. There was a lot of space for our need in the stay. And owners were really nice and attentive in our stay and responded fast to our question. Definitely will stay again. Recommend it to everyone I know.
