The property is a small 19th-century village called Carnasciale, a restored rustic building constructed for two countesses at the Bourbon court in the 1800s. It sits on 10 hectares of land, including cultivated fields and woodland. It used to be self-sufficient, selling a range of products such as bread, meat, vegetables, fruits, olive oil, wine, and chestnut flour.

Today, after a thoughtful restoration, the small village consists of the main building where the owners live, along with adjacent buildings. There are also 4 comfortable independent houses available for rent with:

- kitchen,
- 1 or more rooms
- two bathrooms (one for the smaller house, known as the Taverna).
- all homes have a more or less large private outdoor space in which to have breakfast

On one side of the large garden, there is an 80-square-meter swimming pool with depths ranging from 140 to 300 cm, complete with a diving board. The property also features a large forest with various tree species, walking trails, and a population of small and timid wild animals. Additionally, there is a vineyard and an olive grove. The shared exterior area available to guests includes the following amenities:

It is important to respect the separate waste collection in 5 separate bags: paper, glass, plastic, mixed materials, and organic waste. Please leave them out the night before the scheduled collection day. Upon arrival, ask the owner to plan the collection days for the different waste collections.
