Questa proprietà unica offre un grande camera da letto pulito e confortevole, cucina completa e zona divano, bagno completo con un artiglio piedi vasca antica e doccia, cabina armadio, e un ingresso privato, anche se parte della casa principale.

Ci sono fogli supplementari per il futon e letto nell'armadio camera da letto e scope e stracci.

The location was really good for both getting to the beach and heading north to LA. Check in was easy, the parking permit was great to have and the house was very nice! Highly recommend booking here.

Cute and clean property. In a nice neighborhood away from the busier part of Santa Monica and close (10-15 min walk) to Main Street with restaurants and beach (better beach than near Pier). Communication with host excellent. Perfect for up to 3 people. Teen slept in couch futon; fine for a couple of nights but perhaps small for taller teens/adults. Window AC in bedroom and window fan in main space (kitchen/futon).

Perfect for our needs on this trip- walkable neighborhood - close to beach and restaurants-host is very accommodating- clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Lorna was especially responsive to any additional requests. Her place is fantastic, fabulous home in great walkable neighborhood with all very nice amenities and yet cool things like old tub bathtub to maintain history of the home. Very nice kitchen, extremely clean and well organized with thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, beach bag. We will stay here again and again. Thank you Lorna!

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment, not on the beach but close enough to walk, very well-kept property. Owners live in the same building, and were very friendly, personable, and helpful. All instructions were clear and the apartment was available exactly as listed in Vrbo.

Our stay at this VRBO was amazing! Check in was so convenient, and our host was flexible when my flight landed early and I was able to head right over and check in! The unit itself was so cozy, extremely clean, and well stocked with some books, a very nice kitchen area, a bedroom with plenty of space and storage, and a bathroom with cabinets full of things we were welcome to use and the most gorgeous clawfooted tub! It was the perfect size for the two of us and the location couldn’t have been more of a pleasant surprise for our first trip to SoCal. Easily accessible from/to so many places, very walkable, loads of parking (and a parking pass!)
I can’t say enough good things about this stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Love my stay in this cute, clean apartment. I was in Santa Monica for business and it was the perfect place to feel like home away from away. I appreciated the amenities, from bathroom toiletries and equipped kitchen. Walking distance to Main Street and the beach, yet super quiet and safe. Would definitely book again.

We've stayed here a few times (although not recently) and it has always been a great experience. Lorna and Paul are helpful and attentive hosts, and the unit is cozy, comfortable and well appointed. Best of all is the location - walkable to beach, downtown, restaurants, shops and services. Highly recommended!

Loved Lorna’s apartment! It is so cute and welcoming! We loved the front porch and had our breakfasts out there every morning. We appreciated the full kitchen. It met our needs perfectly. Also appreciated the large closet and dresser as I like to unpack our suitcases when we are on a vacation. The location was ideal for us. Very walkable to the beach and close to our favorite restaurants. Thank you Lorna for a wonderful stay!

Easy location to visit UCLA, USC, and other universities in the area. Quick walk to the beach and to good restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the porch nearly every day of our six day stay. Parking is free and plentiful. Highly recommend running on the ocean strand. Lorna was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We didn’t really need anything, but having her so close by was nice in case of emergency. If our teen chooses a So Cal school this could be our visiting base.

This listing is in a great location. It is within an easy one minute stroll to a really nice playground/park.
The overall space is not huge but the kitchen area is fullsize and nice and can accommodate you making any meal.
The proprietor is really nice and helpful. Very comfortable 11-day stay for us.

My mother & I had a fantastic stay. She came to visit the city & we had so much to do near the VRBO. Short distance to the beach. Located close to great coffee shops and restaurants.

We had a nice stay at the apartment in Santa Monica. It met our expectations. With a little ambition you could walk to Venice Beach, downtown Santa Monica and the ocean. Parking was convenient and easy. The owner told us of a nice laundromat nearby (we stayed 10 days). She was also helpful with restaurant and sight-seeing advice. My wife found a park nearby to play pickleball. Our main lesson-learned involved local weather issues which the owner cannot control. It's a bit cool near the ocean in Santa Monica in April. This can be amplified if the "marine layer" does not burn off during the day. If it's a higher probability of warm, sunny weather you're looking for while still being in the LA area in April, suggest you stay east of downtown LA in a place like Pasadena.

So glad we stayed here. The room was very pretty and clean. Perfect size for me and my husband I loved the neighborhood. Easy to walk to the beach and to my favorite breakfast restaurant Urth. No complaints. I think anyone would be happy staying here.

Good location. Nice size for 2-3 people. Host has beach towels. chairs and cooler for beach excursions.
The only minor frustration was lack of hot water in kitchen and bathroom sinks. (Not an issue for the shower.)

Great location with good access to the Pacific Coast Highway or to the Santa Monica freeway in to Los Angeles. Plenty of parking with the provided permit. A few good restaurants nearby - Sadtha and Sushi Hanashi.

This place checked all the boxes for a busy work trip with some family time in the neighborhood. The full kitchen was great, the bed and tub were wonderful. A little sound spill from owners unit. Would stay again!

Great little guest quarters in a charming, historic home on a quiet street. The place is small (think studio size) but perfect for a couple or someone with children. My pre-teen daughter was very cozy on the little fold down futon (we used the mattress topper provided for extra comfort!).
The kitchen is also small but well stocked and just enough space for my kids and I to snack and make a couple simple, small meals.
Beach was in walking distance for me but a bit far for the kids to make the trek back and forth so we mostly drove. It’s about five minutes to the beach and five or so to the pier and promenade.
Would definitely recommend a stay here!

This is a reasonably priced, convenient place to stay next time you come to Santa Monica! Close to the major places we went to and you can walk the beach every morning.
The home is well stocked and owner was quick to respond to any of our questions. Will be back!

We were traveling to LA with our grandson for a Dodgers game. Lorna's place was perfect. Great location to fun in Santa Monica and convenient for Uber pick up when needed.
