Adoriamo il nostro St. George, scappa! Amerai soggiornare in questa lussuosa residenza (completata il 10/12) ... un posto fantastico dove trascorrere le tue vacanze!
La casa a due piani vanta due master suite con letti king size di alta qualità e TV a schermo piatto in ciascuna. La camera da letto aggiuntiva è dotata di due letti a castello: un grande divertimento per i bambini! Il soppalco al piano superiore ha un divano letto matrimoniale in pelle per ospiti aggiuntivi. Per coloro a cui non piace condividere i letti, abbiamo acquistato due materassi a doppio strato apribili per ulteriori possibilità di dormire.
La cucina completamente attrezzata ha molto spazio per 10 persone a mangiare al tavolo e sull'isola di granito. La camera familiare e il soppalco al piano superiore consentono ampie aree di raccolta per la visione di film / TV (alcuni DVD forniti), giochi (diversi giochi e puzzle forniti) o semplicemente rilassarsi.
L'area del cortile e del patio comprende anche spazio per giocare e visitare. Con un barbecue a gas, tavoli da pranzo, posti a sedere e un tavolo a gas, è possibile cenare e rilassarsi all'aperto.
Sul posto godono di due piscine, vasche idromassaggio, pratica di putting green, sala fitness e spaziosa club house con cucina. Adiacente alla proprietà è un parco con grande laghetto da pesca e area picnic.
La connessione wi-fi gratuita è disponibile in casa.

Julie and Jeff are fantastic, and their home is flawless. Everything you could need is available to you. Their responsiveness to any question or assistance is nearly immediate. This is our second time staying at this property and we hope it will become a regular thing. We absolutely love St. George and their home's location is ideally suited to some of the most beautiful national parks and some of the most fantastic, affordable golf anywhere. Bravo Julie and Jeff. We'll be back.

Townhome was beautiful, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Comfy beds , loved coffee on back deck. Drinks in the evening. Great location to visit many canyons

Clean, spacious, everything we needed was provided. Outdoor area was great also. Comfortable. Lots of places for family to sleep. Loved all the space in the bathrooms. Family couch was awesome!

This property is AMAZING! Plenty of items stocked in the refrigerator and pantry for cooking or making sandwiches for our hikes. We loved the closeness to Zion and Bryce. We loved going to the lake near the VRBO. This property offered beach chairs, a canopy to block the blazing sun and even toys if you have younger kids. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The host is very organized and accommodating. Plenty of bedsheets, pillows and space. We loved it and would stay here again. Oh, I forgot the teens loved the clubhouse with the pool, ping pong and pool table. Fabulous place!

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed after spending our days hiking and exploring. We had 2 couples and it was nice to have 2 similar bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The pools and hot tubs were nice to spend time relaxing. I would highly recommend this condo.

Our week stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the area so much. Loved the golf courses, food and pools. This home had everything we needed and was very comfortable and felt like home. Would recommend it for anyone staying on the St. George area!

Very clean, spacious rental. We went for a trip to Zion and the location was fantastic- only 40 minutes to the park entrance, but only 20 minutes from St. George and all it has to offer. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!!

We had a great stay at Julie’s place! It was a good distance to Zion. We went everyday of our 4 days. It was AMAZING coming back and being able to soak in the hot tub every night…especially after running the half marathon and hiking everyday. Julie was very responsive and had lots of great suggestions. It was perfect for two couples staying because we each had our own space (upstairs and downstairs) and we still had an extra room kids or others could have stayed in. Thanks Julie!

Spent a month at this townhouse and really enjoyed our time there. We found everything to be as advertised. The host was great to communicate with us. Location was perfect for what we needed. Will definitely consider this property for future stays.

The condo is really nice. Very clean and tons of room to relax and visit. While we did not cook, we noted the kitchen had tons of cookware etc. Great place to unwind after a day of hiking. The location is very accessible to the highway and in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time staying here!! The pools were fantastic and the neighborhood was quiet and a quick drive to many of our destinations! The house had everything we needed and was a perfect space for our family.

Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The home is perfect and has everything we needed. I have stayed in dozens of VRBO rentals and one thing I really appreciated was having a fully equipped kitchen including spices, food items in the pantry and fridge, and other supplies such as a cooler, zip lock bags, tinfoil, etc. It makes for a much more relaxing stay. Communication with the owners was also great and instructions for the home were clear. Again, thank you!

Thanksgiving Retreat
The Home fit our family perfectly. I loved having the two master suites and the extra half bath downstairs. There were tons of pillows and bedding available. The property owners were generous with towels, kitchen items, and cleaning supplies, things that have been an issue in past places that we have stayed. Communication with the property owner was fabulous. She returned my message in a timely fashion every time I texted her. We were able to make sure that details were taken care of in a satisfactory way for both of us. We recommend this property and this property owner.

Enjoyed our stay in the Townhome near St. George!
The townhome was spacious for 6 adults. Our family enjoyed the home, with the kitchen & great room being one area. Kitchen was stocked well. Appreciated lots of towels for bath and swimming. Patio had plenty of seating with BQ grill and gas fire pit. The two master bedrooms made it very accommodating when relatives visited us during our 6 week stay. Washer and Dryer were modern and convenient.
The home in the St. George area was close to golf, Zion, mountain biking and not far to restaurants with easy access to Interstate 15 and State highway 9. We enjoyed meeting the owners who were very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely rent this home again if we come back!

Fabulous Town Home in Coral Ridge
My wife and accompanying friends had a wonderful stay at Julie and Jeff's home in Coral Ridge. From the beginning, Julie was fantastic to deal with. Very quick to respond to any question we had and very accommodating. She was kind enough to point out places to eat and sites to see, while her husband, Jeff, provided us detailed descriptions of the best golf courses in the area to play. Their townhome was beautifully maintained, very clean and exceptionally comfortable. The outdoor patio and fire pit was icing on the cake, where we sat every morning and had our coffee, to every evening where we enjoyed our cocktails. Their home also came fully equipped with every possible utensil you could imagine and enough plates, glasses, cups, and pots and pans to feed a small army. The pantry was also well stocked with all the necessary items you'd initially need. The 2 king suites were also exactly what we were looking for. I can't recommend this home highly enough . We'll certainly be back.

This townhouse is beautiful and spacious in a lovely, convenient location. The stocked pantry and paper products were pleasant extras.
Julie was excellent to communicate with. She was always super prompt, helpful, and receptive. I made a number of changes that she was able to manage that were appreciated.

Perfect home base for southern UT activities
We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful town home in Coral Ridge. This was a perfect location to be close to so many outdoor attractions like Zions, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs and downtown St. George. We would leave early to go do our activities and come back to rest and relax in the town home or by the pool.
The town home was very clean and very comfortable for our group. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans / utensils and pantry had plenty of general use items. Bedrooms were a great size and the beds / linens were very comfortable. The fire pit on the back patio was a perfect place at night to enjoy company and the cool weather.
One of the primary reasons for this great review is the communication with the owner. Julie was very responsive all the time and checked in regularly before and during the stay. She offered up great recommendations for activities in the area and for places to eat. Nothing makes for a better experience at a rental than having an owner who genuinely cares that you have a great time.
I highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting southern Utah and we hope this rental is available for our future visits!
