Clean and comfortable in a great location right in the city centre. Safe and secure.

Complex method of signing up to the separate vetting of the apartment owners, then needing a £300 deposit for a 1 night stay (all done via a separate app so a bit unsure about the security although it was fine in the end). Complex process of getting the key plus inflexible parking arrangements led to a lot of waiting around. If you'd done it before you'd the know the system but for first timers it was a bit if a nightmare on our night away for the theatre.

location is very good, in the Center of china town having many restaurants and shopping area. flat is on 3 floor with key security access. heating was good, bed was comfy and flat was nice and clean.

the process of getting the key to flat for first time is very annoying and is frustrating as I had long travel time with family and had to wait in cold rain for the entry to flat, which was like playing crystal maze game 🤣. the host will send you email to register yourself and WILL HAVE TO PAY DEPOSIT OF £300. which u need to pay by credit card only. later you will be provided a location for keys, which is short walk away at the off-licence shop. so u have the keys now u need to wait for email or message mentioning your flat no. make sure you have the working internet and calling on mobile. the host should have mentioned these process well in advance. washing machine was not working. kitchen has limited crockery, atleast salt and pepper should have been provided.

The apartment is very spacious and equipped with all u need. And the location is average

.. ..1- the behavior of the customer service when I called them asking for help., he hanged up the phone on my face and was rude and shouting and he was inpatient with me although I informed them 2 days ahead from the arrival that I need to check in early even if I pay extra charge but no one helped. This was unrespectfull and I coplained through Email and no one respond. 2- check in procedure is very tiring. You have to leave your bags and family in front of the entrance at the street like homeless and walk around 5 minutes to the store to collect your keys and come back...and for the check out you have to get out on the street and walk again to return the key. This is very miserable when u arrive from long trip and u face like this.. There was no flexibility from the staff at all and no humanity. I advise any body to avoid this property.

Fantastic location, situated a very short walk from the station and surrounded by many good places to eat and enjoy the local night life. The beds were amazing, one of the comfiest beds I've slept in and my friend agreed their bed was like a dream. Comfortable and relaxing lounge area also.

Noting really, the apartment had all the basic necessities to a high quality. The shower cubicle was maybe a bit small, but being a 6'2 broad man I am used to that and there's not much that can be changed!

Location is great! car park secure. Nice apartment. They accept pets which is nice even though we didnt take one.

Wouldnt call it a 5 star but a 4, so decorating needed touching up, paining not finished in en-suite, paint on bathroom matt. Needed more toilet roll. Youd need a car really as it would be a pain to pick up the keys from the drop box. Tap in kitchen kept falling off, maybe couple more cushions on sofa but none of these are big jobs and didnt ruin our stay.

The property was in a great location for my friend & I who had travelled to Birmingham for an event.
