This property has the most amazing outdoor space, pool, sunset and view of the ocean. The kids loved the waves at the beach and spending time at the pool. We did lots of great excursions including Toro verde zip lines, Tropical trail rides in Isabela, and snorkeling. There's lots of room for the families to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to any needs. We had a great and forever memorable time. The only negative was we didn't find any touristy type shopping locations in Aguadilla.

Location and bones of the house are fabulous but a lot of work is needed to bring it back to it's potential. Only the bedrooms are airconditioned (they work great), most of the screens had holes, quite a few of the windows did not open, one of the ceiling fans did not work, Lamps in one of the bedrooms did not work, The stairs to the beach needed repair and were dangerous to access the small beach. When the caretakers showed up to maintain the grounds, they used the outside hoses and there was little to no water pressure while they were there daily. Lost power a couple of times and the whole house generator worked great but the internet and TV were not working while on generator. The home chef was wonderful. Beds comfortable. shower water temp was cool and took 20 minutes to reach luke warm. we were charged for a broken lamp and canopy bed (they were not broken by us, but 2 of the lamps did not turn on as well as one fan). We had a great time just wish the place was better cared for.

White glove service and what a view! Amazing experience with the property managers and high level of communication which made our stay much more easy. Would highly recommend staying here for family reunions or private events.

Stunning home with an equally stunning view and sunsets. The home had all of the basics (except seasonings, make sure you grab some at the store). Peaceful and private location, with stair access to the water. The outdoor space is perfect for time with friends and family! We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Th me house and grounds were perfect for my family. We each had our privacy in the rooms when we wanted it and family time-breakfast, cook out, tv time and pool time- was just what we needed and the house helped make each of our experiences unforgettable! We will be back. The host was absolutely responsive, gracious, and kind. She even shared some island spots to seek out. Awesome time!

Our time at his house was great. This house is perfect for large family's/groups. We were a group of 14 and had enough space and beds for everyone. The infinity pool and the view was beautiful. Best vacation ever. We stayed two weeks and felt at home. Hopefully we can do it again in the near future. Thank you!

This property is perfect for large family vacations. All 16 of us had the vacation of a lifetime. Every bedroom has its own bathroom! The house is sectioned off well for privacy when needed. There are 7 separate areas to sit outside! The snorkeling out back is as good as it gets. Thank you!

Overall property is great and you enjoy the views and family but lacks cleanliness. Upon checking in I noticed some of the beds were not clean, sheets were dirty and smelled. Cleaning lady comes and only cleans the kitchen and nothing else. They could use a crew of few folks to tidy up the house a little better.

Truly cannot recommend this property more! A group of 11 of us stayed for 8 nights because our friends were getting married nearby in Isabella. This house exceeded our expectations and some. The grounds are meticulously kept. One morning while they were trimming trees they gave us coconuts and papaya from the yard. The wifi worked well while some of us checked in on work in the mornings. The rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom (big plus for us). The kitchen was perfect to cook meals for the group and had 2 refrigerators so there was plenty of room to stock up. Nearby grocery store had everything we needed. Washing machine. Plenty of towels to use. So much outside and indoor seating. The pool and access to the water was beautiful. And the sunsets…some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. Had great weather the entire time. Nice neighbors that were renting a similar property next door. And the communication with Coral was easy and quick. She even helped us line up dinner one night and a nearby place for massages (highly suggest both). We cannot wait to come back!

Vacationed here for 8 days with 4 kids 5 and under and 6 adults. The view was incredible. We saw dolphins and whales from the ocean deck. The staff were great. Very responsive. Seleena got back to us right away and one of the gardeners cut down coconuts for us and showed us all about them. We’d go back next winter in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect house for our family get away. The bedrooms are spaced in a way that provide privacy for all and the rest of the house feels like it was made for gathering. Living area is spacious. The kitchen is much bigger than pictures. There were 15 of us and we had no difficulty cooking for all. But truthfully the outdoor area is the show stopper. There is a new larger size built in grill. A large outdoor table for dining. The pool is beautiful. Seating for quiet and for conversing. The view is fantastic. Plus you can hear the waves from the house. It truly was perfect.

