Splendidamente arredato, condominio tranquillo con splendida vista sulla palude, viene fornito con un Golf Cart-Pool Pass-Kayaks-Bikes- e molto altro! 3 tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Ma perché camminare? Hai l'uso di un carrello da golf ed essere in spiaggia in 3 minuti! Il carrello da golf può ospitare 5 persone e ha un carrello agganciabile per trasportare tutti i tuoi articoli da spiaggia.
Amerai l'arredamento e la posizione. Recentemente ristrutturato con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e due bagni ristrutturati! Nel 2016 è stato installato un nuovo sistema di riscaldamento e condizionamento dell'aria. I proprietari hanno un contratto con la manutenzione del resort per gestire, in modo tempestivo, eventuali problemi di riparazione che potrebbero verificarsi inaspettatamente!

La villa si trova a tre minuti di golf cart dalla spiaggia e si trova vicino al campo da golf Links e dall'altra parte della strada dal campo pratica e green. Il ristorante Huey Southern Eats Bar and Grill si trova accanto al condominio nella club house Links.

The stay was great everything was as described. Nancy was great with the communication. Have the amenities of the resort made it great with an infant and having the golf cart was an added bonus.

The villa was lovely, comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. We were close to everything and loved knowing we had the option of using the golf cart. The spacing of the bedrooms gave everyone a feeling of privacy, and we all enjoyed the view of the marsh- especially the morning we watched a deer enjoying breakfast in the marsh!

Long weekend stay for my son’s baseball tournament at Shipyard. The condo was conveniently located in Wild Dunes. Super clean and well furnished. Having the golf cart was an added bonus. Would highly recommend this property and will book again.

House was great. Had eveything we needed as far as kitchen necessities. We had small children so the high chair, pack-n-play and sand toys were convenient to have. The location was a little far from the beach access but the use of the golf cart took care of that and the wagon attachment was great to take everything with us. Pool access was very enjoyable with multiple pools to choose from. Owners were responsive in answering a few questions we had. Quiet neighborhood.

We’ve stayed in these Villas before and knew what to expect- great accommodations- and were not disappointed. What set this on another level were the extras! Golf cart and trailer were so nice to have for the beach runs, and the beach chairs, etc too. The house was beautifully decorated inside and supplied well in the kitchen. We wanted to bring our little fur baby but she passed away a few weeks before, and Nancy was so understanding and even refunded the pet fee. Thanks for everything, hope to do it again next year.

Best vacation stay ever!
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful one story villa for his birthday, along with his adult son and fiancée, plus 2 dogs. From the moment we stepped into this lovely well-appointed and decorated home, we were so comfortable, so relaxed and felt right at home. We loved the layout, the new bathrooms, the beautiful kitchen, the super comfortable furniture…it was all just perfect!The home was spotless.
The icing in the cake was the fantastic golf cart! We used it to go to the beach, to tennis, to pools!
Location could not be better. Cannot wait to stay here again soon!

Visited Wild Dunes for a wedding being held at Sweetgrass hotel. Condo was very convenient for the weekend events. Golf cart was very handy since parking at hotel is tough.
Condo was nice, clean and had everything we could need. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch! Location is also near beach access.

Superbly equipped and so many amenities. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with. Our Boykin spaniel came with us and it was ideal for him. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes.

The home was perfect! Clean and well equip with anything you could need for a great stay. Far enough away from the bustle to be peaceful and relaxing yet close enough to enjoy all that the Charleston area has to offer. The beds were devine, get ready for a great night's sleep after a day of site seeing. Great communication with the hosts, the Guzman's! Very much enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable and lots provided even though advertised as items you would need. Nancy and Jorge are very attentive to making your stay enjoyable!
I think my only observation would be to go through and organize cupboards and drawers.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The condo was well stocked regarding kitchen essentials. The beds were very comfortable! There was lots of things to keep the kids and adults entertained. The beach was a bit of a walk, but the golf cart and wagon were excellent. The sweet grass pool was very nice too, a good mix of beach time and pool time!

Everything you would ever imagine. My whole family really enjoyed this home. We had seven family members and our 9 mo old grandpuppy. Couldn't have found a more accomadating home. Thank you home owners.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week in Wild Dunes! Communication with the owners was excellent. Super easy check in/check out. Great location - close to golf, swimming pools, the beach and walking/running trails. Use of the golf cart was icing on the cake!

Overall Nice
We enjoyed our stay and everything was exactly as listed on the website. It's not the best place if you have dogs that need to be walked - no grassy/yard areas at all. The biggest issue for me personally was that there was no recycle bin for this particular unit, but all of the others had them. Travelers produce a lot of waste so we think it's important to provide a means to at least recycle what you can. We ended up throwing out a lot of water bottles and soda cans that could have go to recycling. I don't understand why this particular unit doesn't recycle when all of the others do. We texted the owner to ask if there was a bin and we just weren't seeing it, but they said there isn't one. It shows a disrespect for the environment and we wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Otherwise, very lovely.

The place was decorated very cute, and very clean. Having the golf cart, wagon, and extra chairs was perfect for going to the beach.
There are some baby items there but the only thing we did not find was an umbrella stroller. We did bring one of our own so it wasn't a big deal.
As far as towels they provided one set per person, but there is a washer and dryer so we could do wash whenever necessary.
We were all very happy with our stay there and I would highly recommend this property.
