Very nice stay. Great communication and very attentive. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for your hospitality. One thing to note was there is only one parking spot for a vehicle. I don't remember seeing that in listing but I might have missed it.

Yani is a great owner. Very responsive on all communication. The house was perfect. Very relaxing, comfortable and quiet. If you want a place to unwind at the end of a fun filled day, this is it. Also check out the Salt & Pepper Cafe near the house. Breakfast was awesome.

Very quiet neighborhood. Perfect size home with great pool. Having said that, the most amazing element of this property is the attention Yani has given to providing a generous amount of EVERYTHING you need, so you can enjoy your stay without thinking about what you have to buy at the store (other than food). It seemed like we borrowed Monica's (from the sitcom "Friends") home. OK, you got me, no chopsticks. Actually, I bet they were there, and my aging eyes didn't see them. Thank you, Yani, for a relaxing and enjoyable 6 nights!

The inside was very clean and roomy. Love the openness and updated features in the home. Very cool lighting in the living room around the ceiling. I wished the pool had been heated so we could have gotten in but other than that I had no complaints. The host was very nice and replied to my questions ASAP. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice cozy place to stay. It’s probably a 20 minute drive or so depending on traffic out to the Anna Maria Island, but it wasn’t bad. We drove out almost every day.

This house is in a quaint neighborhood, convenient to IMG Academy, grocery, and the beach. Well maintained for an older home, with an updated kitchen & bath. Loved the extra touches, which included beach chairs, a cooler (perfect for packing snacks for the day), firewood in the fireplace. The owner was also very responsive.

I had no issues with this property. Nice patio and pool area. The only thing that would have made my stay even better would have been more comfortable living room furniture.

This rental was everything we were hoping for and more. Our purpose, in addition to visiting family, was to empty my parents’ condo and to have a comfortable alternative place to spend time with them away from their assisted living facility. Not only was the Spanish Style Home the perfect location for this, it was so cozy and attractive! We were able to prepare several meals for family with ease in the well stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet, bed comfortable, nice outdoor privacy with cute super clean pool and a great gas grill. Our host welcomed us immediately upon arrival with contact info but we had everything we needed! Thank you so much!

The property manager was very responsive. The property was clean. It was a quiet neighborhood. Although not really close to much/not walkable very convenient to get places.

The property is super clean, has everything you need and Yani was great with any questions we had. The pool was lovely and was def needed to cool off from the summer heat. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything. If you like antiquing like us, Please check out The cats meow A vintage market place, so many fun treasures there. Also, for some delicious eats stop by Mean Deans Local Kitchen. We would def come back again.

In town visiting a friend. Great location, convenient to everything, and very clean and had all the needed amenities. Owners were great. Flight got in before the normal check in time and no issue getting us in early.

Loved the house and the private back yard with pool

I grabbed this house when I saw the owners since I’ve stayed at another one of their properties. It was clean, stocked, and cozy. The pool was sparkling and the perfect size for our small group. The kids stayed in it all weekend. It was private and the grill and backyard let us have an awesome cookout. We will definitely stay again!

This is a gem of a property with perfect outdoor space for entertaining including pool, deck with awning, fire put and picnic table with umbrella! On the inside you’ll find a spacious common area with plenty of seating and a well appointed kitchen with all the basics plus many special touches like ice bucket, small cooler, wine glasses and wine opener etc. Our rooms were nicely laid out with a Queen bed in one and twin beds in the other. We slept five comfortably as we had a Pack’n Play for my grand child. The bathroom was perfect with walk-in shower, wand and rainfall showerhead.

The house is kept very clean. The pool and patio area is the best, we hung out there for at least a while everyday no matter how busy. The host has great communication and was helpful. The biggest draw for me was how close it was to Anna Maria Island, which is where I went most days - and having the beach chairs and umbrella on the porch for our use was a super touch! We live in the country so we were a little worried when we saw that it is within a mile of a bad section of the city but this house was in a fairly quiet, blue collar area and we had no problems while there.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the private outdoor area with comfortable lounging chairs. The shower heads were awesome, beds very comfortable, internet and TV service perfect. A couple small maintenance issues could be corrected: drain plunger in bathroom sink sticks, lamp/shade in master bedroom broken, but obviously those are small issues. Thanks for providing such a nice place for our snowbird experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We spent a month at the beach with no pool, so we wanted a place with a pool, and this definitely fit the bill! We had everything we needed, and loved hanging out at the pool, reading! Thank you so much Yani, for letting us stay at your home😁😁

My husband and I needed a serene place to let go of business duties. We loved the pool even though it was to cool for us to get in, we loved setting by it in the morning with coffee and evening with wine. The cozy immaculate home was perfect for resting and having gatherings with family. I would stay again if I can come back to Florida

The owners were great and friendly. The property was clean and was a great setup. A definite place to stay if your near Bradenton.

Stayed here because son had a soccer tournament at IMG. House was short drive to IMG, beach, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. This house was clean, even by my OCD standards. Absolutely spotless. There was the strong smell of an older home, grandmas house smell but it didn’t bother us. Home was also stocked with linens, paper products and cleaning supplies. Would definetly stay again.