Villa Carambola is the place where my now husband and I got married on October 16, 2021. Everybody loved it!! This Villa is great! It is not only beautiful and comfortable but very spacious with every amenity you can think of. The infinity pool overlooking the blue ocean and the incredible sunsets we will remember forever!! Communication with Coral was excellent, she answered all my questions right away. The Villa is just like the pictures anyone see and more!!! It truly is a beautiful place to be with family and/or friends and create forever memories!! ❤️

Our family of 9 (all adults) enjoyed our week stay in this roomy home. Beautifully decorated and with everything needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for a comfortable stay. Many thoughtful touches throughout the house to ensure we had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool, big enough for our family with floats. The only thing that detracted from the enjoyment of the home was the heat.The description said no ac in the living room, but it was very hot/humid even with the screened windows since we could not leave the doors open because of insects. The bedroom ac was fine. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. The generator worked perfectly during the one storm. When the wifi went after the storm she rented a hot-spot for us and gave us a coupon for a nearby restaurant. She also responded to all my questions prior to arrival. I highly recommend this home for a large family.

Our family vacation was a blast everything that everyone posted about the property and it’s positive reviews are all through the housekeeping was wonderful she came every day the manager property was awesome and we cannot say enough with a massager who was wonderful you should definitely get one if you’re there and our families all enjoyed their rooms spacious house the openness in the air was actually very therapeutic for us we even had a disabled child with us on a wheelchair and they accommodated us so they say we were blessed to have Ana the housekeeper every day and we also were happy with just the layout of the house can’t wait to go back again

This house is all about the outdoor living.

Our whole family was in Puerto Rico for my sons wedding and were thrilled to lengthen our stay at Villa Carambola. The home is beautifully decorated & the architecture is awe-inspiring. We were concerned about no ac but that wasn’t a problem at all. We opened all the doors (and there are many) as soon as we woke up and enjoyed living in the well-appointed indoor/outdoor open spaces. There is plenty of space for all. Beds are comfortable & kitchen has everything you need. The home is also stocked with books, which we loved! We ate at the large table on the patio every day. We had some problems when we arrived but Coral came in and took care of many of them, including the refrigerator breaking and having to come up with an alternative. She took care of that along with some other issues in a very timely manner. A few things in the listing we were excited about but ended up being very disappointed: We rented this house because we loved the idea of being able to be outside all day. Too many seat cushions are missing and/or completely ripped up and stained. Nothing like the pictures. The sitting area under the tree frequently had a strong sewer smell and the cushions were very stained on both sides. The loungers on the deck didn’t have any cushions, so our bottoms didn’t want to sit there and watch the sunset. The seating area consisted of a broken coffee table and cushions that were torn, terribly stained and very unappealing. We just feel, for a beach house, having appropriate outdoor furniture/cushions would be a pretty high priority. The good news is that the owner has now approved getting new cushions, but it would have been nice to have such an important detail taken care of before paying guests arrived. If we held the wedding there, we would have been furious at the lack of attention to details and general upkeep. Another area in the description that we were looking forward to, were the availability of steps down to the water and even doing yoga on the platforms. They are pretty worn, shake a lot and even have a step missing. We looked down there every day but there’s no way you want to go down there unless you were very strong to do snorkeling. It is a lot of large rocks and rough water. Over all, we loved having our family together and enjoyed our stay at Villa Carambola. It could just use some freshening up.

We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house playing volleyball, lounging by the pool, and snorkeling in the ocean. We also spent part of a day hiking and swimming the waterfalls of Cascada Gozalandia, a day fishing on a charter in Rincon, and a day at Crash Boat Beach. The staff at the house were amazing. The house manager Coral answered all of our questions and was wonderful to work with. Yolanda stopped by every morning to make sure the kitchen was clean and orderly. We all had a great time staying at this property and everything was perfect. I am sure we only scratched the surface of all the things we could have done in this area because people we spoke to kept telling us about other fun things to do and places to visit. I would definitely consider staying here again if we were ever to come back with a large group of people.

Love this place alot good for familyand friends

This property was beautiful just like the pictures. Checking in was a breeze no contact host/ manager was exceptional she was able to get my birthday dinner catered and had appetizers delivered on a very short notice. Everyone who came to my dinner was so impressed with this property. Coral was available to assist with all of our needs and wants. I highly recommend renting this property you will not be disappointed.

