Location was great. Staff was extremely hospitable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall stay was excellent.

The fridge in my room was dirty and smelt like dead rats. No one came to clean the room. Room was dirty. No hygiene at all.

Location is great, close to golf course road yet on the inside so no road noise at the hotel. Also close to galleria market. Clean, efficient rooms and facilities. Have stayed at this property before, the staff has always been polite and well mannered. All in all, if I'm staying in Gurgaon, I prefer this property over others because of the good experience I've had here before and for the excellent value for money. Keep it up guys!!! Thumbs up!!

Nothing.. the worst stay I ever had.

Rooms were pathetic, food was disaster, cleanliness was at worst. Someone just came inside our room while we were sleeping by putting a key from outside.

Checkout was a nightmare. The hotel overcharged me for the food, which I thankfully realised after I asked them for the itemized bill and saw that they were overcharging me for certain items. My stay was for 7 days while I had prepaid Treebo for 8 days. But the new property manager blatantly refused to refund me any amount and was extremely unprofessional and rude. This was my fourth visit to this property, and I have never encountered this level of service.