We were a group of 13 and the house was perfectly laid out and the rooms are really spacious! Our favorite gathering spot was the big wood dining table outside on the porch under the twinkle lights. We were able to eat all our meals out there together. We organized massages through Coral (who is an amazing and super responsive property manager) and the massage therapist, Pearl, was wonderful! The massages were outside under the big tree so very covid safe and very dreamy to hear the ocean. The location of the house makes it easy to drive north and explore Isabella and areas near Playa Jobos (which I highly recommend going to - about 20 mins from the house) and also drive south to Rincon to amazing beaches (Playa Maria) and bars down there (about a 45 min drive from the house). Crash Boat Beach was right next to the house and has the most beautiful clear water for swimming. I highly recommend walking through the nature reserve over by Pena Blanca which leads you through a walking trail up to Wilderness beach which can be really hard to get to by car. Some of the best surf spots in Puerto Rico, right near the house! There's ocean access from the house, but depending on the time of year, it can be rough waters and no sandy area, so don't bet on having your own private little beach. We went during December and a full moon so the ocean was right up against the rocks. I know other groups have been lucky with the water pulled back a bit and a calmer ocean so it just depends on the time of year! There were pool floats and a volleyball net and corn hole at the house so we really enjoyed the days we just stayed at the house! There are plenty of areas for people to spread out and have some alone time. We met the owners of the house and they were lovely and also helped us order dinner from the Cocoloba Beach bar our first night there. We also took advantage of the catering services and a Creole dinner one night and Italian dinner another night. All were delicious! I'm already thinking about when I can get back to this property! It was amazing and on New Year's Eve we were able to see fireworks all along the coast! It was a dream. Thank you again, Coral!! You made everything so easy and wonderful!

The location and the ocean view from the terrace, bedrooms, pool, backyard, and deck are juat perfect. For us that was the top of the whole stay. The property manager Coral is on top of your stay to service 24-7. Coral arrange dinner and sessions of massages with Pearl; also outstanding! The steps down to the beach are totally worth and if tou are luck to be in great weather as we did, you go directly into the ocean and snorkel with turtles and all kinds of colorful fishes. It is a great olace to bond with you family and love ones. We went to Rincon and Isabela for shopping, beaches and horse back riding right on the beach. Visit great a great artisian bakery Levain amd have morning coffee from a drive thru small cart called Coffee Masters just off the street. Thanks for letting us stay at this beautiful property

The house is beautiful! Location is perfect! Not too far from major highway, but far enough for complete privacy. Can’t ask for better views from the house. The private beach access was so nice! The house was FULLY stocked with everything you need (with the exception of food of course). Had every type of pan, pots, a million options for dish-ware, tons of utensils, coffee machines, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, bugs spray, garbage bags, tons of beach towels, shower towels, laundry detergent, etc. The house was SUPER spacious and always cool temperature. Powder room by the pool came in clutch! Property manager was awesome! Always replied to our texts questions within minutes. House keeper was also super sweet. We will ABSOLUTELY stay there again!

Everything was perfect. Coral the property manager went out of her way to meet the needs of our family. The location of the house gives you stunning views everywhere you look. The layout of the house was perfect. Each bedroom is en suite. We had 5 families with a total of 14 people. We had gathering space indoor and out yet space for people and individual families to have their own space. Do not hesitate to rent this lovely home for your family vacation. Everything was better then expected. Host was great, house was great. Lots of amenities. Great size kitchen for feeding everyone and tons of outdoor space to relax. Not much around in terms of a cool town but grocery store is just right up the road. Would definitely stay again

i would like to thank the owners, for sharing this Paradise with others. i celebrated my 50th Birthday at Villa Carambola; and it was an experience i will never forget...truly magical! My family was so comfortable, the house is so family friendly and even baby friendly, beautiful, and its location...perfect! i will say...the photos don’t do this place justice! it was so much more beautiful than the photos. i will also say that the housekeeper/maid, did an excellent job of cleaning up daily. i have traveled around the world; but, this was truly the favorite place i have stayed! Hopefully i will stay again with my family...Thank you !

Thank you Shannon for sharing your beautiful Villa with us. The online photos convinced us to book, and we were not disappointed. We were a group of 16 family and friends, and everyone raved about my vacation home selection. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness since the floors could have been a bit cleaner; it did rain on the day we arrived so there was some leakage in a few areas and condensation on the floors. None of that detracted from the extraordinary views from the outdoor space or the great house furnishings throughout. Two "nice to have" items would have been 1. wifi availability in some of the farther rooms....router was near TV so the farther you are from it, the weaker or non-existent the connection, and 2) it would be amazing to have A/C in the living room. While we opened up the doors to get a nice breeze, we also had to deal with flies. We would have definitely spent more time in the indoor living room if there was A/C. The furniture was nice and comfy and great to gather around in the evening....if it wasn't so warm. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to vacation on the West side of Puerto Rico. Aguadilla is easily accessible to Isabela and Rincon.

This place is incredible! We were a group of half locals to this side of the island and couldn’t have been more impressed with the house, grounds and services. Jose was a super helpful property manager, Yolanda was a life saver cleaning the kitchen daily, and the caterers Sandy and Maelo made incredible food for us- highly recommend hiring them to make things easier for a large group. The house has Every amenity and item you could possibly want and the outdoor hangout spaces are just perfect. Nothing beats the view. Very clean, tons of towels provided, lovely large rooms and lots of space for a large group. Don’t even think about it twice, book your dream vacation here!
